Hoi An Odyssey Hotel

We just finished up a 10-day stay at the Hoi An Odyssey Hotel and honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family. The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful, being incredibly kind to us and just lovely with our two-year-old daughter. They accommodated every request we had for room changes and handled our washing at very reasonable rates, plus they gave us some really good tips for places to go around town. ​Because we had a sleeping bub to look after, we ended up getting a decent amount of room service and the food was very decent with good portion sizes and a great variety available most of the day. The breakfast was a real highlight too, with local dishes that changed every day and a big western selection of cakes, breads, and fruit. The tea and coffee were very nice and included for free, or you could get specialty coffees for a very fair price which we did most days. ​Our family room had a great view of the mountains and the river, and the pool was beautiful. It was open almost all day and stayed very warm, and we loved that it was deep enough to dive in at one end but had a large step at the other where our daughter could walk around safely. We really can’t express enough gratitude to the staff for all their help and care while we were there.

Fantastic, lovely place. Staff are wonderful. Location perfect - quiet yet a 10 minute walk into Old Town. Breakfast superb. Rooms large and comfortable. Cool down in the pool after a hot day. Highly recommend. Shout out to Jessie!

Lovely little hotel on river’s edge looking across to Old Town Hoi Ann and the markets. Dining and Bar areas directly adjacent to pool with large open doorways. Lots of great Breakfast choices, with eggs cooked to order. HOWEVER, absolute best part of our stay were the amazing staff. They were so friendly, kind, and helpful. In particular; Anh, Emily, Ana and Jessie are Superstars! Thank you so much.

We loved this hotel so much!! Breakfast was perfect lots of options. Good clean pool. Room was really modern spacious and clean. Super friendly staff. They had just experienced the flooding so parts of the hotel met damp but they made sure we were in a room with no damp smell at all. We kept extending our stay because we loved it so much. You can also rent bikes for free. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the main part of the city. I would come back and highly recommend

A small and cozy hotel with very friendly service. It is situated in Cam Nam, one of the islands outside, but walkable. One has to cross a narrow, trafficed bridge to get there. One advantage of the hotel is that it is quiet. When walking along the river to town, there are a few cafés and some other hotels but hardly any traffic. |The massage here at the hotel was very good. |The breakfast was good with eggs made to order. It is not lavish but absolutely enough. |There are refreshing water drinks available all day (water with mint and lime). The beds were very comfy. Bathroom was nice with a large tub and two showers. The pool is small. The staff took such good care of us! Emily gave us raincoats. We will be back here on our next trip to Hoi An, to get away a bit from the rather busy and noisy Hoi An town itself. (Although charming)

The nicest and friendliest hotel in Vietnam. We originally booked in for 2 nights but ended up staying 5. The hotel is a stroll away or a bike ride (Courtesy bike at hotel ) to hoi an old town. the area is lovely a quite. The staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony and a smart tv. Definitely will stay here again if we ever visit hoi an.

Lovely hotel with really friendly and professional staff, especially Emily on reception and Dai in the cafe. We could not have asked for a better location to watch the LNY fireworks than our balcony as the display was across the street and we had the best view in town! Very easy 10 min walk in to the Old Town a quiet road along the river jetty.

Hidden gem in Hoi An! Odyssey was a beautiful, clean, cozy hotel located just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Upon arrival, Emily was able to give us lots of information about the city and surrounding area, and made sure everything about our stay would be perfect. She offered us free bikes to ride into the old town (less than 5 minutes ride). We were able to get a very fair price for laundry services, a wonderful massage, and also booked a day trip to My Son Sanctuary through Odyssey. The pool looked wonderful although during our trip we did not have the right weather for a pool time. Our room was very spacious and cleaned daily, with complimentary water restocked daily as well. Truly a joy to spend some time at this hotel!
