Holiday Inn Baku, an IHG Hotel

The hotel services was really great and we had a great time during our trip. The guest relations agent Mehreban is very kind and hospitable. She knows a lot of suitable information and data and shared with us. That was really helpful and made me joyful just in the beginning of entering to the hotel. The breakfast was also really amazing. Thank you Holiday Inn for your services. We’re gonna recommend this hotel to our friends ^_^

Amazing hotel! I’ve stayed here twice for a long time and had a great experience. The hotel rooms are comfortable clean and have great views and sunlight. The breakfast is great! Lots of options - local and international. It’s in a great location near a shopping mall and several restaurants. Many places are in walking distance.

We stayed in this hotel for over 6 nights during our vacation in Baku. The property is pretty decent and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. ||||The restaurant serves a good breakfast spread with plenty of options for all tastes. The restaurant staff is very courteous, especially Famil. He made sure we were comfortable and well served. We even shared quite few laughs with him and would love to visit this property again.

The breakfasts were great, the view was beautiful — but what really made every morning special was Eva! You don’t expect someone to greet you like that on vacation — with so much warmth, energy, and care.||She remembered us, joked with us, asked how we slept — and it never felt fake. Just real kindness that stayed with us the whole day.||We’ve been to many places, but people like Eva are rare. She’s the reason we’ll think back to those mornings with a smile (and maybe even a little tear).||||Thank you, Eva — you made our trip ❤️

I would like to thank the staff at holiday inn hotel for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The first employee I met was cheerful and always smiling, which made a great impression. I also dealt with another employee twice during check-in and check-out; their service was smooth and efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Azer and Eleonuora for their outstanding assistance. Also the view is AMAZING. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the rooms are spacious the breakfast have a good variety and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Many thanks for Ms. Almaz for her nice smile and amazing attitude. Highly recommended and it’s in a very nice location with a nice sea view & affordable prices. The Buffet lunch on the 18th floor should not be missed. Your hostess Miss Eva will greet you with a cheery smile and make sure that your lunching requirements are fully catered for. The food is delicious; the waiting service is efficient and non-intrusive and the views over the bay are fantastic. Miss Eva and the team are always on hand to attend to any requests which you may have. Enjoy :-)
