Hilton Seychelles Labriz Resort & Spa

"At this 110-room property on Silhouette Island, a 15-minute helicopter ride from Mahé, the focus is less on interior design than on ecology, even though the standard garden villas are pleasing to the eye, with high ceilings, natural-fiber furnishings, and a palm-fringed outdoor shower. An on-site eco-center organizes treks into the dense forest, and while beach access is less manicured (you’ll climb over fallen palms and twisted vines), this gives it a far more natural appeal. Even the Aquum Spa integrates boulders into six treatment pavilions hidden amid coconut palms. For snorkeling, a five-minute boat ride brings plenty of colorful schools into view. Grann Kaz, the 200-year-old planter’s house turned creole restaurant has a wraparound terrace and an upstairs filled with plantation memorabilia."

My husband and I stayed at the Labriz as our final part of our honeymoon. After staying on Mahe Island at Mango House (another Hilton) we were very excited to go to an island which only has 2 hotels on it. ||Our room was absolutely beautiful. We had a beach front villa so waking up in the mornings in particular were very special. We had an indoor and outdoor shower, the outdoor one had views of the sea through the room which was amazing. We had prosecco and cake for when we arrived as they knew we were on honeymoon so that was a lovely touch.||The main pool area is really nice and the individual restaurants had great food! We loved Portobello and the local restaurant Gran Kaz the most. You can also feed the tortoises which we did our first morning, so that was great. ||I would say the only let down is because there are so many guests you don't get that personal touch quite as much. I think we were spoilt from being at Mango House where it's a boutique hotel so breakfasts in particular felt a little chaotic. There are a lot of birds flying about and with plates left at the sides that wasn't a nice sight if your table is close to the clearing area! ||All in all, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel.

While the hotel and facility is beautiful. We felt that there are way to many kids. The only adults only place is at the spa. It would have been nice to have adult only sections at the hotels. The service is not too notch like the boutique experiences. There are just too many people. The room was amazing. We took the helicopter there and that was amazing.

The best resort I've ever had the pleasure of staying in (and I've been fortunate to travel all over the world). The location is spectacular. The staff are fantastic. Special mentions to Muthoni, Nisanth and Boniface. Also the legend that does the omelettes for breakfast needs a pay rise (I cant remember his name!). The nice man who looks after the tortoises is also brilliant. The food is mostly excellent. Some of it is average but that is the exception. Portions in Sakura are far too large. Four Degrees is the best. This resort is exceedingly expensive, however. Expect to pay £2500+ a week for an average couple just on food and drink. The cost of the ferry is not justifiable and management must know they are exploiting people. Finally, the diving was very good. Sadly, the dive centre leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are largely very unfriendly. There is a lovely South African lady and younger German man but sadly the rest are uninterested. The diving is very expensive and the service received does not match the money paid. The dives felt rushed and there was a lack of emphasis on the environment and marine life. Room for improvement but not a lost cause as we still had a great time. Please stay here if you ever get the chance but don't be stung by the final bill. To have a good two weeks as a couple, do some activities and not worry about how much you eat or drink, expect to pay £10,000 all in. The service charge and tax added on drives the cost up considerably. Thank you Hilton, please look after your staff as they are phenomenal, but most importantly keep up your stewardship of what is one of the most paradisial islands on the planet.

My spouse and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at this beautiful resort. The entire stay was a truly memorable experience worth leaving a few comments as review. To begin with, this isn't just a hotel - it’s a not too big group of villas, nestled on an island that is like a paradise. Throughout our stay, we genuinely felt welcomed and everything was handled very smoothly. We were especially happy about the efforts for environment. We saw zero single-use plastic bottles during our entire stay. Drinking water was provided exclusively in reusable, sterilised glass bottles, and drinking water was easily available in resort. We were also enjoying the dedication and warmth of the staff. We wanted to specifically recognize a few individuals who ensured our celebration was not just special, but genuinely unforgettable. Starting with Saiful, who took such impeccable care of our villa. His diligence and attention to detail ensured that our private space felt fresh every day. Our hike to lovely Anse Mondon was guided by Eli. His expertise and helpfulness during our hiking trip were invaluable, making our excursion both safe and wonderfully enriching. He helped us explore the stunning natural beauty around the resort with confidence and ease. And finally, we want to give our praise to Charles and Naveen among others in the restaurants of the resort. They were the heart of our dining experience. Their exceptional service, attentive presence, and genuinely charming hospitality elevated every meal, turning our anniversary dinners into truly joyful and memorable events. They went above and beyond to make our celebration feel personal and delightful. Only minor point of constructive feedback concerns the Papaya Lounge. We were looking forward to the promised daily selection of fresh baked sweets, but the counter was sadly unstocked and empty during our entire stay. It's a small detail, but ensuring this advertised amenity is consistently available would elevate the experience for guests that are leaving the resort, and that being one of the last moments to experience the hospitality of the lovely place. All in all, thanks to the combined efforts of Eli, Saiful, Charles and Naveen, our 25th anniversary celebrations was everything we could have dreamed of and more. If you are seeking a truly lovely escape that allows you to fully relax and enjoy the wonders of nature, we highly recommend.

Our stay at the Hilton on Silhouette Island was nothing short of magical. Accessible only by the hotel’s private boat shuttle (or by helicopter if you prefer), the journey itself sets the tone for the secluded and serene experience that awaits. The resort is nestled in lush, untouched nature and sits directly on one of the most breathtaking beaches we’ve ever seen. What really stood out is how peaceful and uncrowded the entire island feels – it’s the perfect destination to unwind, disconnect, and recharge. For families, this place is a dream. The kids’ club is outstanding – truly one of the best we’ve come across. It’s well-organized, creative, and gives parents a real chance to relax while the children are happily entertained. If your budget allows, we highly recommend booking a beachfront villa. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and stepping outside to that stunning turquoise view is an experience that takes your stay to the next level. It’s worth every cent. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with children, this resort is a hidden gem. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Seychelles Labriz. The hotel offers a beautiful setting, wonderful facilities, and what truly made our experience was the exceptional staff.||||A special mention goes to Muthoni, who worked across several restaurants and the bar – her warm personality and smile brightened our stay every day. Pradeep, one of the managers, went above and beyond to ensure all guests were happy and deserves real credit for his attentiveness. Head Chef Simon was outstanding – since the vegetarian menu was a little limited, he personally came to speak with us every morning and prepared special evening meals that were thoughtful and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Finally, Tamilizh in the bar deserves praise for his quiet but excellent customer service – always attentive and professional.||||In terms of facilities, the hotel really does have everything you could want: a padel court, tennis court, snorkelling, kayaking, indoor and outdoor gyms, and more. The spa was also a highlight. Every night a live band plays in the bar creating a vibrant atmosphere. ||||The only reason our stay was not quite 5 stars is that, while we booked an all-inclusive plan, at times it did not feel entirely so. Many activities such as tennis, padel, kayaking, and snorkelling came at an additional cost. Food was only available at set mealtimes, with no light snacks readily accessible during the day, and poolside drinks service was limited – usually requiring guests to go to the bar themselves rather than being able to order from a lounger. Also, whilst bikes are available from the activity centre, they are in need of an upgrade and must be returned by 6pm to avoid a charge. These are relatively small issues, and when we raised some of them with rooms manager Simon, he was more than happy to accommodate, listen, and act on feedback.||||We understand the hotel is due for a major change in the coming year, with the owners looking to give it a more ‘Maldives-style’ feel. If so, some of these points may be addressed going forward.||||Overall, we had a fantastic stay, enjoyed the facilities and staff enormously, and would happily return. With a slightly more polished all-inclusive experience, this would easily have been a 5-star stay.

Well, our reservation has been canceled just 4 days before the stay. The reason stated is invalid card. However we made a reservation with the same card on the same platform with another hotel for a 3 nights stay before Hilton and there is not problem with the card there …. Also we send them a message, an email, and we called. They suggested we could book directly with them “unfortunately, no price guaranty there” … Shameless

My stay was ok. I appreciate them acknowledging my birthday and adding the special touches to the room. It really made the difference. Although the reception supervisor (what he told me) lied and said the hotel was fully booked when I was looking at openings for 3 other different room types, although an upgrade of some sort was given prior a lie is still a lie and given no other guest could come because that was the last boat a upgrade couldn't have hurt. I was asking about an upgrade as a Hilton Diamond member. The restaurant chooses are once again ok. Nothing to write about. I ate at the breakfast buffet and Grann Kaz, which I was able to get a table but it was repeatedly said they we're booked up only to get there and be maybe the 4th body there and not see many come by the time I left like 2hrs later maybe 8 people came. Now everyone is super friendly and somewhat ready to help. My room was beautiful although they had an ant problem. It really creeped me out and days later I was still seeing imaginary ants crawling. That is a issue that can be avoided, how do I know because I stayed at two separate Intercontinental properties in Bora Bora one in a beach bungalow and the other on over the water bungalow. Both absolutely no insects in sight even with food out! This was my first attempt to try a Hilton property for my big trips and I wish I had gone with Marriott or another big chain whom I know are consistent in their brand offerings. Hilton wasn't bad but I have had the opportunity to experience better so that's why it was sub par for me, and quite underwhelming! The ants really traumatized me for a few days. Also they don't do much to acknowledge your diamond status so heads up! No food or beverage credits. They didn't do anything the other brands do at resorts of this magnitude. No welcome pamphlets, no welcoming letters, no acknowledgement of discounts if any for status holders or hotel guest in general, no nothing! Just a buggy cart ride, shown a few spots on the property while on the way to the room and room key. Intercontinental Brand with IHG would never! I'm used to getting some kind of pamphlet greeting me and giving more information on different things at these tiers of property, EVEN IF STAYING FOR JUST ONE DAY. So reluctant to say they have ruined their chances at being chosen for anything big or memorable. I'll continue to use them on rare occasions for fly layovers of something simple and where expectations are extremely low. IHG, Marriott, Hyatt, hell even Accor & Wyndham (at times) seem to understand certain assignments. Honorable mentions Ashura, Atina & Judy... Phenomenal workers!!!! EMPHASIS on Judy, whom I think may not work directly with Hilton may work front desk or something with Silhouette Island not sure. Ella the receptionist at the Jetty boat lounge seems cold and emotionless, Ashura picked up the pieces unknowingly and helped make my day brighter. Their was no situation Ella just was very dry and almost seemed as if she didn't want to be bothered. Ashura rocks! Keep in mind this is an island that in not on the main island so you are subject to the restaurants that are available and the prices as well. Limited places to eat and marked up prices due to many reasons. The boat ride over is $270 euros (or around that price). The property itself is very nice though with a turtle sanctuary, it's own garden which they use in the kitchen, spa, pools, kids areas, activity center for renting equipment and all amenities associated with resorts of this type. But do note your Hilton Status means almost nothing here.
