A Hidden Gem in Hoi An – Perfect for Families! We recently spent 5 nights at Hoi An Odyssey Hotel as a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids), and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive in every aspect, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team. The hotel itself is a charming boutique hideaway, nestled just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town to feel peaceful, yet still within walking or biking distance to all the sights. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. One small but memorable touch: on our first morning, the coffee at breakfast was perfect—strong and rich, just how we like it. The next day, it wasn’t quite as strong, so we casually mentioned it to the staff. To our surprise and delight, they not only took note immediately but checked in with us each morning afterwards to make sure the coffee was just right. That level of attentiveness really stood out and meant a lot. The rooms were spotless and cozy, the pool was a hit with the kids, and the entire hotel had a warm, personal atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Every team member made an effort to ensure we had a wonderful stay, and they truly went above and beyond. If you're looking for a peaceful yet accessible spot in Hoi An, with top-notch service and a family-friendly vibe, we couldn’t recommend Hoi An Odyssey Hotel more highly. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Odyssey Spa Resort in Hoi An. The staff was absolutely outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful with every request. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and elevated our experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night after exploring the city. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food; the dishes were fresh, delicious, and offered a nice selection. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!

We stayed at Odyssey Hoi An Hotel for my 32nd birthday and our time was brilliant. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it!!||The hotel is perfectly clean with a nice pool and very good breakfasts. ||The location of the hotel is great, it’s very peaceful but still close to the old town with walking taking 10-15 mins. There are also bikes available or grabs make getting anywhere very easy. ||The main highlight however was the staff, they were so kind and worked tirelessly through our stay with great recommendation for activities and the beach. They also made a very clear effort to remember us and took time to speak to us every morning at breakfast making sure we were happy with our stay and asking about our plans for the coming day. ||Would 100% stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! We had the best time here. The staff treat you like family from the moment you check in. The food is really good and the pool area is great. Nice spacious rooms. Lovely and peaceful location just outside the busyness of the old town - the hotel has free bikes which you can use to get to the main hub or you can also walk (10 minutes). Thank you to the Odyssey team for a fabulous stay!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding — especially the young woman at reception (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name), who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The entire team was welcoming, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The swimming pool was a real bonus: clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is also very convenient — just a few minutes to the Old Town by Grab, making it easy to get around without being in the middle of the crowds. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Hoi An Odyssey is so close to town yet feels a million miles away. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, thank you Jessie, Emily and Anh. We found better options for coffee nearby, however the buffet options were varied to suit Asian and Western palates. The rooms were large and comfortable with ensuite bath tub (shower head over tub) and room for hanging clothes. Wifi signal is strong and stable. The free bicycles for guests use is a welcome treat, we made use of them to explore the many alleyways, shops and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Hoi An. It is not 5 star, but the welcoming staff, quiet location and vicinity to town make this place a winner.

This hotel is unbelievable! The staff are so kind and helpful! Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary and told them and they set up a swans and a lovely display on our bed! So kind of them! It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town so it is perfect get away from the noise! The pool is the icing on a cake! Really good value for money!

A great place in Hoi An. We stayed there with our 4 year old son. Superb service and very friendly staff. The complimentary bicycle hire was a game changer for us. We used it everyday!! The room was great and well equipped. The location is quiet and perfect for our family. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Hoi An!
