Great value for the price! Friendly staff, especially the front desk rep who handled my issues with a smile. Decent hotel at an affordable price. Highly recommend!

Overall, a good experience at Hit Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and very clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, which made it easy to get around Warsaw. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. The only downside was the woman working during breakfast—she didn’t smile or respond when I greeted her, which made the atmosphere less welcoming in the mornings. Aside from that, everything else was pleasant.

Spent the last night here during our May holiday in Poland and it ruined the ending of the trip and name day celebration for my girlfriend. "Expectations vs Reality" was on another level. For a 60 eur per night we were expecting normal hotel experience - nothing fancy / nothing bad, but this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Room was grimly lit and depressing. Walls, curtains, carpet, one of the towels, even a mirror frame was dirty. There were bumps on the floor under the carpet. Radiators and fan had bunch of dust in them. Bathroom had that IKEA shower curtain, that costs 1.5 euros and it wasn't changed in at least 4..5 months. There was a half empty toilet paper from previous guests left. Toilet was leaking and every 15-20 seconds and it would fill up with water giving out loud screeching noise (water supply valve was stuck and couldn't be turned off). Sound isolation was non-existent. This was the first time I had physical pain in ears from the noise. And while we usually enjoy having kettle in the hotels, this time we didn't dare to use it, having everything so dirty in this place.

Smelly in the room, full of children screaming running in the hal till 22.30 and then again at 06.00. No sounds isolation outside including all of this also sounds form outside because was hot inside the room. Room was big but indeed no furniture just a bed and a table. Breakfast on the website looks decent but the food reflects the experience

Over a four night stay, we had three occasions of people trying to enter our room, two (?) false fire alarms, all while about a hundred kids were running around, in and out of the hotel making noise. The manner in which we got told off for being 1hr late to check out was not exactly exemplary. Leaving a star for trivial cleanliness and the restaurant.

I would like to thank the whole team for their great job, it was my first time to visit Poland so it was difficult . So I wanted to thank you not just for your great welcoming in your property, but also with the great tips and advices about the whole city. It was my first time but for sure will not be the last.

While the room was OK (plain, but functional), this hotel was overrun with school groups, which ran through the halls screaming at all hours. There was no sign of their chaperones, and the front desk could do little to control them. In addition, the location is not desirable and the breakfast was poor. I would not stay here again.

Cozy hotel with a nice restaurant by the lobby. Great place to stay for the price, but definitely not a high end luxury place.

Cheap clean and you get what you pay for. The breakfast sux so you are better off eating out. You have to constantly log into wifi as it locks you out if you aren't active in it, but at least you have wifi in your room. Be forewarned the walls are paper thin.
