Hoang Trinh Hotel

The staff were super friendly. Some of the nicest people we met in all of Vietnam and that's saying something! They really looked after us and we're extremely kind despite the flooding that had happened only a week before our stay. The room was very cosy and the bed was so comfy. Location is perfect as it's not too noisy but walkable to the centre and to the bridge. I loved this city and this place made us feel like home. (Incredible breakfast too).

Our best hotel in Vietnam so far. The hotel room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet with plenty of delicious options. The owner and the rest of the staff (security guard, housekeeper) were incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions. At the end of our stay, we even received a small gift from the hotel, which was a really thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel in a good location and with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with a wide selection of food and many tropical fruits. If I come to Hoi An again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is brilliant. The staff are fantastic, Ling in particular was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a lovely stay at the hotel. The front desk was very helpful and welcoming and they knew everyone’s names. It was a great location. Walking distance to everything we needed but far enough away from the noise.

We had a great time at this hotel and the staff couldn’t do more for us at are stay here. We were here for Christmas and they really looked after us. Breakfast was lovely loads of selection and fresh fruits. Nice and relaxing to. Would recommend.

After 2 weeks in Vietnam, this place has become the very best, so our 3 days stance in Hoi An has improved a lot. Really thankful to Lili for helping and advising. So gentle and great person. The hotel feels so familiar, friendly and natural designed, while fully equipped and clean. ¡Cảm ơn!

A brilliant hotel right next to Old Town. We loved our stay here - breakfast is delicious and the staff really look out for you! Rooms are nice, pool is lovely and it's great value for money - would definitely recommend!
