Had a lovely dining experience at Hitoyoshi Izakaya while at Changi Airport. The food was genuinely good—fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. From sushi to grilled skewers, everything hit the spot.
What made it even better was the atmosphere. Despite being in an airport, the restaurant had a cozy, authentic izakaya vibe that made it feel like a mini escape from the terminal bustle. Great lighting, calm ambiance, and a comfortable layout.
Perfect for a satisfying meal before a flight or during a layover.
Rating: 4.5/5 — tasty food, great vibes, and a surprisingly relaxing airport dining experience.
