Hoi An Chic Green Retreat

We LOVED our stay here so much that we extended by three days! The hospitality was top notch. Kitchen went out of their way to make sure we had vegan options for breakfast and remembered the drinks we liked too. The location of this hotel is superb, out amongst the rice paddies for a quieter stay but only a five minute ride into town which was very easy using grab. The motorbikes would arrive almost immediately to pick us up and cars had no problem either. We also walked to a few different dinners and didn’t need a vehicle for the closer spots. We loved borrowing the free bikes to ride to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the abundance of food options all around. The retreat felt peaceful, we enjoyed afternoons up by the pool, and they let us take their nice towels to the beach. The people who work here really elevated the experience for us. So kind, caring, and fun! We felt right at home and were excited to return each evening to share about our adventures with the wonderful women who worked at the front. Each morning we were greeted warmly by the dining room staff. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a wonderful retreat stay in Hoi An!

Hoi An Chic – Green Retreat is a quiet and relaxing place to stay, ideal for travelers who want to escape the busy Old Town. The resort is surrounded by paddy fields, but during our stay the rice had already been harvested, so the view was not green at that time. Even so, the environment was still peaceful and calm. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice design that blends well with nature. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room well throughout our stay. The staff were very warm, friendly, and attentive. They were always happy to assist with transportation, recommendations, and any requests, which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable with a decent variety of local and Western options. The pool area was relaxing and a good place to unwind. Although the resort is located slightly outside Hoi An Old Town, the hotel provides convenient transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, it is still a good place to relax, offering good value for money. I would recommend it, especially for those looking for a quiet retreat. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hoi An.

The staff is so incredibly friendly! It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooftop pool is wonderful, surrounded by rice fields that make it look movie like. The restaurant thats attached to the resort is amazing. So many different things and lots of vegan options if you want tofu substitutes. There's a shuttle to the market and the beach but honestly the free bikes are so nice! Its just a 15-20 min bike ride to get to either and its worth the time. Breakfast each morning. Im super happy with the stay! Definitely recommend!! And I like the eco consciousness, recyclable glass bottles and paper packaging, even the trash bags are paper. Love it!! 🥳🎉

We stayed here for three nights while travelling south through Vietnam. It’s fabulous! Surrounded by paddy fields with nature that serenades. It’s not corporate and faceless. It’s welcoming and relaxing. Our room was rustic but very well appointed with a beautiful marble bath and views of the roof top infinity pool. We had plenty of space. What made it really special were the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. This stay was a hi-light of our trip. Definite 5*

We are so happy with our stay in Green Retreat! The staff were so welcoming and kind to our family (I travelled with my husband, baby and parents). They had the perfect balance of feeling like family and also feeling very professional in their care and service. They even surprised us on our baby’s first birthday with a personalised cake and birthday hat - a gesture we will never forget. Thank you so much Green Retreat, we will definitely come back

If you are scrolling to look for accommodation in Hoi An, stop now and book Hoi An Chic Green Retreat. We stayed six nights and have loved every minute. It is perfectly located between the beach and old town and set off the main street overlooking rice fields and water buffalo. We truly felt at home with the warm hospitality from Ms Hong and Ms Hąnh, there welcoming smiles and banter felt like true friendship and they helped us with anything we needed. The daily breakfast is incredible, we felt very spoilt by Mamma Hưng each morning, she's a fabulous cook. The Hotel offers a free shuttle bus to old town and to the beach along with a Jeep Tour of the country side and other included activities. I'd recommend taking the offer of the Jeep Tour, where Chính takes you through the rice fields and farms and explains what happens within their neighbourhood, we couldn't help but feel as though we were part of the community. The rooms here are beautifully decorated with pictures of birds, lots of wood and retro style decor. Very homely rustic but also spotlessly clean. We loved our stay here and will return on our next visit to Hoi An.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local and international dishes. The location was also perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. What I appreciated most was the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We could not recommend this place more highly. It’s set 3km outside of Hoi An and there’s a complementary bus into the town. It’s so relaxing and beautifully situated amongst paddy fields and local Vietnamese homes. It felt really authentic and the staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. It’s really reasonably priced and the food is excellent. We would both highly recommend this place.
