First time I have been to this place and it was for a friend's birthday. The service was timely. The atmosphere was good and the place was busy. The menu has a lot of options. We got an appetizer and each three tacos. The food was just okay. The appetizer chips are tortillas. You have to break them apart to eat them. The tortillas on the tacos were hard. I prefer them to be a little softer. The food didn't really have much taste which was disappointing. I will probably check out the Lakewood location some day.

First time going, dined with 2 other people. The inside was decorated so cute and loved the vibe. It was happy hour so there were drink specials. Our waitress was very friendly and sweet. We ordered queso which was phenomenal. I ordered the quesabirra which was delicious I would definitely go back. They do charge a 18% service charge no matter how big your party is but overall I think it’s a great place to eat.

Our waitress was so kind and the food was delicious! One of my favorite burgers I’ve ever had. My husband’s burrito was great too. Love the draft options! Will definitely come back if we ever are in Cleveland

I wish I had looked at the reviews a little closer - they charge an 18% service charge (whatever TH that is?!) PLUS then ask for tips! The food was fine, the drinks were amazing, and our server was the sweetest. It was far too expensive for what it was/serving sizes. I feel like for $20+ in tacos, they should be a little more impressive. Due to the cost PLUS the 18% service fee, we will never be back and will not recommend this place.

***WORD TO THE WISE*** They are charging an 18% service charge and then asking for a tip on top of the service fee. We had a three people dining. (See photo) The food was a total miss in my opinion and my $11.00 margarita tasted watered down with barely any tequila in it and came out in just a regular pint glass. (Refer to photo) Our family of three only ordered queso and chips, guacamole and chips and salsa and chips. Those three items came out to $24.00. The chips that came with the dips tasted just like the chips you’d buy at a high school concession stand. I did not care for them at all. Also, they only gave us three chips for our $6.00 chips and salsa. (Refer to photo) As for the seating, the decor is really pretty but there were several tables that had food all over them that weren’t getting bussed. The food on the table beside us sat for over 30 minutes before someone came and cleaned it. The patio was even worse. Multiple tables with food on them and weren’t getting bussed and there were several birds back there having a hay day. Parking is also a challenge. The amount of money we spent on such very little food and drink is ridiculous to me. With that said, our family will have to say adios tacos to hola tacos, because this is a one and done restaurant for us.

I really am disappointed to write this review but it’s necessary. The Larchmere location is a “not again” for me. I’ve gone a few times since I work in the area, the space looks nice and perfect for a lunch meeting. I was just there this past Wednesday for lunch it it was terrible. I met a colleague there, she ordered the virgins pina colada, she explained it tasted funny and was very sweet, she attempted to add water but nothing worked. I got the chopped salad with no meat. The salad included nacho chips in the bowl, it looked good but it it was all sitting on top of a puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl, the salad dressing was also very watery so my salad taste was lettuce only. I asked for the manager because I’ve never received service like this before, a salad full of water and her drink that she pushed to the side leaving a full glass. The waitress appeared aggravated when I asked for the manager and it could have been because there was no manager on site. She called the manager on the phone about my salad only to be told that water was in my bowl because of tomatoes and salads have water in there due to the vegetables which I’ve never heard of. The waitress took the salad off the bill, I’d only taken two bits so it was still a whole order plus the water. I paid for the drink which was $11 🤯 for a virgin pina colada. I didn’t care at that point I just wanted out. I am hoping management will look into the declining service of this location. It’s knats and flies all over the place, the food coming out the kitchen has declined yet the prices increased. Not cool… see the pictures for the water at the bottom of my salad 🤯

Unless you have plenty of time and all the patience in the world, I would avoid this local “Mexican” spot. I gave two stars because we were seated quickly, had items comped off the bill, and got an apology/complimentary drink for the abysmal service me and my guest received. After being seated, we did not get a real opportunity to put in our drink and appetizer orders for at least 15min. After an extended period of time where we emptied our water glasses, we noticed another table that got seated after us got drinks and appetizers when we couldn’t even get a refill for our water. Some time later, we got our appetizers. My “Fundido” was cold which was amazing since they not only had to melt cheese but char the top of it so for it to be cold meant it was sitting for quite some time. My guest got the wings. Somehow the chef managed to work some magic and make them taste like we were eating seafood. After we were pretty much done, we got our drinks finally. My mango juice was actually a $3 can of something I could have gotten at the store. My guest had the watermelon margarita which we will definitely not recommend. It was replaced by a strawberry and while it was an improvement, it still was reminiscent of cough syrup with tequila. The waitress, after finding an employee to look for her, showed up to fill our waters. Only one got filled before she rushed away leaving one glass less than half filled. Eventually we were able to make our entree orders after seeing a table come and go. An extended wait followed then we received our meal. Mine was cold and my guest’s was tasteless. The excuse I was given was that they thought I wanted it rare. Not only was I not given a temperature choice when I ordered, rare does not mean the food is supposed to be room temperature especially when the other half isn’t meat. They took it and instead of remaking it, they threw it back on the grill to then put back on the same plate to serve to me once again. At this point we once again ran out of water with our server nowhere to be found. We didn’t get her help until we finally decided on the check. There was a discrepancy with the Carne and papas posted as $23 but charged as $26 with no additions added. At this point the server attempts to gain some goodwill by offering a free drink to my guest for the mess of a dinner. Definitely somewhere I would not bring anyone.

I've been to the other locations a lot, the first time at this one. We sat outside on the patio. Cute little setup with picnic tables and small tables. There's umbrellas for shade. Our server was great, even being his first day. We got the queso with charred corn, and both got a quesabirria. Everything was amazing, per usual. The quesabirrias are definitely big enough to share or to have another meal or two. They were also super helpful when I couldn't figure out why our bill was off after we had left and got home (I paid without looking at the bill). I guess in the last month, they started doing an automatic gratuity to all bills, and I didn't know, so I also tipped. Not that I mind an automatic gratuity, I do think when paying with a card, there shouldn't be another pop-up screen to tip if there's already one added. There should be a separate option, or there should be a screen before that says would you like to add an additional tip? They explained it was printed in the menu, but let's be honest, I was only looking at the food and never saw that part. When I called to ask about my bill (again, it was my fault for not looking) they were extremely helpful and kind and I appreciated how quickly they worked to resolve any issues.
