I highly recommend this hotel. The room is a studio with toaster, microwave and fridge. We have real dishes and glasses and some plastic glasses. Apple Annie's Country store is open from 10 am until 8 pm. There is a pool, a restaurant and a massage place (Celestial Healing). It is right by the ski lifts! No air conditioning but we have a gas fireplace! The front desk person, Ivan, is super helpful. We will be back

This hotel was a lifesaver for us. We wanted to join the Hilton from the start. The neighboring hotel was terribly noisy. The Hilton had very helpful staff! The rooms are modern. The view from the window is impressive. Special thanks to the hotel for the steam room (which was broken in the neighboring hotel). We will definitely come back.

Spent a night here while driving cross country from CA to MA. The hotel was a little bit off the highway, but we booked it because it was a great price. The heat in the room was turned up to 82° and there was no way to turn it down. The front desk said it was for the whole building, and when we asked if they could turn it off for the building, they said no even though it was almost 70° outside. The shower / tub was probably 2 feet off the ground, and there was no stool or even railing to help get into it. Neither of us got any sleep that night because of the heat. It was still 80° in the room even though we opened both windows and turned the fan on high. Just a heads up, the hotel is over 10,000 feet in elevation, which affected both of us. It would have been nice to know before we booked. The front desk staff was friendly, although they were clearly short-staffed. The room was very clean Next time I would spend a few bucks more to stay in Cedar City

Google
Great location. Thought it would be a great weekend getaway. Rooms were ok. The advertising showed coffee lounge and other amenities while booking but fail to mention they are closed in summer months. On the last day we had no hot water. Also the room have no AC which is fine 80% or the time but this week our room was 80 deg even after fans on all day. I know 1st world problems. I guess I expected more out of a Hilton.

Avoid this place in the summer! No AC in the rooms & the windows only open about 2 - 3 inches. The box fans you can request don't have cords long enough to reach the windows & even with the fans, the rooms are too hot for comfortable sleep. The indoor pool room is too hot & smelly to enjoy in the summer. Many standard amenities are missing from the kitchen. The noise from the hallways is very loud. The restaurant is only open for dinner and it's not that good. I would not suggest staying here.

Room was disappointing. The mattresses are very cheap spring ones and are hardly a step up from sleeping on the floor. The toilet had yellow urine stains, no tissues, no ice machine and couldn’t park in the bldg parking garage because of construction. Very disappointing for being a Hilton property. Needs a major renovation to charge what they do. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

I highly recommend not staying there during hot weather. There is no A/C (should be on website) and room was hot and never cooled down even with windows open (one window would only open about 2 inches). Probably an adequate stay for skiing (basic amenities) I don't recommend for warm weather.

Excellent pace to stay at Brian Head. Very peaceful, roomy suites, and very courteous and professional staff. Great communication from the time of booking and steady check backs during the stay. |The kitchen space is small if you are planning to do any cooking, but the rest is wonderful in keeping with the beautiful surrounding of Cedar Breaks and Dixie Forest. A must visit!

Yelp
We had a good stay here this past weekend. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. They have a restaurant and a small cafe with different beverages and a few breakfast items to choose from. We didn't dinner at their restaurant since it was a bit pricey but did stop by their cafe though every morning to get coffee and either a breakfast croissant sandwich or breakfast burrito before we started our day. They don't have any packets of condiments like ketchup or hot sauce so I'll be sure to remember to pack a few condiments the next time we stay here. They also have an indoor pool but I can't comment on that since we didn't try it out during our stay. Parking is free and underground, which is nice because you don't have to worry about having snow or ice on your car. They also have free WiFi which we had no issues connecting to it. We booked a one bedroom suite with two queen beds. We found our room to be clean and tidy. It was so spacious for our family of three. It had a full kitchen with a sink, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Our room also had a living room with a tv, couch, desk, table, and a nice fireplace. The bathroom was nice except the tub was a bit too high so we had to be careful getting in and out of the tub especially with our toddler. The bedroom was huge with two queen beds and a fireplace. We were told at check-in that there's no daily room cleaning. If we wanted to take our trash out, we were told to simply just leave it outside our room. The only downfall about our room was that the walls are really thin. We could hear our neighbors from above and next to us. We've stayed at the neighboring Brian Head lodge in the past and we agreed that we prefer this hotel. We'll be back again. I recommend this hotel!

Yelp
I was at this place 6 years ago but I think it was under Diamond Resort timeshare and back then I didn't do Yelp so I didn't make review. This time we were staying in another building not the main building, they have building 2 and 3 which is physically not connected with main building. People on the front desk are super nice. But upon entering to the underground garage which only has between 20-25 parking spots in figure i want be able to find parking every night which actually happened so I have to park my car outside. Not a big deal but when temperaturu goes to 4 Fahrenheit then it is an issue. The hallway in second building stinks. But it's not like people are making food so it stinks, it stinks like old carpet-wood smell can't even explain that weird smell. Room was nice and clean. Only the heater was super noisy. Fire place was super cool but every times when it turns on it produce noise which is annoying during the day. Our body wash dispenser was completely empty but they refill as soon as a callled. Also one night I went for a walk and it was bad since their outside lights were so poor, you can barely see where you step. Pool was ok, but maybe little too cold. Water was fine temperature but outside of the water was freezing. They should have someone working on pool since kids were jumping on the pool, everything around the pool was super wet. Jacuzzi was over occupied like literally 25 people were there at one point.

Yelp
My hotel room was very clean. I've worked in housekeeping and was impressed with the cleanliness. The pool area was nice and had 2 jacuzzi's. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside no complimentary breakfast. Most hotels have something to free to eat for their guests however, my suite did come with a stove, plates, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

Yelp
The lodge is great! The employees were nice, game room well stocked. Air hockey table not too reliable but what can you expect? Shower/bath cools down without warning. So either wash early or late, or be quick about it. Overall, ok place.
