Excellent location with better-than-average amenities. Our room served its purpose, and presented as a standard chain hotel room -- perhaps a bit outdated, but serviceable. The one glitch was a rock hard mattress, which made it tough to sleep the first night. Fortunately, the hotel staff was lovely and accommodating, and we were able to get extra blankets to make the bed a bit cushier. We slept well for the remainder of our stay.||Kemoy at the front desk was especially helpful; she helped us view several rooms (to find one that did not have any perfumed smell from cleaning, as one of us is sensitive -- she found us the perfect room) and even sent up a humidifier. ||We really enjoyed the Galerie restaurant on-site (especially the outdoor patio) and had dinner there on several evenings (was glad that they offered gluten-free pizza). There is also a large pool area, with a surprisingly nice pool, and a small shop in the lobby to pick up snacks or breakfast sandwiches in the morning.||The Norton Museum of Art is right in the area, and was worth stopping in to see for a few hours. The hotel is also walking distance to the Rosemary Street shops and restaurants, and there is a free shuttle to Palm Beach. We used the *complimentary* (for one hour) bicycles on the property to take a quick ride, but they are a bit challenging (not the smoothest), and you'll have to download a special app. Still, it was fun to ride along the water for a bit. ||We enjoyed the area so much, we extended our stay from two nights to four, and hope to return.

We stayed at the Hilton for a wedding weekend and got snowed in. Kudos to the staff for managing all the extended stays. Bambi at the front desk is a godsend. She is a kind and professional person. We loved the pool (Nick) was great. The Galley restaurant was delicious. We were very fortunate to have had extra days here. Great hotel with a fantastic staff.

Had an incredible stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach! Everything exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless, the airport shuttle made travel a breeze, and the fitness center with Pelotons was a fantastic bonus. The pool was absolutely amazing – a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I am at the beginning of my 4 day stay here and am already dazzled by this place! The rooms are immaculate and we'll decorated! The whole hotel is amazing. The restaurants inside are great, I tried the sushi one first, soon good!

I stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach for a night and found it to be a pleasant, straightforward experience. The location made it easy to get around downtown without needing to drive much. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt calm even with other guests around. Staff interactions were friendly and efficient, which made check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, it was a dependable place to stay without any fuss.

Great location and nice lobby. Got offered an upgrade to a suite. I went ahead & did it, asked for a pool view. I did not get a pool view, I think there was a mistake when assigning my room. It was brought to the attention of the front desk staff. I was already unpacked & settled so I didn’t want to switch rooms but I just wanted to let them know the situation. The gave me a $25 voucher for the mistake. The suite I stayed in was nice, there were some parts of it that needed a little TLC, like a fresh paint of coat or some new upgrades. I’m not going to complain too much as I only stayed in the room to sleep as I was out the whole time for work. & it was in a quiet area which made me happy. Overall, great location, rooms could be improved with some updates.

We were here one year ago and felt the experience was different. Firstly, your food and drinks are too expensive. It’s a great hotel and the rooms and pool are great, but the food is too expensive. You should allow people to bring in food to the pool as long as they order drinks from you. The pool menu is small and if kids are there all day they won’t eat what’s on that pool menu. Also the elevator door shuts too quickly. Our 7yo daughter got stuck on the elevator because it shut too quickly and we were unable to get in with our stuff and stroller. They also didn’t let us have a 1 hour later checkout, and they knew we had a baby. I feel like an hour later shouldn’t have been a problem. Those little things go a long way. Thank you!

I stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach in mid-August for a conference and had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. They even held my luggage after checkout, which was really convenient. The weather was warm with a bit of rain, but overall beautiful, and the location was perfect. I was able to walk to the beach, though they also offer shuttle service if you prefer. The restaurants on-site were very good, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel whether you’re in town for business or leisure!

Beautiful Hilton hotel in West Palm Beach FL. 20 minutes drive from PBI airport. This hotel is beautiful and very clean. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs to lay out. Pool was super clean. They also have an outdoor bar next to the pool for some adult beverages to relax. The gym was clean with plenty of equipments to use. Nice market to get snacks or coffee or some sandwiches to go. Beautiful restaurant with indoor or outdoor patio sitting to enjoy your lunch or dinner. Beautiful separate bar plus another bar near entrance for dinner relaxation. You can rent buggies for a price in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Great hotel to get away from the winter time snow.

This hotel was so dirty. Booked a suite at $700. Room was dirty / couch had blood or chocolate on it. No were no face cloths/ big bottle of shampoo that others had used . Front door wouldn't open unless you slid the room key under the door( glad there was no fire) even the room service could not enter.!!! Food came up with one fork no plates for two. no dishes or napkins. For a suite we left.. no manager to speak with! Never go here

We had a late afternoon flight out of MLB airport and we took advantage of the Hilton West Palm Beach Sunday day pass for the pool. It is a beautiful property with plenty of loungers and umbrellas included for the day pass. The wait staff that took care of our section seemed to be lacking in normal customer service. He never checked back on us and we had to ring our empty plates and glasses back to the bar so the wind would fling them around. The DJ was playing EDM music the entire time and it just seemed like one very painfully long track of the same song. We ordered some food which was very good and brought to us by a kitchen staff member who told us he wanted us to have the meal as fresh as possible. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a conference and must say this was an amazing experience ! The food was delicious and the rooms were very modern and clean. The valet costs 40$ per day but you can come and go as you please. In addition, there's a free shuttle that can take you to the beach. The pool area is kept very clean and there are always fresh towels available. We tried the watermelon mocktail and it was delicious and refreshing! One more pro about this area is LOCATION. It's walking distance to RH and other cute ships and restaurants.

This is one my favorite Hilton hotels to stay or have a nice dinner service always outstanding food increíble atmosphere off the hotel and the pool great is like my getaway weekend place to go .

This hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient and more. The bathroom is bright and clean. Bed is comfortable and relaxing. Lot of space and a nice size tv. Next to the Outlet Mall. Only bad thing is parking. Other than that a nice hotel.

I came here for a conference and it really is a nice hotel. The lobby is exceptional and you could just hang out here all day if you wished. I enjoy looking out at the pool and looking at the art work on the walls. My review is only based on my experience going to this conference. The employees were very helpful and the bathrooms were clean as well. I would like to come back here and stay here and have a staycation. Everything I read is positive. It is close to "The Square" where you can do shopping and also go to The Kravis Center and see a show. It is not from from Clematis St where are there are clubs and tons of restaurants. So give it a whirl. Yes, Valet only parking so just leave yourself enough time for that part if you are here with a crowd.

We stayed at the Hilton two nights! Overall, we had an amazing experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was great! We spent a whole day at the pool. The service was great! The pool area was very nice. The food and drinks by the pool were also great! We shared the shrimp skewers and steak sliders.

Despite living in Palm Beach County, we stayed at this Hilton since we attended the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival at the adjacent Palm Beach Convention Center and didn't want to drive after numerous wine samples. Apparently the hotel just completed a $25 million restoration and we were very impressed with the tropical inspired updates to the lobby, restaurants, and pool areas, as well as the refreshed hotel rooms. We stopped by for a drink at the Galley bar and were impressed with the extensive wine and beer lists. I appreciated the bartender informing us that the tip was included in the bill to avoid adding another tip on top of it. The check in process went smoothly and Cierra was very friendly and helpful. One negative was the hotel's help chat feature. When I asked it for the easiest way to walk to the Convention Center, it sent us out the lobby onto the main road, while we discovered on the way back that the Hilton is directly connected to the Convention Center - you don't even need to go outside. Our room met our expectations for a Hilton hotel - modern, clean, and comfortable. We recommend it for anyone attending a convention next door.

The hotel is supposed to be amazing however for a beach resort the real let down was that the pool was under construction and that is the best part! How sad!! The room was easy with the app to unlock, the elevators require the same key. The room was super spacious. There was a decent size fridge (no microwave), tons of storage space, enormous bathroom. I almost felt like in a Las Vegas hotel. No parking but valet only and it's pricey at $40 per night (only for hotel registered guests).

Upon check in we tried to get to our room, but the card scanner in the elevator didn't work. Front desk said "Oh man, there should be, like, a sign or something...". There was not. We eventually got to our floor, oh, a broken window in the hallway, classy. Entering the room, non functional safe, no conditioner. All calls to front desk, housekeeping and concierge went to busy signals, so I called the 1-800 Hilton number and got a text number that I was able to use to get a response. Poorly run hotel. 2 stars for the location.

This is a very Cool and Hip Hilton. The staff is very Friendly. Room are excellent and service is top notch. Saturday they have a DJ at the Pool kid friendly.

Stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach for a staycation. It was extremely close to the bright line that I took from Miami. The hotel is central to the best parts of West Palm. The service staff was attentive to everything and had a great eye to detail. I can't wait to come back!

They only let you valet cars and won't let you park people to pick people up. After spending $10k they want to charge me $20 a car to pick up anyone. Also team members expressed that the rooms weren't clean.

Loved our one night stay here! In Fl visiting family we decided to do one night to recover from the jet lag and this was the perfect place to do so! Staff was friendly, check in smooth, room simple clean, comfortable. Pool is gorgeous and work out facility is great. Walking distance to some upscale restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed planta for some vegan bites and drinks. Couple suggestions would be to add coffee to the lobby and maybe a self park option? Totally get if it's not possible in the area. Thanks again we hope to return

Very nice hotel in downtown WPB. It is valet only so be aware when you pull in. The hotel has a nice vibe and feel. There's a big pool in the center and a few restaurants along the sides. My room was facing the main stretch so it was pretty nice. I was here for a conference but definitely will try to stay here again.

The place is great but it's missing one key element. Pool service and attendants. There's only one and not that helpful. Also would be great to have complimen lotion at pool.

The Good - Djibi from Senegal at the front desk saved me when Hotels.com messed up my rsvp when o checked in at 4am. Walking distance to restaurants & shops if you don't need to be on beach. Roomy rooms, walk-in shower & more reasonably priced. The Bad - only 1 sink & connection to convention center brings a lot of conventioneers. The Ugly - nothing

Hotel is still amazing. They have excellent service, great amenities, an excellent gym, clean rooms, and fast, large elevators.

Stayed at the Hilton West Palm Beach for a mini getaway and it was better than expected. Beautiful pool and ambiance. The staff was friendly, we even got a free upgrade for being a Diamond member. The pool view room was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. I would recommend anyone that is planning a trip to West Palm Beach to consider this hotel. I was double charged once for my lunch, however, I called the front desk once I received the receipt and saw the error and they corrected it right away!

Terrific hotel. Loved that they cleaned the room and changed linens daily ! Gorgeous pool and good restaurant. Front desk staff were very nice. I would have liked an area map( paper or just posted) to facilitate walking excursions of the area .

Excellent service, beautiful pool and good drinks at the pool bar. Rooms and bathrooms are modern, and shower pressure was excellent. Tip: Walk across the street to the rooftop restaurant at Restoration Hardware. It's gorgeous and they have a wine bar. Nicest Hilton I've ever stayed at.

I just checked in late last night and already am extremely impressed with the staff. I had trouble with the key pad battery on my room door not working and security took care of it asap and were so, so nice. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he had a distinct New York accent. Doug at the front desk checked me and he was just great. I just had to get some help from security again because I left my credit card in the restaurant earlier. Alastair and the front desk helped me out so much and were so dang helpful. Great people here.

The nighttime front desk staff and management are the worst I've ever encountered. Extremely rude and the front desk attendant actually screamed at me when he misunderstood what I said. He had a very thick accent so it was strange that Hilton would employ him for a job dealing with customers. The manager seemed afraid of him when I asked to speak with him. Stay away.

Beautiful outside area. Lovely palms. Plants and shrubbery. That's pretty much it. Hotel needs some updating. Rooms and carpets need to be redone. Carpets are stained and old. Kept my flips flops on the whole time. They will only come to clean on your 3 rd day. Walls look like they where deciding on paint choices and then never finished, strange. Forgot my lotion and went to use the provided one before I could get to store. Everything was empty. The lotion, shampoo etc. ( didn't use shampoo and others just wanted to see). So that tells me place wasn't cleaned things not replaced. Glad I came in with a Arsenal of cleaning products. Fee on top of fee here. Even if you don't have a car you will be charged just in case you have a visitor, interesting. Restaurant has very odd hours. If you miss the window your only option is a snack bar during the day. My advice avoid all together And walk a bit to the cute place across the main hwy. Lots to choose from. Front desk very nice. Really don't like having to review in any negative way. However have to be honest.

Beautiful upscale vibe hotel! The pool was amazing, the staff was super happy and friendly. The rooms were very clean and beds were so comfy! Walkable to downtown West Palm rooftop bars, shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that the $15 per day credit the hotel gives you does not go very far. We used it on 2 cups of coffee to go and that came to $12.

When i tell you this is one of my best vacations I've taken and i would have never expected it to be from Florida! I wanted to get away for a some nights as New York was driving me nuts and i haven't really been anywhere but my family's house because of covid. I looked at cheap flights and affordable hotels and it lead me to west palm beach. From the start it was great, my airline flight got a free upgrade to business class which was very nice, then the drive to the hotel was less then 10 mins! I arrived to the Hilton that was dead center in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping well more at the end but still walkable. The hotel was modern, clean and a breeze to check in. I booked on the Hilton app and i am gold it was not that busy of time so i got a complementary upgrade to a suite that was AMAZING! So big and comfy. It was one of the best rooms i had from a hotel and I normally stay at four seasons etc. The staff was beyond amazing!! All you do is go on the app and chat with them and everything you need is done. They did so much for me and i thank them personally before i left. I highly recommend this location. From the location, room and the pool! My entire stay was one of the best. Check out Restoration Hardware restaurant across the street!

This place is the worst hotel ever. My wife and I scheduled this hotel for our honeymoon months in advance. Traveled to Florida for a cruise and didn't get the email until we were n the Bahamas that the pool here was closed. We get here and they offered nothing but a day pass we would have to pay for at canopy that told us that is not true on weekends. They have no pamphlets or brochures for things to do in the area and the customer service from the front desk is horrible. DONT EVER EVER EVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!

The hotel has an airport shuttle. It drove past us twice, and after multiple calls, picked us up....An hour after we got to the shuttle stop. Today they did not clean our room. After speaking to the desk and two different managers, they found somebody to clean the room. We returned after dinner to a 'clean' room, an overflowing trash can, no coffee, no coffee cups and no complimentary bottled water. I would not recommend this Hilton property.

Overall, a really nice place - didn't really have any issues throughout my stay. Some thoughts: * It is valet parking only and there's got to be at least 8 different individuals who park the cars. While it is complimentary, it's good to give them a buck or two. You also have the ability to call ahead and they will get your car out as you head down to the lobby. Make sure you have your valet ticket with you. * The pool was great, but be aware of the tiny lizards around that area; not being from here, it creeped me out. I also saw a large Iguana in that area too. * Not too long or difficult of a walk if you want to head to the beach without paying for parking, just be sure to wear a ton of sunscreen. * The hotel room was clean, and quality; housekeeping cleans your room every other day. * Easy walk to Rosemary square across the two one way streets for shopping, dining, or just walking around. * If you get a rental car, I found that this location was easy to get in and out of quickly and can get onto I-95 to go to other destinations such as Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Fort Pierce within an hour or so. * Restaurant was good for me, although was expensive -- definitely helps having status since Hilton reimburses you $15 / day.

I thought the service here was amazing. I travel a lot and I'm very picky. At first I wanted to book a hotel on the beach but decided on this one because we had plans on doing peanut island and not utilizing a hotel beach. Anyway so glad I did. Managed to get a great rate here. The service was top notch. Like they will text you asking if you need Anything.... They also provide housekeeping daily (believe it or not some hotels still offer limited house keeping). The rooms and the entire hotel was clean and lively. Very fun hotel. Also you have to pay a $28/day resort fee. However you get a $28 credit a day. So just know that the credit doesn't carry over. So don't think since you spent $60 on day 1 you're good. You'll be charged $32 from day one but have a credit on day 2. Get it? You can't combine your credits and if you don't spend it you lose it. That said, use some of that $$ on the cookies in the quick service grab and go. Omg!! Ask when they are makin them. They make them in-house they are warm and delicious! Something else to note that if you order room service they don't bring it on a tray. They bring it up in to go containers in a bag. Not my thing but the breakfast sandwich was good regardless of the presentation. The parking is valet only and I think it's like $35/night. You can walk to restaurants. Ruth's chris is across the street as is the rooftop restoration hardware restaurant. Nice all around area.

Stayed here overnight on business, and really have no complaints. This is a beautiful hotel inside and out; grounds and interior are kept well. Location is nice -- lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance, and it's not terribly far from the water (inlet). Entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate, shower was hot with good pressure and drained well, room service breakfast was prompt and tasty. Bed was comfortable; pillows were too soft as usual, but they were big and plush so it wasn't too bad. The pool is large and family-friendly, though it did get quite crowded with drinking-age guests in the afternoon. Large towels are provided poolside, and there is an outdoor bar that serves food. Complimentary airport shuttle available if needed. I recommend staying here and would do so again if given the opportunity.

I will never come back to the restaurant here at the Hilton. The head manager was rude when I made a simple complaint about the ridiculous prices on food at Hilton and their hotel rates. I have 232 employees at my company. I will never do business with Hilton because of the rudeness and disrespectful behavior of the restaurant manager. He threatened to call police because of my verbal complaint. Good bye Hilton and hello to Residence Inn and the Hyatt.

I stayed here for a work conference for a few days. The hotel only offers valet parking. I came overnight son check in was really quick. The hotel has a really nice pool, jacuzzi, a pricey cafe, decent gym, and connected to the convention center. The room was really nice and everything worked. They provided enough toiletries and towels in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. It is right across the street from an LA Fitness and eatries. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The only reason that I give it 4 stars is because there's no self parking so you have a wait for your car and it is pretty expensive.

Prime location. Nice pool with plenty of seating and beautiful lush landscaping! They had some really great tunes Friday by DJ Rey whom all 5 of us decided we needed his playlist. Original mix of classics and current songs! Rooms were clean and front desk staff was extremely friendly. Hotel also offers a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes I believe, super convenient.

We traveled from Ohio this week to honestly just get away from our own home after spending the last COVID year there. We wanted a hotel that had everything we needed in case we were feeling particularly lazy :) The Hilton WPB did not disappoint. From the wonderful pool, exercise facility, and on-site restaurants, we had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I also want to give my highest compliments to the pool staff who worked tirelessly to keep the entire area clean and the hotel patrons accommodated. They were really excellent and kind. I'd definitely stay here again given the great on-site amenities, excellent location (across from Rosemary Square restaurants), and hospitable staff.

This hotel has a great location and a pretty lobby. The rooms were just average since the carpets were old. The staff is friendly and the valet parking attendants were very helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel is beautiful but on the two nights we tried to enjoy it we were not able to. One night, they had a private party, and the second night they ran out of most of their food items. Very weird! The pool area is nice and comfortable. The bar is a bit too far from the pool but they have servers going around. On the weekends, they have a dj by the pool.

We visited during the PBIBS so it was very busy. Loved the lobby and energy. Checkin was easy and friendly. Room was clean. Hotel had a pool which we didn't visit but the hot tub was busy at 8am and kids in the pool.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the suite and it was perfect. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds. I was super impressed with staff member Jorge. he was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

I booked a weekend thinking my daughter would compete on a certain date a while back but turned out the schedule determined otherwise. I tried speaking with the receptionist at Hilton West Palm beach hotel and was told I was unable to cancel my reservation, even though I called in advance, and they are unable to switch my dates. I wouldn't stay at this hotel because they are not accommodating to try to make their guests happy with their stay. We've stayed here in the past before and never had an issue. Now we won't plan to come back and we'll take our business elsewhere"

This Hilton hotel was one of my favorite hotel but I was very disappointed last week! When we checked into the hotel on June 1 2022, I asked for a nice room, the tall handsome guy at the reception said he could give me a nicer room but I had to pay extra I said my company will not pay extra and he gave me the worst room!!room was smelling very bad that I had to ask for another room middle of the night because I couldn't sleep. They charge 28$ resort fee and if you use for food and beverage they can give you credit but thats also not good. I really think they need better stuff speacially front desk. Very very rude. Very very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I visited this hotel during their Lazy Sunday Day Pass through Resort Pass. Gorgeous hotel but the customer service was awful. When we initially arrived to the front desk the girl was nice and told us we had to check in by the pool. Once checked in, we picked a lounger that happened to be under one of their many trees around the pool. Unbeknownst to us, we happened to be sitting under a tree where a hawk was, we'd been sitting for an hour before the hawk decided to start killing crows. You'd think it's Mother Nature taking its course but it wasn't. The hotel had hired some guy with a "trained" hawk to kill these crows. Presumably they were being a nuisance. We made it known we were unhappy. The guy with the hawk came over, had a dishonest representation of his "trained" hawk and had a chip on his shoulder. We informed him and the employee next to him that pieces of bloody flesh/feathers were falling all over us and our food/drinks. They brushed us off and said move. Now mind you this is a Sunday at 2pm where the pool area is packed and has limited seats for two next to each other. So we couldn't get up and just move right away. Bearing in mind, this man has tried for three days to get his "trained" hawk from the tree (employee informed us) and he attempted two times to call it from the tree in front of us with no success. Some trained hawk when you can't even recall it out the tree. No manager came over to apologize, no one gave us new drinks or even comped the ones we had. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This is a fancy hotel! A DJ mixing pool side Saturday afternoon. Valet only parking. Deluxe rooms. Great gym. Walking distance from CityPlace Shops and one of the craziest RH (restoration hardwares) I have ever seen. This hotel is a mainstay to downtown West Palm Beach. Excellent customer service. I came here as part of the the Marathonpacing.com crew for the annual Palm Beach Marathon, and everything was taken care of for me. My pacing assignment didn't finish until noon so I needed a late check out. 2pm was no problem. Very accommodating. After the race the next day I could hang out pool side and just catch 30 minutes of rest and also a shower before heading back to Miami. Can't wait to be back next year and hopefully bring Nicole!

Such a lovely stay at the Hilton WPB. The resort is updated and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as well. I absolutely loved the vibe at the pool and the pool side bar. We ordered fun cocktails in pineapples and coconuts.
