Good music, terrible treatment by security.
I’m giving three stars because the musical experience was excellent and the event itself was very well organized. However, the treatment I received from one of the security guards completely ruined part of my night.
While I was waiting for my friends near the bathrooms, a short, bald man with a long black beard — who was clearly part of the security team — spoke to me in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone, telling me to move away as if I wasn’t a paying customer like everyone else. I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I was just standing there quietly. When I asked him why he was talking to me like that, he even threatened to throw me out.
The truth is, with prices that are not exactly cheap, the least you expect is to be treated with basic respect. I felt mistreated and humiliated for no reason. It’s unfortunate that a single staff member, with such a poor attitude, can easily damage the reputation of a place that otherwise offers a great event.
I hope the organizers take this kind of feedback seriously and reevaluate who they choose to represent them at the door.
