This is the sushi bar and lounge in Fairmont Mayakoba. The interior is very nice and great to visit to have some snacking tapas like food in the middle of the day or late at night. They are not sushi restaurant. It is mainly bar. So the menus is pretty simple. I tried several dishes. My favorite dishes are mango unagi roll, tuna nigiri, fried shrimp roll, and maguro. My son also said tuna poke is very good. The way they cook sushi rice is little too sticky(too much water) for me. However it is good to try in Fairmont. The waiter is very friendly and nice too.

This was one of our favourite restaurants while staying at the Fairmont! Our only complaint is that the food took a bit longer to arrive than we expected. Overall, it was a fantastic place to grab an afternoon snack or a pre-dinner (we were on the all-inclusive package :))

Beautiful location, great service, AWFUL sushi. The rice in every form (nigiri, rolls, crispy rice) was almost inedible. I can only recommend going here for a drink and dessert!
