We stayed in the 2 bedroom / 2 bath "A" suite.
We paid under $100/night for four nights.
It was the nicest 'room' in Orlando we have stayed in and we have stayed in Disney properties MANY times. It was clean and comfortable. It had EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. It was more like a fully furnished 2/2 apartment.
The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, knives, cooking utensils, etc. It also had plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo in the bathrooms. It had a full sized stacked washer/dryer combo. It had a dining room table and the living room had furniture to accommodate 5 or 6 people. There were three large flat TV's in the unit, one in each of two bedrooms and one in the living room.
It had large windows with drapes. The master bedroom had a king sized bed and the other had a queen size. Both bedrooms had plenty of drawers and closet space. The living room couch also folded out for a third bed, but wasn't very comfortable as is common with such beds. The master bathroom had a double sink, a large tub (almost a jacuzzi, without jets) and separate tiled shower. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom came equipped with a digital safe, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
It was a high quality room with high quality furnishings. Everything about it was nice. One of the doors to the master bath would not close properly, but aside from that, everything worked well. They were doing some stucco work on our building at the time, which did not interfere with us whatsoever. The pool was nice enough and we played ping pong. They supplied us with two key-cards for the room and a parking pass.
The location was great. It was about ten minutes to Disney Springs and Typhoon Lagoon. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores very nearby. We ate breakfast at Perkins several times, which was great. We also ate at Fuddruckers and Chick-Fil-A. The "deli" was supposedly open from 7am, but I went at 7:30 and it was still closed. I never went back so I cannot say anything good or bad about it.
Everything was top-notch. Diamond Resorts, the company that owns Cypress Pointe also sells time-share condos. Interactions with staff usually include an invitation to watch a presentation on buying one of their time-shares. They did not pressure us too much, but they definitely asked.
Parking was scarce, especially after 11pm, but we always found a place to park. There is no room service, and guests are expected to clean up after themselves, which we had no problem with. We left it as we found it, with the exception of towels and bedding.
The only complaint I have is that there is no elevator and the stairs are a little sketchy. They are not level and they are different heights, which can be dangerous. I tripped and fell with my hands full of luggage, but was not injured.
My suggestions would be to bring your own coffee/tea, sugar, milk and any other snacks or food that you like to have on hand. They did supply two coffee packets but I never opened them. They supplied several coffee filters as well.
We would gladly stay there again and have already recommended it to friends and family.
