"Live" report at Global Sources Consumer Electronics Show 14th April 2024! After Global Sources we move to HKTDC Hong Kong Electronic Fair where we met up with factories in the health and massage category. There are trends into health rings, air-pressure sports recuperation devices and massage chairs. Overall a pretty busy day. "Live" report at HKTDC Consumer Electronics Show 15th April 2024! Today we start off with a discussion with our factories followed by finishing up level 5 and level 3 halls. Most of the product categories at level 5 are same as those found in Global Sources. There are alot more hong kong companies setup as agents for China factories. Among the new products some of the more interesting propositions are hydroponics home-based plant growth treatment tanks, pet products and solar power. At level 3 there's a huge showcase of China technologies with booths setup by different provinces. From Shandong to Xiamen to Shenzhen each showcasing their new technologies and solutions. Next we head down to level 1 where there are rows of booths. We managed to see one of our factory in Air Purifiers. One of the more notable products are the air pressure leg treatment devices and knee massagers. Located on 3rd floor of Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, one of the top class restaurant in town. Service & quality of food remained excellent. Pricy, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

My family and I went into the store in Wan Chain to buy some gifts. One of the saleswomen began to follow us as if we were criminals. They should give them classes on how to treat the clients with respect and people of different nationalities. Don't go here, go to a different store to spend your money.

Good place to buy gifts that have a bit more “design” in them as opposed to it being purely functional. I visited on 07MAY2023 and was kind of followed by the staff there but it was only to promote their products and explain the design and functions.

I like this shop as you can review and appreciate the goods from locally designed. They are not bad at all. The shop itself locates next to Wanchai convention centre and is a big shop and you will be able to find different varieties of products, no matter for yourself as a tourist, or to buy as a gift or souvenir for your love ones. Remember to go to their app to see their latest promotion or if one off purchase for HKD 500 or more you can apply to become their DG member and to enjoy 10% off normally (20% off in birthday month). I couldn't give less than one star. Customer service is absolutely horrible. My family and I were rudely followed by an employee who would snatch things away from us as soon as we showed interest. We were made to feel like thieves/criminals. The owners/management should invest in customer service training for their employees. We ended up going next door to the hotel where we were staying to buy some quick souvenirs. There, we were treated with respect by a wonderful employee who made us feel welcome. When I left, I politely told one of the employees who was shadowing us that she should try to make an effort to treat customers better. She told me I should shop somewhere else.
