Having an accident in a foreign country is never pleasant. I slid and fell down half a flight of wet stairs and hit the back of my head. My hotel took me to Hoang My. I’d never heard of this hospital before. At first glance, I noticed how clean and modern this hospital is, especially on the fourth floor where the VIP clinic is. All personnels were extremely kind and caring. They took care of me every step of the way. All scans were done efficiently. The cost is reasonable too. CT scan ~ 2 Million, MRI ~ 2.6 M, 500k for consultation. Miss Thao, the translator, made sure I understood my results. I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism here. They treat you as a friend, not just a patient, something I rarely felt back home in the US.

I had a very positive experience at the international department of the hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Everyone spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. The medical team was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining all procedures clearly and making sure I understood everything. I truly appreciated the high level of care and attention to detail. Every aspect of my visit, from reception to treatment, was handled efficiently and kindly. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for professional, English-speaking medical care in a clean and welcoming setting.

I came for a blood test, warm welcome and professional. International clinic speaking very good English. I got the doctor quickly, very professional, results obtained after an hour, very reasonable price, clean and spacious premises. I recommend.

I stayed 5 days on the 9th floor ENT dept. The place is clean, right in the city center, and meals were well prepared every day. Huge thanks to Dr. My — super professional and really sweet. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Scam alert for foreigners. I walked past this hospital recently and thought it looked clean and modern, so I figured I’d keep it in mind in case I ever needed treatment. Out of curiosity, I checked the Google Maps reviews — and wow. Almost every single negative review says the same thing: if you’re a foreigner, they make up prices on the spot, and you get no official price list. Just a random number based on how you look. Multiple people report being overcharged or treated with clear bias. One even called it “a racist clinic”. That’s not just one angry customer — it’s a clear pattern. Looks nice from the outside, but don’t get fooled. If you’re not Vietnamese, stay away.

Brilliant service. I had travellers belly for five days and they organised ultrasound, stool test all within minutes. Results in an hour. Absolutely brilliant. All for 1.5m

Most be the best and most affordable hospital in town fl.4 is brand new high and equipment. My ENT Dr was far better then the top 5 private hospitals I regularly use in Bangkok. Also 50% cheaper. And no xtra adds on bills at Hospitals like to do in Thailand. , can't be more happy easy a 5 star experience! Only negative is that English is not well spoken.
