Hoi An Odyssey Hotel

Nice spot, cleanest pool we have been to so far (other pools have caused quite some skin reactions during our trip). Breakfast is not great though, but maybe that is because it is the off-season. The spa/massage is very good though. The staff is very attentive and likes to engage in conversation, but does not push too much. All in all a nice place to unwind.

Everything was perfect, from the welcoming part to the food and the help we have received in order to eat, enjoy and discover the city! Hotel is clean and Jessie was super helpful; the food for the breakfast was good and I was lucky enough that the hotel wasn't crowded so the experience was great. Last but not least, the massages were awesome. I will come back for sure.

Our stay at Odyssey in Hoi An was just wonderful. The hotel is very close to the central area, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It offers many amenities that make it special. The pool is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The entire property is spotless, the rooms are large and comfortable, and we slept very well. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river, which was simply spectacular. Breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of both local and international dishes, always something new to try and of excellent quality. I also want to highlight the free bicycle rental, which makes it easy and enjoyable to move around Hoi An. Finally, the service provided by the staff is extraordinary always attentive and caring. For example, we had an early departure to the airport, and they packed us a small breakfast to take with us. Every interaction was marked by kindness and genuine hospitality. Thanks to all the staff for making our honey moon trip unforgettable!

Amazing stance in Hoi An Odyssey hotel. I came with my sister in a family trip and we were in love with hotel, but mostly with the Staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was really nice. The breakfast was amazing. Location is excellent at only 10 min walking from the Hoi An memories show. The hotel arranged a cab for me from the Airport and another cab for traveling back to Da Nang. But without any doubt, the best of the hotel is the people working there!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hoi An Odyssey Hotel, our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. Excellent breakfast buffet each morning. Old Town is easily walkable, also bikes are available which we availed of to cycle to An Bang beach (check the brakes before you go!). All the staff were excellent, in particular Jessie came and checked in with us regularly, remembering us personally. She gave some fantastic recommendations around Hoi An; for food, shops and places to see. Highly recommend.

I guess let me start with this note. Anyone who's left 1 star has problems in the head that the hotel cannot fix. Im on day 2 of 12 and my experience has been so amazing that iw rite a review early. The staff go well above and beyond to ensure everything is of a good quality and standard. I've never seen so much smiling and politeness in my life. Many cou tries can learn from the example of this great hotel. The food is great. The breakfast is also amazing being theres only 30 rooms or so. In my many years of travel to various countries for work and vacation both this is really a gold standard on what exceptional service looks like. In a way I feel bad because I almost feel they give you a better quality of liv8ng than many Vietnamese people. I didnt ever want to come back to Asia after the 20 hour flight, but I absolutely would come back just to spend some more time here. I mean if I ever won the lottery or something g id probably try to buy the place to make sure it doesn't go away and having a permanent vacation spot. From the front desk, to the servers and even the cleaners, I honestly can't remember the last time I've slept so relaxed and happy. Better than any 4 star resort I've seen over 20 year. To the staff and owners at Odyessy, if you read this you really do have my heartfelt thanks.

The team went above and beyond to make the day memorable by decorating the room, surprising me with warm birthday wishes, and even arranging a delicious cake. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff truly know how to make guests feel welcome. My room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to explore the area. They also provide a map of the surroundings, which was really helpful. I loved that they offer free bicycles for a countryside ride—such a thoughtful touch. Organizing tours was also effortless, as the staff were always ready to assist in any way possible. Breakfast was another highlight: well assorted, fresh, and tasty, the perfect way to start the day. A special shoutout to Jessie, who went out of her way to make our stay exceptional. She not only helped us with arrangements but also took the time to connect with us personally, sharing great travel tips. Jessie is such a wonderful spirit and a truly professional team member—she really made a difference in our experience. Highly recommended…

We had such a great time! Odyssey is a perfect little hotel just outside the old town, which is great if you want to be close to everything interesting but still stay in a quite and pleasant location. Everyone were so nice, especially Jessie which helped us a lot with everything we needed and more! Lovely stay overall!
