Google
A fabulous half-panoramic view of Hiroshima, including the Hiroshima memorial area. There’s a nice ‘crane’ experience available which involves making your own origami bird. As you can see from the photos, mine ended up being a cross between a crane and an ostrich. Plus, a cafe and a gift shop. There’s an okonomiyaki restaurant at the foot of the building - this had a massive queue and wasn’t so well rated on Google. I found an alternative 3 minutes walk away which hit the spot.

I went inside to cool off (80 degrees with 80% humidity), not realizing this building had skyview of Hiroshima monument. Paid the admission fee and ordered this unique lemon ice cream. Giving huge props to architecture theme (origami)… very retromodern style, I enjoyed the 360 degree of city view and walked down 9 levels of mural arts. It’s definitely a hidden gem.

I have no idea how somewhere as great as this isn't touristy by now! It has a great view of the atomic bomb dome and a brilliant panoramic view of the city. You can also make your own cranes and drop them down the side of the building. To leave, you can take the optional slide all the way down - it was so much fun! In the evening, they have a bar from 6pm-10pm. We were practically alone on the roofdeck! Amazing.

Google
Very good way to get an oversight (🤔) of the peace park and this area of Hiroshima. Immersive and informative. We loved it and spent 2 1/2 hours here. The lemon ice-cream and lemonade are special. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Do it!

Google
Lovely experience all around! + great view + nice architecture to admire + interactive activity (folding origami to throw into the facade) + you can return in the evening for the bar + you can go down by walking and admiring the view, use elevator or slide down! Origami experience was extra $ but was fun with sations where you can fold origami and watch a tutorial video Location is wheelchair friendly (going down with slopes as well)

Google
Nice tower with a great view over the city! You are able to see most of the peace park and bomb dome as well as the hiroshima castle! I recommend you buy the extra origami fee to challenge yourself to make the crane and throw it down the wall to be part of the facade of the tower! The staff is kind and able to speak English to help you through it.

I’m happy my spouse ignored my skepticism and bought us tickets anyway; Orizuru Tower is a gorgeous, thoughtful space offering a unique, meaningful experience. Yes, it’s not cheap. There’s not a ton “to do” if you’re looking to be entertained or keep active kids busy. But wow… take a load off. Buy yourself a delicious drink from the cafe on the top floor and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains that surround Hiroshima and the beautiful Peace park below. Fold origami and drop it down the glass chute in a symbolic act that’s fun and beautiful. Ride or walk down the spiral slope taking in the murals on each floor. Slow down and contemplate this city’s rise from literal ashes. This is money very well spent when you bring the right attitude.

While the price is quite high, the views are stunning and the experience is quite special. There are plenty of knowledgeable staff to help you out and show you point of intercom above. The experience of making the peace crane and to let it fly down the glass wall to become part of the wall art is quite unique. I would definitely recommend visiting here. There is a small cafe at the top floor as well, but not enough for a meal. Really just to grab a drink and watch the landscape

Yelp
We toured Hiroshima all day, starting with the museum, then a guided tour of the grounds, a boat tour on the river and finished up here at the tower. Thus tower is decently tall and has a great view of the dome monument. Admission was a little pricey. We rode the elevator to the top and we were surprised that it is open air! A little bit of rain was coming in with the wind. They have a little cafe up there, and having a drink and a snack on a nicer weather day up there would be great. There are stairs but there is also a ramp so it's def wheelchair friendly. You can pay ¥100 to make an origami crane of your choice and drop it from the tower as a prayer or wish to those who suffered in Hiroshima. You can pay when you enter or pay on the top floor when you get up there. There is a slide that allows you to slide down to each different level. I had to sign a waiver but it is free. The slide would be great if you had socks and no shoes, as well as pants, not shorts. Otherwise, you will constantly get stuck. Each level has a different mural painted on the wall as you take the ramp down. There is also an elevator as needed but walking was fine for us. There are stairs but you can avoid those if needed as well. There's a little history if you go around and read all the photo captions of the history of the dome and the area. There is not something to visit on each floor. Basically it's floor 13 and 12, and then the main level with gift shop. Restrooms are in the basement level. The gift shop was really nice; they have a lot of unique items including stuff to celebrate the orizuru tower. There is also a little restaurant there, right outside. It was a great visit, I would recommend coming here. Choose a nice day if you can, so you can see further when you're at the top.

Yelp
Overlooking Hiroshima... Hiroshima Orizuru Tower is a building that sits right across the Atomic Bomb Dome and is absolutely beautiful. With several levels of office space the ground floor is where they have their omiyage/gift shop and restaurants and what a lovely spot though not very large it had a great variety of merchandise and local gourmet items like oysters, sweets and various seasonings. Totally recommend by my cousin is the observation deck at the top though not free is something that we really should take a look though we spent so much time stopping and viewing the entire park that we had little time left to shop before they'd be back to pick us up though we did enjoy relaxing with some matcha for me and ice cream for mom this is a cool modern place to shop and enjoy the beauty of Hiroshima with sights and shop but definitely want to return to see the entire city in one glance. どうもありがとうございます!

Yelp
While walking in the area to see the Atomic Done, I noticed the brightly lit entrance this establishment. I had time for only a brief walk around. There is a lovely shop that had quality Japanese items and food products. There were tables to sample the gourmet items, like oyster pate. I only wish I had time to return to shop before the store closed for the evening.

Yelp
A must visit. There's a cute store downstairs but the rooftop has incredible 360 degree views of Hiroshima.
