If you live in the East and often find yourself running out of dining ideas at Changi Airport, Hitoyoshi Izakaya is a reliable choice that never disappoints—whether for lunch or dinner. Located on Level 5 of Jewel, the restaurant features open-air seating with a relaxed atmosphere. It offers a wide variety of comforting Japanese dishes, including bentos, sashimi, and izakaya favorites, all at reasonable prices. During lunch, there are also value-for-money set meals and a 1-for-1 yakitori promotion. We especially enjoy the salmon don topped with garlic mayo and the chirashi don—both consistently fresh and well-prepared. The sashimi is always of good quality, and the 1-for-1 yakitori sticks are a great deal, perfect as light bites for both adults and children. Service is prompt and attentive, adding to the pleasant dining experience. Do note that, being on Level 5 directly under Jewel’s glass canopy, it can get a little warm during the day and slightly dim after sunset. Still, it remains one of our favorite go-to spots whenever we’re unsure of where to eat.

We passed by for a late snack. The food was delicious and quite authentic. After 10 pm, they serve tapas, They had a late promotion 1 for 1 skewer. A bit pricy, but nice food. A beautiful venue and good atmosphere 👍🏻

Amazing high quality sushi in a BEAUTIFUL setting on the top floor of the Singapore jewel. You can tell they use high quality fish and ingredients and the food is extremely reasonable on price especially considering its in the airport! We had a great meal and really enjoyed the views. Definitely coming back next time we are in Singapore! 🇸🇬 🍣 🍱😋

If you need a spot for drinks while waiting at Jewel Changi, this is a great choice. It's a Japanese bar with a good variety of drinks, ranging from sake to beers. We came here while waiting for friends, and it was a perfectly straightforward experience.

We enjoyed a delightful meal on the top floor near the lush Canopy Park before a long flight to Europe. This is a good place for a casual meal, relaxed hangout, or a quiet bite before a flight. Food quality is good here. We had several dishes with our drinks and truly enjoyed every dish. Drinks are another highlight. The izakaya boasts an adventurous array of highballs at affordable prices. Service here is generally warm and attentive, contributing to the overall welcoming vibe.

Appreciate that a server took a special order not listed on menu. A little disappointed with the food quality. The cold soba had some floury taste. The seasonal promo menu of snow crab in chilli sauce gave an impression that the crab is not fresh, the flesh is mushy.
