Holiday Garden Resort

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel. Both beautiful and spacious You can do many activities and the staff also provide good service. The price is reasonable and can make my vacation very relaxing. If there is a chance, I would like to bring my friends and family to stay here. This hotel is a cheap hotel. And there are officers who provide good service. Located in a place that is easy to travel to. The area inside the hotel is clean.

It is indeed a very cost-effective and comfortable hotel. Its exterior has a very distinct Thai-Northern style. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast is delicious. I hope more varieties can be added in the future! However, the rooms and facilities are indeed rather old and small. The TV is also old. The hygiene is just passable, but it doesn't meet the high standards. For families with limited budgets, this is a suitable choice. The location is within walking distance from Maya Mall, Nimman Road, and Chiang Mai University.

Overall, I would say it’s a below average experience.Have had expected a rather good quality of breakfast given the price being charged for, however, it was way too badly made and prepared. Not worth the money. Amenities were not up to the standards of what was claimed on the website. Nevertheless, staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was quite okay. Will choose not to come back though.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable.However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability.While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

Service was super. Rooms were clean and nice. All the stuffs are friendly. Location is perfect, close to popular places. Except the food, some day it was okay and the other day is blend or may be it's just the northern style but overall had a great stay.

Disappointing Stay – Far from City & Poor MaintenanceI regret choosing Holiday Garden Hotel & Resort for my stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is far from the city center and the nightlife, making it inconvenient if you want to explore the main attractions without spending extra time and money on transportation.One of the biggest letdowns was that my room was on the third floor with no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Additionally, the TV only had Thai channels, and despite raising the issue with the staff, no solution was provided.The interiors are outdated and poorly maintained, giving the place an uninviting and neglected feel. For the price, I expected better upkeep and basic conveniences.Overall, this hotel falls short in terms of location, amenities, and comfort. If you're looking for a convenient and well-maintained place to stay in Chiang Mai, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and has a nice garden and cafe area. It is also walking distance to Mays Lifestyle Mall and amenities. We will stay here if we visit Chiang Mai again.
