Holcombe Tap

we opted for small plates and boy we weren't disappointed. there was so much to choose from and what we ordered was absolutely 💯 amazing, we opted for garlic prawns, curried prawns with flatbread, meatballs, flat iron steak with black pudding bon bon, salt n pepper fries, sweet potato fries and the fish goujons with minted mushy peas. we will 100% go back there and can seriously recommend the holcombe tap. if you want mouth watering food with a great atmosphere and good selection of drinks then you will also have a great time here 💪💪👍👍

Gigi's continuing adventures of Bury brought us to The Holcombe Tap today. So nice to find a dog friendly place that is actually friendly to dogs and not just tolerant of them. ACE that they offer a mini dog food menu too...Gigi loved her bangers. Great friendly place with fab coffee, cosy & warm too... an excellent way to spend time after a bracing dog walk. Thanks guys, we will be back.

Great little find Lovely cosy style pub with fantastic food & attentive staff. We tried the hash browns,prawns, chicken strips and cauliflower. All were really lovely, dog friendly with a little outside area. We will be back for certain

Had this place recommended for their Salt & Pepper chips. Had a beer & Latte on arrival - lager was crisp & the Latte a good size. Ordered the sausage roll which I thought very small for price - my wife had had the chicken skewer sandwich which she found fantastic & filling. Deserts were a good size and tasty the ice cream was fresh. Great service & atmosphere with open fire. I sometimes find with tapas places portions very small & pricey as with the Cumberland & chorizo sausage roll.

Amazing small plates lunch - dog friendly pub just outside of Ramsbottom. Food incredible, whipped goat cheese with pistachio and honey with garlic flatbread delicious 🤤. Followed by duck with rosti potato, cod with cabbage in Gochujang sauce, prawns with ricotta and lime, tender stem tempura and amazing dressing. Everyone super. Book your spot. Already planning return visit

We shared 5 small plates and all of them were absolutely delicious, the spicy margarita was lovely too.

An outstanding tapas menu. The choice and quality are excellent. We opted for 5 small plates between 2 people, and the portion sizes are generous. The specials menu included tempura chicken thighs, and we also opted for Short beef ribs, buttermilk chicken, fish goujons, and homemade hummus with warm pitta breads. The quality of the food was excellent and well presented. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The prices were extremely fair. There is a car park only a 30-second walk away or also nearby street parking. We look forward to returning and would like to try the Sunday dinner.

10/10....THE best salt&pepper chips I've ever had, I'm no good with spice but these had a sweet kick to them so they were perfect 👌🏼 the tapas selection we had was great, very high quality food and really tasty. The service was just as high quality, the staff were lovely and very attentive to our table. They were very helpful by clearing away our plates so we had more space and making sure we were all ok. I would definitely recommend this place to locals or anyone visiting the Ramsbottom area :) Thanks Will & the team.
