Please lock your items or take them with you. Unfortunately my safe was not working and I went down to breakfast for around 10 minutes and my wallet was taken from my purse by the cleaner. It was then found behind the bathroom sink and I was missing $50 dollars. Cleaning supervisor insisted that it has not happened before. I was just glad I got my wallet back as my ids were there.

Positive: The hotel is very centrally located to shopping, dining, and city night life. The hotel offers comfort boutique styled amenities that make it more appealing for the traveler on a leisure vacation. Negative: This location doesn't offer a pool, the terrace could use an awning to cover the table seating but leaves the lounge chair in the sun. The hotel could offer some personal services such as massages, facial, onsite tour bookings, or other excursion offers.

Odelpa caribe is a great hotel ( small boutique hotel) in the middle of everything in La zona colonial. Great staff, great breakfast which is included. La zona colonial is filled with restaurants, bars, museums etc. great for couples and family. Will definitely return.

Hotel room looks a lot worse than pictures shown. Worst part is they don’t even distinguish smoking and nonsmoking rooms. If you’re sensitive to smells I advise you to look for something else. Chase travel sometimes screwing ppl over, I would use Amex instead in the future.

Nothing works in this hotel, blinking lamps|slow, very slow shower drainage, water goes out, causing a very slippery floor, loose grab bar, slow toilet. Phone does not work neither the TV. Authorities should look into|this. Foreigners may stop coming to|DR, because of this bad image.|Do no try report anything because|nothing will be done. Good luck to those who dare to register in this hotel.

Hotel is located at an excellent location. Breakfast is just enough to start the day. It includes variety breads, eggs, pastries, juice and delicious hot coffee. The staff is very attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place

I really love the staff here. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff and even the cleaning crew.||The breakfast buffet had everything I needed and was fresh and tasty. The dinner chef during my visits was top of the line. Just be prepared for a leisurely meal. It will take awhile to get your absolutely delicious food.||If you plan to get an early night’s rest, think again. This part of Santo Domingo is party central! The music is loud until around 2 AM. If you want to party, no problema!

Hotel was very nice and comfy. They offer free valet which I needed because I have a rental. Check in was quick, rooms are quaint but not very spacious which was also ok. Hotel is somewhat modern and traditional at the same time. Right on the center of Santo Domingo, restaurants and experiences right across the street. Rooms and bedding were very clean and appreciated. No desk. WiFiMost importantly the water was very hot consistently and bathroom shower was modern. The free breakfast is way above average. The food selection and quality were very good! I had to leave in a hurry so they allowed me a To go box for my breakfast and drinks. I highly recommend especially for someone looking for affordability but is very particular and also someone who may not be spending much time in the room.
