Really nice setting at the Banyan tree hotel. Food is good and service is good too. A few small points let them down hence the 4 stars: - gave me Edamame but no plate despite asking a few times - coffee was served cold Overall a nice experience

Incredible spot for anyone who loves great Japanese food. We ordered the Lobster selection, uni, tuna belly, and grilled squid — everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The tuna belly was buttery, the uni was perfectly creamy, and the grilled squid had that delicious smoky tenderness. The atmosphere is calm and surrounded by nature, making the whole experience feel relaxing and special. And the service? Truly 5 stars — friendly, attentive, and professional. A beautiful place to enjoy high-quality sushi in Phuket. Highly recommended

I visited HOJO on my work trip in phuket, the restaurant just open about 2 weeks ago. I ordered Salmon sashimi rice, the food looks great however, too much sweet sauce mixed in with rice and salmon also rice to warm and one side of the salmon were cooked. The staffs were very nice, friendly and high standard service. Atmospheres was quiet and cozy either japanese vibe by the sea breeze. Overall, I would say not much likely what I expected with Japanese foods with Banyan tree hotel.

Enjoyed yet another night at Hojo. As a regular customer going back 8 years (when called Taihai before COVID), we always find it an enjoyable experience and one of the better Japanese in Phuket. Staff last last night, Meow, Ticha, Ainam and Namtarn were helpful, efficient and friendly. We already look forward to our next visit.
