The Holiday Inn Athens - Airport is a convenient and comfortable option for travelers needing quick access to the airport. The shuttle service was reliable and made getting to and from the terminal stress-free. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and blackout curtains, which helped me get a good night’s sleep before my flight. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the breakfast buffet had a decent variety. My only small issue was that the hotel feels a bit dated in some areas, and the dining options are somewhat limited. Still, it’s a solid choice for a layover or early morning flight.

We loved this hotel in Athens for its unbeatable convenience! It was close to the airport with a shuttle that runs frequently, making travel seamless. After checking in, we enjoyed a great meal at the on-site restaurant with excellent service and well-priced, delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and transition before our long flight home!

It was a brief but wonderful stay. We came in about 7:00 pm after an exhausting day of travel to a quick check in and a clean and very comfortable room. We went downstairs for dinner and the people were so nice as one of the orders was delayed so we all got a nice drink and then later they helped us celebrate one of our travelers birthday. They were fun! In the morning check out was quick and the shuttle to the airport was on time and everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay here again.

It was quick stop for us we landed in at 9:30 our check in wasn't until 3 so we asked to leave our bags and they had a room ready to put us in! They would have held our bags though and we took the bus right from there into Athens to explore all day before catching the shuttle at 5:30am back to the airport. Everything was super clean and everyone was very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Holiday Inn Athens Airport made our first visit to Greece amazing! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The shuttle from the airport was easy and very professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back again!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Athens Attica and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent. Staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient, and the bartender and servers in the restaurant went above and beyond. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the dining experience really enjoyable. The location is ideal if you need to be close to the airport. It's just a short drive away, which made my travel day stress-free. One thing to note is that the hotel’s restaurant is the only dining option in the immediate area, but fortunately it was very good. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. This hotel was a convenient and pleasant place to stay, especially for an overnight layover or early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again. They do offer a free shuttle service from and to the airport.

After a long flight from USA, I always select this place, close to the airport, to spend one night to rest prior continuing my trip to other parts of Greece. In my opinion, it's a bit pricey compared to similar hotels in US cities. However, the rates and hotels in Europe follow different standards for the *star" rating than the "star* rating in USA. They offer a free shuttle bus from/to the airport which is a positive as you save money on a taxi ride. Although, this year I rented a car to drive myself to the hotel as the wait from the airport was a bit long last year, waiting with my child in the sun. You need to call the hotel upon arrival to check if the shuttle bus left the airport or on the way to the airport. The airport is just as warm inside as outside. So if you find a spot outside with a breeze you are better off to wait for the shuttle outdoors.

Shuttles hard to find at the airport once you arrive (both my cousin and I couldn’t find them on two separate days). Also, some of the rooms are renovated and some are not. I stayed at this hotel twice in July. The first room felt like it was an outdated gold trimmed room from the 90s while the second felt more modern and comfortable to work from. That being said, WiFi is very fast here, food prices aren’t the worst, and they have a huge shuttle bus so getting to the airport is no problem
