I don't know who it is but whoever the cook is, I feel like they're skimping on the portion sizes and forgetting to add chips into my plate. Not the first time. The food portions aren't consistent week to week.

Amazingly delicious Carne asada tacos and fish tacos combination with rice and beans. To top the plate out, it is also a Chile toreado. Yummy

Took my children on a Dad Adventure and we ended up at Hole Mole. Food was great and customer service was awesome. My babies are 17 now. Two girls and a boy!

Forgot to take photos of my fish tacos with rice and beans, but my daughter and I found the food to be delicious and the price is reasonable. Good food!! Their beans in particular were very good.

Their surf and turf plate has yummy rice and bean, two delicious fish tacos, and two best steak tacos. Honestly, they were the best steak tacos I have ever had, very juicy and tender.

Hole Mole!!! This adorable “hole” in the wall serves up some fantastic tacos. I’ve been trying to get here for months, but have never stopped because it’s always packed and they only have street parking. Today was my day! I did park couple of blocks away, but it was worth it. The Ensenada style fish and shrimp tacos were very good. The bean and cheese burrito was large and stuffed with beans and cheese. The chips were fresh and crispy and the salsas were fresh, too. But the crispy potato tacos were HOLE MOLE!!! I haven’t had a crunchy taco since I gave up meat. They are amazing. The taco shell is fried to perfection and when you bite it, it doesn’t fall apart. I’m still looking for the best fish taco in SoCal and today’s catch was a very good one. I’m hooked! (Service was great, too!)

Usually love everything that comes out of this kitchen... Baja fish omg. But my chilaquiles today were meh. Little sauce, little cheese and the unwanted addition of avocado and carnitas, while normally that sounds nice, I'm allergic to avocado and don't like meat in my breakfast nachos. They should have had it included in the ingredients or asked. Really don't love that it's on me to check if a I is on something just because Cali restaurants throw that green fruit on everything. Anyway. I still love the spot and they gave me extra sauce when I asked so not bad just one star off. But of course I'll be back just try something else. And it's got that chill LBC vibe + outdoor seating for doggie.

Still a fan for life. I feel like their food has gotten better still! The rosarito tacos are seriously so good. They changed the recipe for the red salsa a year or so ago, I wish they would change it back. The staff is always super nice, and it's usually a little lively inside, and the back patio is a nice place to sit with friends! Items I like to recommend Fried Shrimp Tacos Chicken Soft Tacos Crunchy Potato Tacos Wet Burrito Nachos Papas Nachos! The TnT special is a great deal!

I decided to have some lunch here on a whim since I hadn't eaten and saw as I walked up along Obispo Ave. The location is very easy to spot along Obispo Ave, right before the Overseas Garage. The painted window with the logo in blue and orange helps. There are also several tables and chairs to eat outside. Inside is very small, with only one table to sit and eat in and the counter to order. I imagine a lot of people order to go. There's also a single restroom inside as well, which is around the corner from the soda and hot sauce station. I ordered the Nacho Papas Nachos with brisket added on. This was so good! Thick cut fries, with beans, and melted cheese, pretty standard. But the brisket made it...you could taste the smokiness of it which was so great. It was tender and a nice addition to the fries. If you can eat this fresh!Definitely not expecting how good the brisket was. Would love to try their tacos next time. Staff interaction was brief and minimal so I can't say much about that. Definitely not bad at all. Overall great pick for lunch!

Fast and friendly service. Delicious bowls, burritos and tacos. Paired with a cold Michelada and you can't go wrong here. Best plan on to-go only a few seats here.

There's just something about the crunchy chicken taco that can't be beat! I've been ordered for years, and it's the main reason why I keep coming back here however it's disappointing that they continue to try to put less and less sauce each time, only to get you to pay for it on the side.

Well lit & cute storefront & side-seating... "known for the best baja fish tacos"... We were greeted with a smile when we walked in & glad the restroom was clean. The baja fish tacos with a side of rice & beans & chicken/asada tacos tasted muy deliciosos! I also got an horchata with my tacos to top off my plate. Thank you Hole Mole for satisfying our hunger after a stroll at the beach.

I'm a fan for life! I just had the carne asada nachos. The meat was flavorful and still juicy. The guacamole was creamy and well balanced. The chips were still crisp and just the right of salt on them. The filling along with the meat was flavorful put all together with the chips, its perfect. Sure it's more expensive now, but was isn't? At least at Hole mole you're still getting your money's worth.

I have visited this restaurant several times and the food was excellent, specially the carnival burrito. Today I told a friend about it and we went for dinner. He order the steak burrito and I the carnivas. I hate to say this: the carnitas had no flavor. My background is Mexican and I know the good taste or carrnitas, even if they are not fresh you can prepare them in a way that the original fresh flavor can be brought back. To much lettuce. I say this because that was the only favorable thing inside the burrito. The salsa gives the taco and dish the unique flavor, notwithstanding, the salsa was also flavorless. They have outside sitting which is very nice on a sunny day. Great location. Food quality has gone down. I hope the owner of this place takes this as constructive criticriticism and not as a hate review or trying to pu the place down. I hope he or she takes this serious. There are many Taco stands in Long Beach with amazing flavorable food in every corner. The service is good, it could be better. Just and good observation.

The best fish tacos! Maybe better than Ensenada . All the fixings and chips and salsa ... I'm still eating the beans and rice. I'm coming back for sure Faith in humanity restored.

Meat has so much flavor and salsa is good. Friendly staff. Super chill place. But I always pick up and take home.

This location is awful! That's why I stopped going but didn't realize this was the location in Uber Eats. The bean soup, I mean bean soup is waaaayyy too salty! It looked like they ran out of whole beans added refried beans and some salty water! Therice was old AND salty! They should take some of that salt and put it on those BLAND,spicy potato tacos! I recommend the wardlow location hands down! What a waste of money.

I love hole mole but I got food poisoning from this locations fish tacos on Thursday September 26. I got a headache and slight fever. No stomach ache. Projectile vomited 4 hours after. I called the next morning asking for the manager but he wasn't there. I emailed him and still no response to my email or my phone a whole day later. Maybe this will get his attention.

Love the care of the packaging of my to go order. Needed a meal and I was stuck at home so I had this meal delivered by Door Dash. Inexpensive and close to home. Their crunchy tacos come in pairs, an order of both their potato and bean tacos. Their tacos shells weee crunchy and the potatoes were seasoned, and was filled with generous portion of fresh lettuce and cheese. I was impressed that my crunchy bean tacos were did not penetrate through the taco shell , instead they held up and remained crunchy. The beans were seasoned and were nice and soft, again a healthy portion of both lettuce and cheese. My chicken tacos were scrumptious, rich seasoned pulled chicken meat, lettuce, cheese, and a nice delicious secret sauce (color of thousand island dressing but tasted better than that), I also had their seasoned fries, not too hard and not too soft just right and plenty of them. Love their peppers as they were sprinkled with lemon pepper, which totally complemented the tacos. Overall I was pleased and will definitely dine inside their next time.

I finally tried the Brisket Taco at this location, the flavors were way beyond what my thoughts of what it would be like is the only to describe them I ordered 2, should have definitely order about 6 so I'd have some for later, if you haven't tried please treat yourself!!!!

I don't think there are enough GREAT words to say about this place. When I'm in town, I have to visit here. The potato tacos are FIYAH!! Have yet to taste one any better anywhere else. I also had a fish taco and a shrimp taco. And both of them are also fiyah. Yummy in my tummy. Probably one of the few times that I wish that I could eat more. And then.. they do not cost alot and that makes me happy. I can't wait to go back. Don't slip on this place!!

Great tacos and excellent burritos. Their bean crispy taco was a hit! Great horchata and Jarritos. The service was spot on and the food was excellent. The outside seating was perfect on a warm winter's day. I guess this is a mini chain but this place was perfect. This spot is sort of a hole in the wall but it is so worth visiting.

Good food and okay prices especially on taco Tuesday. The portions are fair. Always helpful. Small front patio, inside seating, and side patio.

Good ol faithful taco Tuesday. I've been coming here since it first opened. Still the same even after Covid. Is the most authentic? Maybe not. Is the best bang for your buck? Absolutely. Service is fast and friendly. And the taste consistent.

One of My favorite fish tacos in Los Angeles. Every location is excellent - great prices and fresh, Baja style fish tacos. Honestly, everything on the menu is top notch!

Great food! But every time I order through Postmates or any other delivery service I do not get any salsa sides. I noticed that the reason for this is because the restaurants do not add salsas on the bag; it makes the delivery driver prep this for the order. That's unfair for both customer and the delivery driver. Hope mole please add salsa to delivery orders for your customers.

The guy cooking checks his phone often with no gloves and then goes back to making food without washing or loving up .. how many people know how many germs and bacteria are on a phone ? Disgusting!!!!

Quick review for Hole Mole: Easy 5 stars: get the fish tacos!! Also do note you should probably get your food to go because 1- there's not a lot of seating (outside seating only) and 2- if you sit outside you will be harassed by flies, no matter how much you shoo them away while trying to eat your bomb fish tacos :-(

Quick service for tacos. Very affordable prices. They have a small space, only 2 table inside. They have mostly outside patio seating. The cashier lady can be friendlier and smile more, she just wants to take your money and that's it. Tacos are good. I like their fish tacos and crispy tacos.

I really enjoyed the environment. Trina and Liz were kind, professional and friendly. They made Taco Tuesday really fun. The vibe was fun, and I can't wait until next Tuesday. Thanks

I happen to be in the LBC and a dude suggested I check this out. ¿It was Taco Tuesday so why not? I ordered papas , fish, and shrimp tacos. .... It was all so good .... Fresh , delicious and made with love. This sweet beautiful lady sitting next to me suggested I try their roasted yellow peppers and she hooked me up. She was right... You have to get those peppers and refried beans. Next time I am in Long Beach I will definitely hit this place up again.

Food wasn't a whole vibe. The crunchy tacos were the best on the menu but the rest lacked flavor. Not my top choice but if I came back it would only be for the crunch tacos. Ordered to go can't make a comment on service inside.

Easy SoCal staple that does not disappoint at any of the locations (that I've been to so far). This Hole Mole in particular is easy to find with the capability for curb pick-up. Street parking is a bit tough certain times of the day and the neighborhood is "colorful" to say the least. Nevertheless if you from this or of a similar "hood", Hole Mole surely satisfies your taste buds and being. Outside/Inside - 4/5 Small establishment on the corner of 4th and Obispo, parking could be a bit hairy. But if you park far at least you have a pretty nice walk (depending on the time of day). For one thing, I was hit on by this lovely very-high person on the way to Hole Mole. Lo and behold she ended up showing up asking for tacos later. Bless her Soul. Seating is currently outside in the front and side. Nothing fancy to be said but comfortable for some good ol' Mexican food. Food - 4/5 This day I got myself a Al Pastor Burrito and some Potato Tacos. The burrito I would say was about medium size in length, but surely girthy. Overall a great burrito - al pastor, beans, Mexican rice, salsa, etc. Nothing was overcooked and was enough to save half for another meal. The potato tacos on the other hand were TINY (ironically in all caps). It was like playing with legos. Nevertheless pretty good for crunchy tacos, potato, cabbage, etc. Would I get it again? Probably not. But I see the power in adding one taco to satisfy one's hunger. Service - 4/5 Funny and nice people. This would be 5/5, but the cashier was a bit impatient and we swooped by on a lazy Sunday - maybe she had stuff to do? But overall the staff were really kind and made sure we and other patrons were dandy. Overall - 4/5 Not anything to write home to but got the job done as any Hole Mole has done for me. Do I seek this place to impress a lady? Nada. But do I come here to satisfy those "dang I could really go for a fish taco / burrito" hungers? Sure thang. TL;DR - Parking could be tough, but neighborhood is nice if you park far; just mind the time of day - Small establishment with seating outside in the front and side - Al pastor burrito and potato tacos are good; I've had their fish tacos and recommend as well - Staff were nice - maybe impatient, but perrty cool

Me and my wife go to this holy moly for a long time and we drive distance to get there we love their beans and other foods and tacos every time not once not twice not three times five times...when we order the beans which comes with cheese and there's no cheese on them or we have to have them check it first or halfway home and my wife look at it there's no cheese this is unacceptable!!! I will not recommend anyone to go to that holy moly. We will try another holy moly the one on Orange and wardlow Street Long Beach California hopefully they can get our order correct! I used to frequent the 4th and Almond location in the "hood" and was disappointed to learn that it turned into a "Hole Mole Smokes" BBQ joint (reason for the change unbeknownst to me). This location is equally as close but virtually no parking so if you are within walking distance it's better to walk. I mainly patronize this place for their mini crunchy hard shell tacos and was extremely disappointed that they no longer have the shredded beef nor chicken and that they do not sell them individually but rather in pairs (2 per order). I am not a huge pork fan but all they have on the menu now is carnitas, potato, and bean (you'd think the latter two would not be as popular as carnitas, shredded beef or chicken). Tacos are still good but just disappointed in the choices. Also, salsa bar is no more (albeit due to company covid restrictions) and those wonderful yellow grilled peppers that used to be free are no longer free and I did not see any in sight (per request, perhaps)? Needless to say, I think I will stick to the PCH and Clark location here on out.

No better place to grab some tacos on a Tuesday. The Jamaica is fresh and the service was beyond amazing. Not only was Liz super friendly and helpful but she is freaking hot! Next time I'm in Long Beach I'll be back!

This is the worst Holé Molé in Long Beach. The parking is terrible because of the location. If you're not lucky enough to get 1 of the 2 parkings right in front you're going to be making loops around the neighborhood just to look for parking. They recently started charging for peppers which is ridiculous they used to be free. They also have a salsa bar that they took out because of covid which I completely understand. So instead, they pre package sauce and place it in the bag. What I don't understand is why they expect that 1 sauce is enough for 3 tacos and a burrito... if sauce was free of charge I dont understand is why they are charging for the sauces now just because it's covid. Never again!

Always love to stop by Holé Mole!! Tuesdays are definitely a busy day but otherwise, service is quick and the food is great for the price. It's a somewhat small seating area, but fun to swing by and grab a bite with friends. They have a few vegetarian options which is a must for me. Definitely recommend for good food that is fast and convenient.

This is my favorite burrito spot in the orange county/Long Beach area. They have a fantastic veggie burrito, but I usually order my own custom version. good chips too. They always have Jamaica and Horchata, as well as their famous seasoned yellow chiles. Vegetarian refried beans and really good self serve salsas: a tomatillo, a red, and a casero... the location on fourth Street is awesome with nice seating around back. The one on PCH has a nice outside seating area too and way easier parking.

Good local neighborhood spot! Went for Taco Tuesday and we will be returning! I recommend the fish taco over the shrimp tacos. They're chips and local seasoned peppers were amazing!

I had some amazing fish tacos at this location last week! I called to place an order and the lady was sweet and patient. The food was fresh but I did not care for their guac as it was a little bland for me. Also, the pricing is fair for the location. I will give it another shot soon.

I was craving for some fish tacos and I was not disappointed. 2 tacos was good but a third one would have sealed the deal for me. They cute little fish tacos with everything on top. I love the fresh ingredients especially the cilantro, tomato, and onions on top of the crispy battered fish. Their hot sauce has a really good kick to it but you'll just keep adding for more 'cause its that good! I'll be coming back on Taco Tuesday for a really good price deal!

Great al pastor, breakfast burritos, chicken quesadillas, and fish tacos. If you like spicy get some of the yellow chiles with your order. If it's busy and you're calling in an order they may not pick up in the first try, but if you keep calling back eventually they will.

Bad service at this location. Ordered 4 4 oz salsa containers and they sent 4 1.5 oz containers. Then they didn't own up to it.

Shrimp and Asasa tacos are so good and flavorful! The chipotle sauce makes such a good topper for tacos. Service here is quick and the outdoor patio is clean and comfortable.

Bomb fish tacos! The best! I enjoy the one downtown on fourth Street the most but they both have pretty good fish tacos and don't forget to get the chili pepper they are grilled and seasoned and so good

One of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Long Beach! Good, friendly, fast, & inexpensive! I like to get the crunchy tacos! The Rosarito Taco and Taqueria Tacos are good too! They have Taco Tuesday discounts on the Taqueria Tacos!

"Just so you know, we have a 30 minute wait right now because we have a lot of catering orders." I literally wanted 2 tacos. Open a catering business and not a walk up taco place, please.
