In-store is great. Online is appalling.
I ordered a pair of Universal Works Oxford pants in mid-June. By early August, the seam across the ass had split (pictured), and obviously I don't really want to expose that for the world!
I emailed Hip Store on 18th August, 3rd September and again this morning (18th September). I have had automated responses and nothing else.
Absolutely non-existent customer service. Do not buy from them, or if you do, go in-store.
