😊: The staff was very polite and helpful, always smiling and ready to do whichever favor you asked for, and it made my stay even better. The room was spacious enough for two people and very clean, good standard, the location was very good, you can walk on foot to the old town, about 2 km, it is around 500 m from the zoo and very close to a beautiful park, so if you travel with a dog it is very convenient.. 😢: The room was very clean, the bathroom nice, a pretty restaurant inside, the only thing I didn’t like was the floor in the hall next to the reception desk and the elevator which weren’t mopped daily...

Smelly in the room, full of children screaming running in the hal till 22.30 and then again at 06.00. No sounds isolation outside including all of this also sounds form outside because was hot inside the room. Room was big but indeed no furniture just a bed and a table. Breakfast on the website looks decent but the food reflects the experience

Over a four night stay, we had three occasions of people trying to enter our room, two (?) false fire alarms, all while about a hundred kids were running around, in and out of the hotel making noise. The manner in which we got told off for being 1hr late to check out was not exactly exemplary. Leaving a star for trivial cleanliness and the restaurant.

I would like to thank the whole team for their great job, it was my first time to visit Poland so it was difficult . So I wanted to thank you not just for your great welcoming in your property, but also with the great tips and advices about the whole city. It was my first time but for sure will not be the last.

Hi everyone! I am a lower secondary school teacher from Romania and I had an Erasmus school mobility with 15 pupils in Poland in March, 2025. As our return flight was one day later than the end of our mobility, we chose to stay one night in Warsaw, at Hit Hotel. From the very beginning, I had spoken to Ms Dorota Paczek, who gave me all the details about staying at this hotel. She proved to be very understanding and collaborative. Besides that, during our stay at this hotel, all the other staff was very polite and helpful with my group. Last, but not the least, for breakfast we had plenty of choices to make at the hotel restaurant, where we had it. I recommend Hit Hotel with all my heart. Bogdan

While the room was OK (plain, but functional), this hotel was overrun with school groups, which ran through the halls screaming at all hours. There was no sign of their chaperones, and the front desk could do little to control them. In addition, the location is not desirable and the breakfast was poor. I would not stay here again.

Paulina was gracious, kind, and made my American self feel very welcome in Warsaw. She also helped me with an issue at check-in. Thank you so much! Everything else was good, too.

Yelp
Cheap clean and you get what you pay for. The breakfast sux so you are better off eating out. You have to constantly log into wifi as it locks you out if you aren't active in it, but at least you have wifi in your room. Be forewarned the walls are paper thin.
