We had the best time at this hotel. Everyone was very kind and helpful.The staff took amazing care with us considering we had a late night flight and checked out earlier. The room was amazing with one the best views we’ve seen. The spa and restaurant/bar experience were also great. The stay was a highlight during our trip and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for everything.

We spent our one and only night there as our highlight of the Autumn vacation and it was definitely worth it. We communicated beforehead regarding the age of my daughter and since the moment we arrived, everything has been taking into consideration and personalized with the services. As Diamond member we were able to do the late check-out and even enjoyed our room longer. The room itself is coming to some ages and the TV programms were limited and with poor picture quality. (Who needs TV in the vacation maybe someone will say :-) But definitely clean, stylish and cozy enough. The balcony was huge and you indeed got real contact with the 'jungle'...we were able to observe the birds, flying foxes, gecos etc. in very closed distance. Other insects like mosquito is of course annoying but this is just simply the nature right? The beach was ok, not that much space for chill and relaxing but a perfect spot for snorkeling. Fishes were just swimming around in groups, amazing. Breakfast was top, the Hilton standard we know and even more than Hilton standard. All staffs were so kind and friendly. Special thanks to Anna (who was on duty at the reception that night), while waiting for the transfer to the airport, she wrote a card extra for my daughter with such warm words. Very much appreciated!

This hotel was the most wonderful hotel, we could have chosen. The atmosphere at the hotel was very nice, chill, and the employees were always very friendly, smiling,|accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was extremely yummy, and their á la carte resurants made really good food. The beaches was small, but very good, and the snorkeling opportunities were sublime.|The sea view from the rooms was outstanding. |I have never given a hotel 5 starts, but Hilton truly deserves it.

So this was our first trip to the Seychelles. We booked 3 Hilton properties over 10 days and Hilton Notkrtholme was the first! We were welcomed by Jameleh and she made us feel right at home with a tour of the resort! We were able to get a shower in their lounge before our room was ready and after 2 days of flying from the US that recharged us. Our room was spectacular with a great view. The resort is first rate in terms of facilities and a private beach! The food was above average with caring staff to serve you! Janey also deserved a special mention with her customer service. We had one significant issue with consistent hot water in our room. The initial response and urgency was a bit disappointing given the level of this resort but in the end they got to the root cause of the problem and the next guests in our room will benefit. In the end it escalated to Lou ( she is their operations manger! They have responded more aggressively with some things to offset the issues with the hot water and to let me and my wife know much they are sorry for dropping the ball with us! Everyone has issues and challenges but it is how you respond that defines you commitment to quality and customer service. Lou and I both agree she can’t change the past we can reshape the future! They learned a lot about they could improve in their response to the guest! WE HAD A PRIVATE DINNER ON YHE BEACH on them and Lou has arranged a special bath experience for us at the next Hilton to try and make up for us being able to use the soaking tub at their place! Overall a good beginning to a “fantasy island” bucket list trip!

Excellent excellent hotel! The service is unbeatable here 5 stars all around. Our concierge Ramy helped us from arrival to checkout. He was there for us addressing any questions and helped us book transport and excursions with ease. Couldn’t have had been this smooth without him! 1000 thanks to Ramy. Rooms are clean, food is delicious, our room with infinity pool and ocean view was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. Will definitely be coming back!

Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch that we won’t forget. To our delight, we received a room upgrade, and it turned out to be the best room we've ever stayed in. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — it exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious experience.

We had the most beautiful stay here for our honeymoon. Our pool villa had the absolute wow factor — the views, the privacy, and the setting were just perfect. The food deserves its own review. Honestly, it’s some of the best we’ve had in our lives — every single dish was exceptional. The pork tomahawk and the chicken coconut curry were real standouts, but every meal impressed us. The grounds are stunning and immaculately maintained, and the team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel special — from a bathtub filled with flowers to a private picnic experience we’ll never forget. Every member of staff was wonderful, but a special thank you to Ricky, Julius, Paul, and Ramy who truly made our stay unforgettable. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough — it’s a slice of paradise we’ll never forget. 🤍
