I’ve very pleased with her service so far. I love that Tracy is so easily accessible. If she can’t answer a call, she will text letting you know she can call back. She’s worked really hard for me, and has answered so many of my annoying questions along the way. She responds to texts, emails, and calls on weekends and even on VACATIONS! I’m very pleased with how she treats me; like a human being. She’s a very family oriented person, and I love that about her as well.

This lawyer seems to be to busy to answer current clients questions. I’ve had to reach out a few times to get answers, and it typically takes weeks to get an answer if I even get one. Needs to learn to follow up with clients.
