I visited Hola Coffee Fourquet mid-afternoon and it was fairly busy. I decided to try their Iced Matcha and unfortunately it was disappointing, with a weak matcha flavor overpowered by the milk.
The service was acceptable, and the cafe's interior was charming, featuring exceptionally adorable merchandise. It’s a laptop-friendly spot with available Wi-Fi, making it suitable for getting some work done, despite the seating not being the most comfortable.
Overall, Hola Coffee Fourquet has a cute ambiance and is a decent place for working, but I wouldn't recommend it for matcha lovers.

I think their olive oil & maple syrup iced latte just became my new favorite. Nice barista, tight space & lovely, creamy coffee.

This coffee shop in Madrid is a must-visit if you're a coffee aficionado seeking perfection in your cup. Its prime location adds to its appeal, and the inviting atmosphere inside is truly delightful. The interior design is tastefully done, creating a welcoming ambiance, and the food options are undeniably tasty. It's a gem for coffee lovers and a fantastic spot for those looking to savor both great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere.

Affordable and convenient place that work on your laptop or just to chill out.
Not too loud, busy enough, music playlist is relaxing.
I normally dislike coffee, but this place has me coming back for more.

Hola, established in 2015, is one of the pioneers of Madrid's specialty coffee scene. They roast their own beans, almost all single origins. For espresso, you can choose between two types of roasts: traditional (chocolatey) and modern (fruity). They also have batch brew and pourover (Orea). For pourover, you can try any of the beans they have in store. The coffee is served in lovely artisan mugs.
There's a small food menu, consisting of toasts, sandwiches, granola, porridge and sweets. We only tried the cinnamon roll, which is great.
The place itself is minimalistic. Not particularly inviting to hang out, in my opinion, but you regularly see people reading a book or working on their laptops.

Delicious coffee even for someone picky! Very nice staff, other places don't allow laptops on the weekend so we really appreciated it here.

Coffee was very basic. It’s one of the most expensive coffees I’ve had in Spain and it is nothing special. However It was beautiful and I love the blue cups but that’s about it.
(also, my sister, who got the ice coffee had pieces of fermented milk inside. She went up to the counter to check. She was told it was nothing but she was sick all night.)

Good spot for a quick coffee or light breakfast. Great tasting coffee, not a huge selection of food, and the toast was okay. Service wasn't super friendly, and there isn't a lot of seating inside.
