We stay for four nights great location with a friendly atmosphere a decent breakfast . The boot room good with ski hire in the hotel next door . The rooms were serviced daily to a good standard I would visit again .

Cheap and cheerful! There is supposed to be a restaurant here, but the only option when we stayed was tapas. No sign of the Italian restaurant. Great location for access to the ski slopes and local shops and restaurants. Could do with a bit of TLC.

This was my very first trip to Les Menuires & skiing. The location of the hotel was amazing, so convenient to pick up ski equipment, a short walk to the supermarket & bars for evening entertainment. You could ski in/out to head down to 3 lifts which would take you on a variety of different runs and was a good start to the day to get the legs warmed up.||The hotel staff all spoke English & was always more than happy to answer questions that you had and even let us borrow as uk plug adapter as we forgot ours!||Breakfast was pretty standard & there was always something there that everyone would eat from a warm baguette to cereals, croissants etc but no cooked options but then we don’t really eat hot breakfasts so no issue for us.||The rooms were compact but very comfortable & we had a great view. The only downside for me personally was there wasn’t a shower in the bathroom, only a handheld one with no shower curtain so in order to have a shower without soaking the whole bathroom was a little tricky. That being said by the end of the trip a soak in the bath was well needed for my aching legs and knees! Would this stop me from booking here again? Absolutely not as we plan on returning in December!||A fantastic find in my opinion, welcoming staff, comfortable room, awesome location & this will be my new hotel of choice for when we return in December for more skiing.

We stayed in room n° 101 (2 person room) for 3 nights in March '24.|Overall quite sadly disappointing experience if you consider the price we paid. We really felt it as a rip-off. Even still after they made a small gesture as we expressed our complaints in a polite way.|Expectation: 3 star hotel, hip and trendy, fresh,...|Reality: expensive budget hostel, cheap, poorly maintained,...|To conclude: don't pretend to be a hip hotel @ 300€ per night when in fact you are still a budget hostel at heart.|Some positive points:|Most of the staff was friendly.|Direct access to ski slopes.|Nice bar selection.|Cosy hostel vibes.|Quite some negative points:|Tiny room (smaller than an Ibis-budget room).|Tiny bathroom, no shower screen and rod - bad is half the size of a normal bath.|Very noisy because right in front of the ski room (N° 101 - lower first floor).|No privacy since people on the public terrace could look right through our window.|Very dark room and bathroom with not enough lighting.|Ski room: 24th of March - glass door still not repaired and ski booth rack got out of the rail. After 3 days still not repaired. I sense a poorly managed maintenance management.|Breakfast: ok breakfast for a budget hostel.

Great location, most staff very friendly and helpful. |Please do not book room 101 it is very cold being at the end of the building and on the lower floor, right opposite the ski room making it very noisy.|The door lock does not work properly, we usually have to get assistance every time we need to get into our room. |The bathroom has a bath with no plug, no where to hang towels as they have clearly fallen off at some stage and no holder for the shower head making it rather difficult to shower especially if you need to wash your hair.|When I asked for another room, I was told not possible, as they were full, one rude staff member told me I was the problem as I couldn’t open the door, nor could my husband and other guests who asked if we needed help.|Unfortunately no compensation for a major inconvenience.|One very unhappy traveller.

Awesome little hotel/hostel in the heart of Les Menuires. If you're going to 3 Vallees for the skiing and not fussed about the glam this is the perfect place. It has ski in ski out and close access to lifts. Ski storage and information for people looking to really explore the mountains. Great dinner options, lovely evening ambience and close to other little restaurants and bars and a short drive to other attraction towns.

Very nice and cosy hotel, perfectly located on La Croisette in Les Menuires, walking distance from the slopes. Beautiful view of the mountain, super friendly staff, and very good restaurant/bar (nice mix of local and world cuisine). Will come back for sure!

Came for the Easter weekend, most places in our budget range were fullty booked. So this hostel popped up but I had my reservations being an older couple who have had our fair share of hostels. Anyway...we booked, we liked it and we highly recommend it. Cosy bar / restaurant with nice views, mixture of different types of people. Nice but basic rooms (it's a hostel). Friendly staff with a chilled singer some nights. Good cleaning standards. My only complaint would be the shower. It was basically a shower head and no holder. Great if you like in sat down showers.
