Visited Hofgarten for the first time, and I must say, it’s such a beautiful and peaceful park. The greenery, old trees, and little water streams give it a very calming vibe. It’s a great spot to just sit, walk around, or even read a book if you want some quiet time. What I liked most was how clean and well maintained it is. Even though it’s in the middle of the city, it doesn’t feel crowded or noisy at all. It’s perfect for a short escape from the usual hustle. I’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re in Düsseldorf. it’s totally worth it!

A beautiful green lunge in the city center. Wonderful walking routes and places to sit and absorb nature. In sunny days you’ll find a lot of people sitting on the grass for picnic or just to enjoy some rays of sun. You can visit the swan house where they feed the poultry.highly recommended

Yelp
Well, one thing that I can say about a garden walk is that they are not suited to a rainy day, which unfortunately was the case when I was in Dusseldorf (It sounds as if I brought Melbourne weather with me, or it could be just that their summer is out winter, though it certainly isn't that cold). Okay, I didn't get to see all of the gardens, but then again this place is basically a park, well sort of - there doesn't seem to be any open spaces for picnics, but then again that probably isn't a German thing and I probably can't compare parks in Australia to those in Germany even though the park was establishd a while back in my mind it is a park, probably not hugely touristy, but nice enough for an afternoon stroll. Oh, it also has a pretty large lake with birds in it so alles gute.
