A fantastic customer experience. My order of greetings cards was delivered very quickly. The packaging was lovely - both practical to keep my cards straight but also like receiving a gift. There was a lovely hand written note to say that as one of my cards was out of stock they had added a couple of freebies for me. Beyond my expectations. A very happy customer.

What a wonderful place to find gifts and beautiful things to collect and to decorate our house. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help with suggestions. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

Hold is a real find, and in my favourite part of Brighton too! So many gorgeous things under one roof, I wanted to buy everything. The shop looks amazing, so stylish and well thought out. I bought some beautifully packaged chocolates for my boyfriend and a pencil for my daughter. They also sell a great selection of Lagom cards with no cellophane! Everything is so well presented and the staff are lovely. Hold is definitely on my list for a special Christmas shopping trip.

I came across this shop on a day trip to Brighton and now I'm an online customer. What I love is their range of beautiful and thoughtful cards that are at a very accessible price point without compromising on quality. Highly recommend.

Nice stuff but having spent 6 quid to park it would be nice if they bothered to open during their advertised hours. Returned 2 days later & what I wanted to buy had sold out, just to add insult to injury. So much for trying to support local shops, eh?

Visited the Brighton shop with my son who fell in love with the compass. It’s not his birthday until October but I purchased it on-line in case it gets sold out! Absolutely beautiful.
