Hocking Hills Canopy Tours

We did the Original Canopy Tour and it was incredible! Skyler and Ella were amazing instructors and guides. The tour starts out with getting geared up and a practice run that is not far off the ground. They teach you everything you need to know for the course. The course was about 10 zip lines and 3 sky bridges so it was worth it for the time spent on this adventure. Ella and Skyler were also great entertainment while we were up there. They remembered everyones names, gave us fun facts and even had some funny jokes to entertain us. My son is 10 years old and he had an absolute blast! I personally am terrified of heights but felt so comfortable with Ella & Skyler that I almost forgot how high up we were. Maria was also great - she took us to and from the course and was an excellent driver. We would definitely do this adventure again. Well worth it!

Amazing experience! The canopy tour was beautiful and really fun. Olivia and Sara were awesome guides! They were knowledgeable, amusing, and made me feel at ease when I was nervous. Would definitely recommend!

We did the X-Tour. So much fun! Xandra and Sara were our guides and they did a phenomenal job. They kept it exciting, and fun. This is a must do while on Hocking Hills. Highlight of our stay!

We had a great time with the tour on our trip. Our tour guides, Xanny and Megatron were very fun and extremely knowledgeable about the area. They taught us safety practices and led by example the whole way. Lots of good humor which also set the tone. We had some storms come through and needed to delay for 30-40 mins but they started the tour over from the beginning for all of us which was a nice bonus. Shout out to Maria for the friendly smile and warm wishes at all the stops AND the safe transportation!

Family of 7, with 5 kids from 10 to 22 years old, all inexperienced and 1 with some fear of heights. We were on our way home from a spring break road trip and had booked in advance. There are picnic tables available if you bring lunch, as we had. 6 of us wear glasses, which was not a problem on the original tour. You can bring your phone at your own risk, so I was able to take pictures of the others as they zipped. Justin and Ian were great guides: funny, helpful, fact-filled, and encouraging. We had a blast and were entertained and felt very safe and would love to do it again, should we ever be back this way!

It was a cool, wet and misting rain. The last four days it stormed and flooded the area. The last day of spring break was upon us. We set out to have one last shot at making happy family memories, so we set out to try zip lining for the first time. I called and they assured me the Dragon Fly Kids Course was operational, they even mentioned our leashed pup could tag a long. We arrived to find a ghost town. The rain kept other family’s nestled in their beds at home. We had the entire place to ourselves. We were welcomed into the shop and the staff was friendly and genuinely seemed happy we were there. The process was simple, sign in the kids with DOB and weight, using one of several onsite scales. It was all completed on a tablet. I added my card and we were sent down a mulch path. We arrived at a little house and Justin explained the gear and took the time to ensure each child was outfitted securely. Justin was funny and had a great energy! He went over the rules, then quizzed the kids and then reviewed the rules again. (Justin may have had to review the rules and give a third quiz, but he made sure that they understood the safety regulations.) The girls set off and the first zip was little more than a jump. It was enough to build their confidence and ease their nerves. They were a touch hesitant, but Justin made jokes and put them at ease. We cheered for them and their faces said it all! One of the girls has some special needs and had a harder time landing on the platform. Justin was patient and encouraging. There were several, several times that he needed to intervene. He always kept a great attitude and gave so much kindness. We can’t wait to get back out and practice. As soon as thy are 10, we can be ready for the Adults Course! Memories made! Five Stars

Great X tour with Xandra and Jo. 11 great zips with information about each one so you know how high or how long you were going. Great sense of humor. With the coupon provided, we also enjoyed the super zip, which was a lot of fun and a great way to end our visit. We were able to book the day before, but times were limited so if you know a few days in advance, go ahead and lock in some tickets .

My son and I went zip lining (X-Tour) and had an amazing experience thanks to our two incredible guides, Joanna and Justin. They were both fantastic from start to finish. Their energy was absolutely infectious—high-energy, fun, and engaging the entire time. They knew exactly how to make everyone feel comfortable and safe, but they also made sure it was never boring for a second. Both Joanna and Justin kept us laughing, entertained, and genuinely excited about the whole adventure. It’s clear they both love what they do, and it really shows in how they treat their guests. They went above and beyond to make the day special for us, and they’re the kind of guides any company would be lucky to have. If their boss sees this: you’ve got two real stars on your team! They deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise!) for how well they represent your business. We’ll be recommending this tour to all our friends—and it’s 100% because of Joanna and Justin.
