Historic AM Foster Covered Bridge

This is such a charming little bridge, tucked away on private property, but open to visitors. Park off the road and walk in. There’s also a small cemetery across the road worth a quick look.

This covered bridge a wonderful view. If you visit don't drive on the field grass as per signs only walking is allowed. Park on the side of the road.

Hidden gem that we came across accidentally. You can only reach this covered bridge via dirt roads so be prepared to take your car “off road”. The view was beautiful and the sunset must have been amazing - we were to late but there were several people having a picnic and watching the sun set. I would come back for the sunset specifically.

Nice photo opportunity! Be sure to park on the side of the road.

Beautiful setting and background, kind of in the middle of nowhere. Very windy when I went as it's in an open field, privately owned. It's a pretty cool little stop anyways.

Owner is a real treasure to the state. Accommodating to the public and owner maintains this bridge so nicely.

A beatiful short covered bridge over a pond near the top of a mountain. Great place to watch sunset and the comet.

A fantastic place for photography. It has everything you need, an easily accessible covered bridge, an old mill stone, a tiny, old, local cemetery, and an old school house. Not easily found, but worth the trip when you get there.
