I stayed here for a few days on my last trip to Amman and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were SO nice and they would assist with anything needed with a smile. We had dinner on the rooftop and the food was delicious, make sure you order the nachos, chicken tenders and wedges. They also have really good coffee which for me is a huge plus. Its location is also great and is a walking distance from nice coffee shops.

It is not a hotel but a night club. Don’t go if you intend to sleep. Plus they don’t clean the rooms and breakfast is just disgusting.

Below is my wife experience and comments while staying there. Had experienced terrible nausea and vomiting only to find that the washroom and the room was full of the smell of some sort of smoke. It was coming from some other washroom via the ventilating duct. Additionally I had another issue. I had a 7day stay so upon reaching I gave them 100usd deposit for which they had no receipt or documentation to give me. Then after 4 days I gave them further money but they didn't have any slip to give me until I paid in full. This can be more professional. Washroom soap area was hanging. I had no place to keep the shampoos. They changed the room after the complain and insistence. Staff was very cooperative and helpful.

I am giving this hotel a 5 stars. For many reasons. This is not a resort, nor a big name hotel. This is a boutique hotel and should be rated as such.|Our friend in Amman recommended it to us for our 5 days stay. We contacted them by email, three months prior to arrival, and made our reservations, based on the recommendation and the affordable rates. The communications were very professional and the replies were on the spot and almost immediately, although Amman is 10 hours ahead of us.|The location was great. The hotel is in the center of the city, 10 to 15 minutes drive from all the places we needed to be. There were a variety of very good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The rooftop offered delicious appetizers and entrees, in addition to a large bar. The view of the city from the top is amazing.|The lobby was large enough not to be crowded, with two sitting areas, should you need to wait. Our room was remodeled and modern, very large and had everything you needed. The bathroom was also modern and equipped with the best. A Middle Eastern breakfast that will please all tastes is included in the rate, and is served every morning.|I left the staff to the end, because there are no compliments and words enough to say about them. All the personnel were courteous, smiling at all times, and if you need help just ask and they will go out of their way to offer the help needed. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you Mohammad and Abdallah for making us feel at home among family.|All in all it was a five star place and service.

I like to commend Mr. Mohamad Rasoul and all his staff for the 5-star treatment to their customers.|The hotel is one the old hotels in Amman situated in a very good and quiet and leafy area in Amman with few minutes away by taxi to center of city.|Rooms are good size with balconies, Good comfortable bed. good shower and air condition. Old classic furniture but very solid hotel has garden sitting. Breakfast poor it can improve.|I will be happy to stay here again I recommend.

Really good location in a less busy part of Amman but still within easy access of downtown. Fantastic friendly staff who will help you arrange day trips, airport transfers and recommend places to go in Amman.|We were there during Ramadan so the hotel was not full. Personal breakfast was provided when there were not enough people to put on a buffet.|Large room with a very big bed.

Very pleasant hotel. A bit tired and with most fittings a bit loose, paint splash spots on doors, floors, a bit of mold in window and bathroom corners, but overall a very pleasant hotel that may well have had these minor issues fixed by the time you visit. It also has a very lively rooftop bar. Ask for a room on the lower floors if you have trouble sleeping - or 4th floor for quick access to the stairs for the rooftop bar. I paid 40JD for a good sized double room with a king bed. Drinks are expensive at 6.50JD even for a basic beer but this seems to be a problem in all of Amman.

We had to cancel our trip several times, due to the pandemic. However, they were nice enough to accomodate all the changes, and we had a pleasant stay at Hisham Hotel. The rooms are big and nicely decorated, comfy beds, clean bathroom. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty, pretty good selection to choose from. The omlette station on the terrace is a nice touch :)
