Hodelpa Gran Almirante Hotel & Casino Santiago, Hotel

My stay at this hotel was three days and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Hilary’s warm smile and pleasant aura every morning when I went down for breakfast. She has the best personality for customer service. When I went to dinner in the bar Jose was very kind and helpful taking time explain the menu and being patient as I took a while to order. He also paid attention, I sat at my table for a while before anyone came to me but as soon as he came out he came and saw me he came over to take my order. He also checked on my order and made sure I got my food on time. The front desk staff was very helpful. I can’t remember their names but the black guy that is bald was very respectful and helpful with our reservation and took time to apologize as we waited for our rooms. Great guy!!! The receptionist on the 5th Floor who worked the evening shift on Nov 16 was very nice and super helpful also. Keep up the good work guys! You’re the ones that makes me want to come back again to your hotel again! See you soon!!

We've loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, the food delicious, and our room was very nice. Our favorite the pool bar. Aymet (spelling?) took excellent care of us, and was a delight to chat with. 100% will be back soon!

I usually stay at the Hodelpa a few times a year for business and they have excellent service. The rooms and location are nice, and the pool is really pretty. Their service is amazing--Hilary at the restaurant downstairs is amazing. She makes you feel like you are coming home. And Pedro, behind the grill, cooks delicious food. The service is the best.

Hilary was the kindest help to me and the group. I had many questions and needed specific dietary things and Hilary always would serve us with a smile. The hospitality she gave makes me want to come back again. The breakfast was delicious and the room very clean.

Rooms are a decent size. The beds are comfortable and you can actually pick the firmness of your pillows. The staff are great. They make you feel like you're in an all inclusive resort. Sonia the seamstress is amazing. It's actually free to have your clothes adjusted. Just have some class and tip her because it's only right. Food is better than average for hotel food. It's freshly made, you can tell. Location is decent. You have access to Uber and there are good restaurants walking distance. The front desk people are great too, but forgot their names.

The location and rooms are nice, but it is the service that makes it so warm and inviting.

Stay here regularly for work. The staff are amazing and the rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable every time. The restaurant has remained so good for years, always great service from Diana and Emanuel!

My stay here has been 10/10. The warm welcome from the 3-11 staff was nothing short of amazing. The breakfast is included in the price and very tasty. The food in the restaurant was good. Tje staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional especially Miguel and Danilsa. Beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back!
