Everything was amazing! I highly recommend Hodelpa Gran Almirante and will definitely go back soon. Excellent friendly staff, service and amenities. Truly one of the best relaxing vacations Ive had. I want to give a special thanks to Pedro Silvero, Miguel Candelario, Jose Estevez, Danilsa, Hilary, Margaret at the pool bar, Rosalia from housekeeping, Rafael Rodriguez from the front desk and Gustavo. Rooms are a decent size. The beds are comfortable and you can actually pick the firmness of your pillows. The staff are great. They make you feel like you're in an all inclusive resort. Sonia the seamstress is amazing. It's actually free to have your clothes adjusted. Just have some class and tip her because it's only right. Food is better than average for hotel food. It's freshly made, you can tell. Location is decent. You have access to Uber and there are good restaurants walking distance. The front desk people are great too, but forgot their names.

My stay here has been 10/10. The warm welcome from the 3-11 staff was nothing short of amazing. The breakfast is included in the price and very tasty. The food in the restaurant was good. Tje staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional especially Miguel and Danilsa. Beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back!

I had a great stay at this hotel. And especially the service in your restaurant/bar. Hilary was exceptionally friendly and professional. Her service was wonderful, prompt, and warmly friendly and she dressed very professionally which is much appreciated. The other staff Aymet, Leovince and Pedro were also excellent. As aircrew, I've stayed here many times. The rooms are nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is always outstanding. Its the staff that really sets this hotel apart. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Hilary, Pedros, Leovince, Ansleidy, and Enmanuel for outstanding service.

This place is amazing. The rooms are so clean. The service is excellent. Margaret the bartender is amazing. Her customer services skills are are outstanding. I recommend this place a 100%. If you stay in Santiago and you need a place to stay, Hodelpa gran Almirante is the way to go.

The hospitality at this hotel is always amazing. You’re always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The service is great, especially the team members Hilary, Aymet, Pedro, Silveno, Leanice, Arisleicly and Piplan . They provide a high level of service and always remember repeat customers. That makes a world of difference. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Love this place. Rooms very clean. Food amazing(breakfast buffet one of the best) and staff is always approachable and friendly. Hostess Hilary from the restaurant is always welcoming with a smile and pleasant demeanor. She always makes us feel at home here in Santiago
