Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel & Casino Santiago, Hotel

I absolutely love this hotel. Have been coming here for way over 10 years and the service is ALWAYS A+++++++. The staff really makes your stay amazing. Hilary is just a breath of fresh air to interact with and Gilfredo, wow he even managed to completely surprise me with a cake for my birthday stay there. EVERYONE AT THIS HOTEL ARE COMPLETELY COMPLETELY AMAZING. I love everything and everyone here

I had a great time here. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean, and in a prime location. The service was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful personnel, particularly Hillary and her group at breakfast. Fantastic service. The cuisine was always good and fresh, and the pool and hot tub were entertaining. The reception desk was very helpful and accommodating.

This is a pretty nice hotel. They keep updating things which is great. The upstairs pool area is absolutely the best. The infinity pool is nice with good seating around. They have a pool table near the bar up stairs as well. Good and drinks are reasonably priced and taste great.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay her in el Hodelpa Gran Almirante. The check was very fast and smooth. Rafael at the front desk was fantastic and we give him a 100% customer service grade. He was very polite and explained everything we needed to know about the hotel.|The room was very nice. We were on the 2nd floor. Which it was great because that where was the pool located. So it was very easy access. The pool area was very nice and the jacuzzi were great. The bar on the pool deck was excellent. That is where we met Margort the Bartender. She was amazing and fixed the best drinks. She was super nice and treated everyone with a nice smile. I wish the management can give her an employee of the month because she well deserves it.|The breakfast was included and it was great. The food was well cooked and it tasted delicious. All the staff in there were fantastic and they all treated us with respect and with big smiles. What an amazing staff this hotel has. |The parking her was very big and safe. The parking spot could be a little larger. ||I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Especially when I found out that they have a airport shuttle service. See you soon Hodelpa !!

I loved my stay here. The hotel is gorgeous, impeccably clean and conveniently located. The service was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially Hillary and her team during breakfast. Incredible service. The pool and hot tub were fun and the food was great as well, always fresh and delicious. The front desk was extremely accomodatiing when I had to extend my trip by 2 nights last minute. I will be back.

Nice hotel but some rooms are facing the swimming pool and even if they say that it closes at 9 pm, they still play music until very very late so you won’t be able to sleep… EDIT: The staff was very nice though and very accommodating

It was a good stay. The service is outstanding especially at breakfasts.||Pedro and Hilary are notable polite.||The rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable. A few situations with shower presented, but ok.||They should keep extended hours of operations by the pool service.

The service is more than amazing! Is extraordinary! They exceed on my needs and my expectations. I wanted a Perrier with lime but they were out. Still Hilary went beyond getting what I ordered in other area and bringing it to my table. Excellent lunch and experience!
