We compliment the hotel and their staff.  We were greeted more warmly than I think I've ever been greeted before! Over the phone, everyone was ready to help instantly.  Our room was impeccable. The beds so comfortable and the sheets so crisp and fresh. I loved having the minibar and coffee maker. Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommended!

We chose the hotel after spending 5 days driving the Peloponese so that we would be close to the airport for an easy departure. The hotel was really nice, the food was good and the A/C kept us cool. Kind of a strange location right off the motorway with the only walkable services being a local gas station next door. We ate lunch and dinner at the HI restaurant. it was fine and we did not need to leave the hotel until the next morning to fly out. One of the things I find about Europe hotels is that they have TV's but not much in English so we use our phones to watch things like youtube programs instead of the TV. Staff helpful and the registration clerk learned my name real quick.

The location of this hotel is wonderful with the shuttle from the airport. The shuttle will be to the right of the airport when you walk out the door, in the parking lot. There are no signs or dedicated parking spots for the shuttle If you wish to go into town, you need to research the bus lines to figure out where to go. The staff were amazing, making check in easy and providing a room upgrade to avoid us having to wait longer to get into a room. The restaurant in the hotel was great with a variety of authentic Greek food that was delicious. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a great bathtub. The only negative to the room was the TV not working all the time but this may have been user error.

Honestly, for the money, a very nice stay. The hotel is situated minute from the Athens airport. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up their guest every hour on the hour, which is very convenient the staff at the hotel, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are neatly made and decorated and are comfortable. I would always try to book a room facing the city.

Searching for a more cost effective choice near Athens airport than Sofitel, we decided to try Holiday Inn. We've not had very good experiences at Holiday Inns over the decades. But this one, surprisingly, was really good! Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Plenty of charging sockets for our devices. Shuttle to airport at 530 am exactly on time. Cost was about half of what Sofitel cost. Despite the convenience of Soiftal being across the street from the airport, H/Inn was only a 10 minute shuttle ride. Driver picked up the heavy bags for us. We'd do it again there.

About what you would expect for an airport focused hotel. Check in efficient, as was the process to get the shuttle back to the airport.||Everything pretty basic, seemed clean enough for one night. Didn’t really have many other hotel options in the area!||Ate at the restaurant- also pretty much what you would expect for an airport hotel- nothing fancy, but fine.||One important thing to not- shuttle only runs hourly- one pick up each hour at the airport and once departure from the hotel. We ended up taking a cab because we had missed the pick up by 10 minutes.

Not quite an airport hotel. We missed the shuttle at the airport so had a 25 Euro taxi journey.|The hotel was comfortable with efficient and polite staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and fresh.||Generally the hotel is good of its type.||Book your airport shuttle as you arrive. We arrived in plenty time for our shuttle but it was obvious that there were too many people with too many bags. The manager ran a few of us (who had booked) separately. Big plus mark to recognising problem.

For the price I expected more. I stayed 2 nights. Positive is the shuttle service to and from the airport. At reception I had 4 different persons as I checked in and out 2 different days. 3 out of 4 receptionists seemed to be very stressed and nervous. Not very pleasant to talk to. There were no glasses in my room, neither a bottle opener. Breakfast was very plane, boring, and limited for a hotel where you pay 210,€/night. I gad once diner and I can only recommend to eat out of the hotel as Greece has excellent food in other places I went.
