Where to Stay in Budapest (Updated 2025)

"This adults-only five-star property felt luxurious with huge, multi-section rooms that include desks, flat-screen TVs, plenty of outlets, comfy plush beds, and strong showers; I especially loved the chic on-site bar and the breakfast where the chef will cook eggs to order." - Matthew Kepnes

I booked a larger event with Lori and Jennifer from a recommendation from a local colleague and was not disappointed. Lori and Jennifer's attention to customer service was beyond 5 Stars, with a personal touch and always willing to help. The event went off flawlessly. A huge THANK YOU to the team and I would would highly recommend this location and specifically the event and planning team for a great experience.

Great experience, the staff at the front desk and restaurant are friendly and polite. I stayed one night this time, but always that I have to visit my kids in NJ I stayed in this hotel and always I’m satisfied!! The room are very clean and they assist you with what you need. The bed is super comfortable, clean room. The restaurant is great, the food is delicious. They also have free parking, which was great. This is definitely a great hotel.

Google
I was just passing through the area and had a great experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and even offered a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the TV remote wasn’t working initially, it was promptly replaced with no hassle. I typically stay at Hilton properties, but I would gladly stay here again based on the quality of service and overall experience.

I stayed here for one night for an event in the area. Checking in was quick and we were put on the top floor. The hotel itself and the room looked clean but I always wipe everything down with wipes anyway. The king bed was comfortable and clean and no sign of bugs which was the most important. The bathroom was small, especially the sink/vanity area and the bathroom seemed outdated. The toilet was also low for a tall person like myself. Shower water was hot and had good pressure. They also had nice Dove toiletries to use. We got a room that included breakfast and it was a buffet in the restaurant that is near the lobby. The buffet had eggs, meat options, French toast, pancakes, danish, croissants, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, water, etc. It was a decent spread for the extra money we spent and a good option as you can't walk to get food in the area. Parking was not an issue and the property felt safe. For one night, this was a good stay.

Google
On a job in Hillside, this was a nearby hotel with free parking. As a loyalty member, they offered a free breakfast each day upon checking in. The room was spacious. I had enough workspace to comfortably spread out. This location is highly recommended!

Google
Holiday Inn Clark, NJ. Hotel is very clean and up to date. Great atmosphere either for business or for family! The pool is kept very clean. It’s got great outdoor seating. The rooms are very relaxing and comfortable. The dining area was very clean. Food was good.Staff was very polite and informative. Every time I’m in the area this is the hotel I stay at. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Google
Definitely a good place to stay. Great location. Inside the restaurant, bar and outside area were really nice. Very nice place to relax after a long day. Breakfast was pretty good too. Special shout out to Cecilia who works in the bar restaurant area. Super nice! Thank you for taking such good care of us during our brief stay. We’ll be back for sure.

Google
I stay here every week for work, and this is one of the best hotels in the IHG network. Kathy, the GM, and every one of her staff go above and beyond to make you feel like family and accommodate anything you may need. The rooms are clean and quiet and the food at the restaurant is top notch. It’s conveniently located about 15 minutes from Newark Airport and about 35 minutes from midtown Manhattan. Anyone looking for a quick stopover or an area hotel to avoid the prices of NYC, this is your spot.

Yelp
The breakfast was OK but what they didn't tell us was that they charge you for it. There are no signs delineating the free coffee from the hot breakfast. It should be outlined when checking in. People should know ahead of time, not after you eat! Otherwise, we liked the hotel. Fix the oversight promptly.

Yelp
If you're looking for a short-term stay, the Holiday Inn Clark - Newark is definitely one of the best places to stay in the area! The management provided excellent service by promptly greeting and checking me in. Moreover, the rooms are clean and affordably priced. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay at this hotel, and the complimentary breakfast was a bonus!

Yelp
cc was fraudulently charged for thousands of dollars. beware of this business and either their staff OR their system has been hacked

Yelp
Front desk person was so rude and not helpful at all. I have stayed at 129 hotels this year and this was not accommodating at all. Hiltons and marriott have much better staff. Why would I pay 200 a night here with rude employees and rusty bathtub when I am diamond and hilton and bonvoy at marriott? I tried once again with ihg hotel as it was close to my work but again they failed. Now I know better

Yelp
We came here for a wedding in June. We made a reservation for Thursday and our flight got delayed and showed up Friday morning. We called the hotel Thursday night to inform them that we won't be able to arrive on Thursday. They stated it was no problem and they put in a note that we will be arriving early in Friday. When we arrived to the hotel our reservation was still there. The hotel was clean. The front desk person asked if we wanted to add breakfast to our reservation. Their eating area looked nice and clean. Once we got to the room the room was clean. We had a king side bed fridge and a microwave in the room. The microwave was a nice touch I don't see many hotel with a microwave that much. The bathroom was tight and the toilet was very small and low but everything worked and was cleaned. If we are in the area again we will be staying at this hotel. There was plenty of parking and you don't have to pay for parking. In The area there are a variety of things to do and place to go.

Yelp
They charged me for the full stay on CANCELED RESERVATION. Been trying to get ahold of them all day and absolutely no response. Left multiple messages to general manager as well but also no response. Absolutely ridiculous. Disputing this transaction anyways and will get my money back, but how hotel is handling is absolutely unacceptable.

Yelp
This is such a nice hotel. From the outside it needs a do- over and has the look of a 3 star hotel. From the moment you walk in its a 5 star. From the friendly staff to the clean rooms. The indoor restaurant has short hours that may find yourself going out or having food delivered. If you find yourself staying here. You will find that you will enjoy your stay. This is listed within 10 of many fast foods eateries and several chain restaurants. Nice parks and event halls. Right off the Garden state parkway for very easy access. 7 minutes from NJTP, 20 easy minutes to Newark International Airport. They was once the only near by hotel that allowed you to even post cash. But now they also only book by credit card. There's not much for kids to do close by that they can walk to. But young teens are a drive away from entertainment. This hotel is always a good place for your away from home - feel right at home hotel.

Yelp
I picked this hotel because this is where my training place. It's clean, price standard but I don't get breakfast. I wonder because I booked it through company portal and they have agreement so it was cheaper but no breakfast? I don't like that the don't have dark curtains all the way covered the windows. It just an accent on each side. Breakfast food not good. But it might be because I have to paid for it! Well ok my company, it's a work training. I like the lunches. We choose from ore set lunch menu. The training room is good sz for the group. They really good with refreshments. They have platters of fruits, assorted cereals, bagels, pastries, coffee, soda, juice and water. Afternoon they have cookies, snack bar, yoghurt. It was nice. Dinner not bad. Oh they have tiny gym. Not bad. I actually went a couple of times. Would I stay in this chain again? Maybe if breakfast is included!!!

Yelp
I have been coming to this hotel for 17 years and it has officially become a low grade, run down, dirty, smelly- We will NEVER RETURN!!
google avatar

Diana E.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel because it was near my corporate office. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and very pleasant. There's a very good little convenience store right when you walk in near lobby, they have all kinds of goodies, from regular store cookies to chips to fruits to homemade cookies and brownies to orange juice and Red Bull etc... The hotel has a lobby bar that's open till midnight and a small restaurant. The hotel is not modern day decor type but I feel it's renovated. It doesn't look anything like the 80s. It's a Holiday inn folks! The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would have no issue staying here again whatsoever.

Phil O.

Yelp
The room we are in has a window overlooking the parking lot, there are tall post lights in the parking lot. The curtains on the window do not close so there is light all night long. I would not stay here again.

Yelp
I have probably stayed at this hotel 15 times in the last 6 years, but after last night I finally decided it was time to write my 2 star review. The only reason I give this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because I will return due to convenience and cheap rates. The lobby and bar area are newer and updated leaving you thinking the rooms should be fairly nice, however that is obviously where any renovations stopped. The rooms are seriously outdated and show extreme signs of wear...which would be ok if not for all of the other issues. Earlier this year, the shower in my room only had one temperature - scalding hot. It was never fixed, I later complained to IHG and didn't really receive a satisfactory response. On another stay this year, there was mold and mildew in the shower. Last night was probably the worst, every time the AC would turn on, it made this horrible loud dripping noise. Woke me up every time it turned on. This morning, the carpet was soaking wet. I had my room changed this afternoon when I got back to the hotel, but when I went to get my suitcase from the old room, I could smell the mildew leaving me to believe this was a reoccurring problem in that room. My new room today is better, however the bed is saggy and pretty uncomfortable. Not your standard Holiday Inn bed. The hotel has great potential, it's just seriously old and outdated. Luckily, the rates are fairly inline with the conditions (around $100 a night). I wouldn't pay much more though for a night here...

Yelp
Great place to stay for catching a flight next day at Newark airport. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. 3 stars (ok) because upon check out, there was no one at the front desk at 6am and I waited around but no one showed, so had to leave our room keys as we had a flight to catch.

Yelp
Stayed again at Holiday Inn Clark NJ. What a delight! The staff are the very best starting with Manager Kathy F.and Asst Mgr Keyur. They are always so friendly. They make you feel welcomed which is rare. I ate at the hotel restaurant several times during my stay and each meal was fantastic! Chef Larry is the man! My room had all the amenities plus a fridge+microwave. I enjoyed a peaceful safe evening sitting on the garden benches out front looking at the stars. Such a wonderful hotel. I will be back!

Yelp
Seeing some of the other reviews on this hotel was awful, I would normally read before ataying but I have stayed here once before and it a nice then, and equally as pleasant now. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy king size bed, clean throughout..I have zero complaints&I was only here for 1 nite. Got back around 11:30pm and we stopped at the bar on the lobby for a drink, and were served by THE NICEST WOMEM, PATTI&LATOYA, I made sure to remmeber their names because they were welcoming & we had a few laughs &it was like being with old friends. Breakfast buffet for $12, again, zero complaints from me, I will stay here again! IHG member

Yelp
Terrible experience. We checked in expecting a relaxing evening to just get away from the house. In a nearly empty hotel, we had people on the left, right, and both rooms across the hall. I had to call the front desk at 2:30 am because the rooms across the way were having a hotel party (I thought those went out in the 90's). This is a hotel in Clark, not a motel on 1 and 9. The walls are paper thin, and booking room next to room is disgusting when the hotel is nearly empty. I will NEVER book here again.
google avatar

Kyle U.

Yelp
Nice quiet holiday inn. Rooms look to have been recently updated and lobby area is nice as well. Close to road so there is some road noise. Front desk staff was nice and helpful upon checking in. Will stay again

Daniel S.

Yelp
staff kicking a party out of common area at 9:30pm while we have 9 rooms at this establishment. Here for a funeral and no consideration for anything party not being loud just here to celebrate life, also bar is closed and we brought our own cocktails and the staff made a huge deal about this but prior night we did buy drinks during bar hours. I get covid is over trying to get money for everything but even got kicked out of common area because a party had the room when we changed to another open area got kicked out again with bar being closed. Would not recommend this place go to downtown rahway or cranford for other hotel accommodations.

Cynthia W.

Yelp
Surprised at this hotel. This used to be Crowne Plaza, and more than likely an entire new establishment. Due to Covid we trusted that this hotel was nearby where our relative can stay. Hotel clean, but just one, not all, service desk worker turned this into an unpleasant stay. My relative was disrespected by a male worker. His accent was thick so I spoke slow so he could understand me. But when he stated to me he didnt care If my relative did have a PhD he treated everyone the same. We just felt something is not right here. It all began with my relative asking one question, but the worker felt he was interrupted from his conversation. He yelled in the lobby at my relative as if he was a child for one, and made an embarrassing scene. So darn unacceptable. This worker had zero diplomacy and zero respect for another human being, as well as a guest to his establishment. It made the rest of the stay uncomfortable. My relative was offered a free meal the next day. Of course that could not take place why trust it. Sorry this took place in my neighborhood. We have another hotel we will be using from now on. But still a little embarrassed by suggesting this place to a family member. Of course when we go out of state to visit our same family we stay in nice respectful hotels and treated well and ask to return soon. So disappointed in this hotel; not so nice anymore. This hotel need to hire a professional company to come in and retrain the staff. Customers should be respected at all times. This was shameful. You raise your voice to your guest. They are not your children, nor your peasants. Please learn respect and learn how to be professional. I yield back. Mrs. Ward

Yelp
PROS: Complimentary USA Today! CONS: Complimentary bed bugs. They said they had an infestation a few months ago, but based on other reviews, it's still going on! It's too bad, too -- the room had a Keurig and everything. Honestly, the only reason we left after being in the room for 20 minutes was that we didn't want to be bit by small bugs while we slept.
google avatar

Dana G.

Yelp
This is not about the hotel, it's about customer service. I was unable to contact the hotel yesterday because the hotel phone number was not connecting. Tried contacting them through IHG customer service and IHG rewards, and they couldn't get through either. I finally got through to them this morning. Front desk said I had to leave a message for the manager. The message announcement on the phone said she'd get back to me at her convenience. Who says that? Surprise. She never got back to me and it's after 6pm. I don't expect I'll ever hear from her. Too bad, because it would be a perfect location for me, but I guess I'll look elsewhere.

Kolee S.

Yelp
The check in staff was efficient, but we were there for a group event and they failed to give half of us the gift bag from host. One of the group called down to ask and they brought only to her. When the rest ask about it, they said there were none left - although host insists she made extra to ensure had enough for everyone. The bar was as interesting as any hotel bar in the late hours. Bartender was loudly sharing her surprise the dominos offered a great special and was still delivery - oh my! The word spread quickly to only order beer because the mixed drinks were not drinkable. The room was okay, basic room with standard amenities.

Brona D.

Yelp
I booked a room for my family last weekend at Holiday Inn Clark. The rooms were clean, roomy and very nice. The entire experience from reservation to the stay in the hotel was great. I would like to say Thank You to Lori for her exceptional service. I would highly recommend.

Yelp
BED BUGS - I stayed here while traveling for work (only because the nicer hotels in the area were all booked up). Woke up at 3am to what I hoped was a spider crawling on me....only to turn on the light and see at least 5 bed bugs on both me and the sheets/pillow cases. Great way to start a full day of meetings. I live in Manhattan and understand that this is a widespread issue for private homes as well as hotels, but it is still completely unacceptable.

Michael N.

Yelp
This is a 5 star hotel. I had the best sleep ever in a hotel room. The bed was so comfortable with extra pillows. The staff was attentive. A plus.
google avatar

Joseph A.

Yelp
I stay here often the staff is awesome and well trained. The rooms are clean and safe. They have a little store for snacks and food if you don't want to go out. Bar that open in the evening if you need a drink after a hard day at work. Right off the Garden State Parkway. And a ready nice shopping center that you can walk to.
google avatar

Rod H.

Yelp
Extremely polite, customer-focused staff. Beautiful hotel (inside; outside is not much to look at). The rooms are clean, modern and the bath is higher end like one you wouldn't mind in your own home. Restaurant and bar on property, and a mini-convenience area with everything you'd need if you left a few critical bath products at home. If I am in this area again, I'm staying here. Great value for the money.

Yelp
I stayed here once before in in 2006 (long before I was on Yelp) and here is some of my original review followed by my review for my 2018 trip: 2006 Review: This was a personal trip and I paid for it myself. This trip was over Thanksgiving weekend. I needed to be about 10 miles from this location but I felt this was the best choice for me. I am a single female traveling alone, so it is important for me to stay somewhere where I feel safe (which I did). I had a 4th floor room (415) that was mid-way down the hall. I didn't hear the elevators or the ice/vending machine at all nor did I hear slamming doors (but I do use a white noise machine to sleep so that does cut down on some of the hotel noise when necessary). I had a king bed in my room, a nice recliner chair and desk. The bathroom is a nice size, but I do agree with the previous reviews regarding the lack of counter space. I made due, but it was truly a pain to get my makeup bag to sit comfortably somewhere. The room was clean and looked relatively new, no holes in the wall, no worn furniture, carpeting or curtains. A few chips in the bathroom floor/tub but that's all. The front desk staff was great at check in. 2018 Review: This was a personal trip and I paid for it myself. I was here for 3 days during the week, not a holiday week or Spring break. I reserved an executive level room this trip (614) which was about $5 more than the regular room. I thought the hotel looked pretty good, service and staff were great. My room was clean, no issues with bed bugs as other reviews suggest. I thought the hotel was great in terms of location and accommodations for the price. I ate at the Hub every night (reviewed separately) and had no complaints about the food. This is a solid hotel and if I need to go back for any reason, I won't hesitate to stay here.

Yelp
Overall, decent hotel for a Holiday Inn. Located about 15 minutes from Newark International Airport (~$16 UberPool), and close to the Parkway. It is also close to a few large chains (Target, Starbucks) if you forget anything while on your trip, but be careful if you walk. The amenities are less than half a mile away, but there are very few sidewalks and a semi dangerous rotary/roundabout to navigate. Rooms were standard. Nothing to write home about, but good enough for a couple of nights sleep. The hotel bar was okay. Food was what you would expect from a restaurant/bar inside a hotel, and service was mediocre. It is clear some of the service staff get fed up with weddings and functions night after night. I was here for a wedding and the bride's family had organized a brunch for the morning after the wedding in one of the board rooms. The food selection was good (bacon, eggs, potatoes, pastries, bagels, fruit and veggies) and even included a create your own omelet bar. I'm not too familiar with NJ, so I can't comment on how easy it would be to get to Newark from the hotel, but access seemed fairly good to the surrounding neighborhoods.

Yelp
Bedbugs! Sept 5, 2017 I stayed in a room on 6th floor by the coke machine and when I woke up my leg was chewed with all these red bites. I told the Manager and he was really nonplussed about it. We have used this hotel for business when in the area but that is last time I stay there. When I got home I had to leave all my stuff outside so as not to bring any "souvenirs" into our home. The check in clerk was pissy when I checked in and I asked why she was switching my room and she said it was a better room. Makes me wonder if Holiday Inn employee intentionally exposed me to bed bugs. Now I see another yelp review about bed bugs at this hotel. Sorry I didn't check before I went. Could have saved a lot of bites, itching and the pain in the "ankle" with all the extra sanitizing when I got home.

Patricia D.

Yelp
A stay at this hotel is "hit and miss." On the plus side, it is convenient for us since it is located near family and makes for an easy back and forth visit. On the negative side, after 3 separate stays over a 3 month period, the guest experience has declined. During each visit a new unannounced rule or fee is sprung on you as you check in. Most recently a $50.00 Incidental Fee. What?! We were told after the fact "just in case you damage the room." Really. This hotel is clinging to a 3 star rating, minimal updates have been made to the common areas and rooms. Don't look too closely or you will notice the dry wall damage, missing and peeling paint and overlooked (possibly avoided) maintenance. After our most recent stay, we are questioning the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately we discovered that the trash from the previous occupant was not removed. If that was not done, we wondered what else was not cleaned. When this was brought to managements attention - they did not care.

LaKhia C.

Yelp
This place is terrible and I wouldn't stay HERE NEVER Staff unprofessional very out dated.
google avatar

Robyn H.

Yelp
This hotel is great and close to the Newark airport. There are buses that stop in here on the way to NYC. The rooms were comfy and the price was great. Note that breakfast is not included like most Holiday Inns however the staff makes up for that. Everyone was super friendly!
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
The pool was not heated it was freezing cold and looked like it was not filled all the way and then the breakfast in the morning wasnt good. It eas cold eggs and cold potatoes and the home fried potatoes were cold as well. The only nice thing I could say was that the room was nice and clean and comfy beds.

Sharnae W.

Yelp
This room was disgusting. A cup under the bed, stains on the counters and toilet. Loud guess on the first floor. We heard a woman screaming and cursing so loudly at 11pm. Loud music coming from next door. I will never stay here or recommend that anyone pick the location. The only plus is how close it is to the highway.
google avatar

Eric G.

Yelp
Here for a conference. Nice hotel, especially compared to my last experience at a competitor. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Free, decent, WiFi. Comfortable beds - slept much better than I normally do in a hotel. Pillows were good too. Small but adequate work desk. Restaurant food was good too, though be warned- the servers are slow and a little clueless. But overall ok. The question for a hotel is would you stay there again? Yes.
google avatar

Kamryn H.

Yelp
It's a bummer this hotel was so bad because it has so much potential. What made it really bad was the house keeping. I came here on a school trip and when we got to our room it looked like they had started cleaning it but didn't finish. Our friends actually had half eaten food left in their room from the previous guests. Gross. Also the staff was rude, the food was bad, but the most important was the fact that it was unclean.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
This hotel has been a pleasure! Quiet nights... comfy beds... friendly staff! The rooms are well kept and clean. It is so refreshing to be able to stay in a hotel with my children and just relax! The location is wonderful as well! We will definitely be booking here again!

Phuong N.

Yelp
Great hotel, very clean.. Staff are very friendly. I love poolside and gym. I'm looking foward to my next stay.

Robert Z.

Yelp
Rooms are dirty had to be moved 2+ times each room was ant infested hair all over the sinks and showers dirt between the bed and night stands carpets smelled horrible we was NOT looking for a free stay we were desperate because in the middle of moving needed a place near by to rest and just asked to be accommodated correctly no matter the price manger proceeded to tell us to leave and never come back we were no longer welcomed at that location very upsetting because we were yelled at and treated so horribly the manger was a small white lady using racial slurs very unprofessional

Yelp
*This review is for banquet services only* I attended a wedding here and the customer service, from the front desk to the kitchen, simply wasn't up to par. The devil is in the details and the details were sorely lacking. 1. No signage and poor directions: When I came in there were no signs or screens directing me to the wedding. When I asked the front desk they sent me to the banquet room where the reception was instead of the small meeting room where the ceremony was being held. By the time I asked 2 more people and figured it out I had to walk into the ceremony late. 2.Transition from ceremony to reception was rough. It was a very tight turnaround and apparently the banquet room was still being set up. Guests were left to mill around the hot, silent foyer for some time.A couple of pitchers of water would have been nice. 3. The reception food was inoffensive, if uninspired. The servings of prime rib at our table were uneven, and I ended up giving a good part of mine to someone who'd been served a way overcooked end piece. When we asked for additional bread for the table we were told there was no more. These all seem like minor things, but of the 5 (yes, FIVE) weddings I went to last year, this was the first venue where the staff didn't seem inclined to go "above and beyond". I get that they're used to corporate clients but for more personal events, a small bit of attention goes a long way.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my stay here. I booked very last minute and they were able to accommodate me. Great swimming area, restaurant, and small gift shop/ convenience center. My room was very large and clean, as was the fitness area. If necessary, I would have no problem staying here again! My only negative feedback would be that there are only 2 elevators and it often took about 3 minutes or more of standing around for the elevator to come. Also wifi was in and out for my entire stay and I ended up going over my phone data plan because it continued to cut out =(

Marissa P.

Yelp
Hotel rooms are very outdated. Run down looking. Food at hotel restaurant is good. Staff is nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Flight was cancelled so was sent here. First room was occupied...sorry for the people who heard me opening the door at 1AM. Second room key didn't work, then when they finally let me in, the nightstand was covered in ANTS. Third room was ok, but the floor looked dirty and everything was dingy. Staff was pleasant, but a free breakfast voucher doesn't make up for a dirty hotel.

Yelp
We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The hotel location was perfect for our family reunion in Westfield, zipping back and forth to Newark airport, shopping in the area, and just about everything else we wanted to do. The staff was outstanding, with a special mention for Karen at the front desk who was super helpful and cheerful. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It could be said the rooms are a little bit tired in a couple of respects but we find that in many of the places we stay at unless they are brand new or recently renovated. All in all, this hotel offers great value and we'd recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Yelp
This hotel was clean and recently renovated; the staff was friendly; check-in and check-out were easy. However, I'm only giving it two stars for two reasons: 1) When we made the reservation, we told them we'd be arriving late in the day with two small children, and asked to have a rollaway cot set up for the bigger kid. (We brought a foldable crib for the baby.) We arrived at 8:45 pm with exhausted kids, and they had not yet set up the room, but said they would send up a cot right away -- and the person at check-in spoke to a nearby man asking him to do it. That man never brought a cot, and we had to call down to the desk FOUR TIMES to get the cot delivered -- it finally arrived at 10:15 pm after I threatened to just let myself down in the basement and take one. (These are little kids, whose normal bedtime is 8!) No apologies, just finally it showed up. This is not okay. 2) When we checked in, the person told us that continental breakfast would be served from 7-10 in the morning. When we went down to "The Hub" in the morning, that was true . . . and you had to pay $15 for it. Now, with two kids, that was going to run us $60 for cold eggs and cereal such as one usually gets for free at this kind of hotel. So, fine, we packed up and went to the Westfield Diner -- where a fresh, delicious breakfast for four ran us $18.11. It's not this hotel's fault that some fool in Corporate decided that if you slapped some paneling on it and called it "The Hub," you could charge $15 for a cruddy breakfast. But I'm not amused, and won't be staying at this hotel again.

Yelp
This hotel is amazing! The decor inside creates a great ambience. The breakfast was great and hot as well. When we walked in we were greeted by Sincere, he is very professional and welcoming. We had the nicest suite, it was very spacious, clean and very romantic. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Yelp
Slept there for a night with my sister. I probably would have never booked it if I wasn't patient enough. Snagged a reservation at the very last minute through either booking.com or hoteltonight.com (I barely remember!) we had a good sleep... and the breakfast the following morning was great! What I didn't like is that the lady assuring the service (on Easter Sunday) assumed we were not guests at the hotel; she handed us out the check without even asking first if we had our breakfast coupons! I didn't appreciate it. Well, the hotel is far away from restaurants so if you need anything to eat at night and don't want to eat at the hotel' restaurant, you might need to get an Uber or walk to the nearest fast foods in the area (which I did)! The staff was polite, respectful, friendly and professional overall. I definitely would recommend it.

Yelp
I got a groupon for holiday Inn dinner option. I wish I didn't !! First of all,, it was under false advertisement that there is lobster on a menu but there wasnt any at all,, at the most they have shrimp which is not very tasty!! I am under impression that they don't know how to cook!! The chicken that they served wasn't cooked properly!! If they would of checked before serving,, it was easy notice that the chicken wasnt cooked in a middle!! The food was bland!! Second,, I took my grandparents with me and they couldn't eat anything that was served except for chips!! Third when I came home,, I felt sick in a stomach and throwing up! ! Yes the staff was polite,, however it doesn't cover the horrible quality food!! My impression is,, it's old and brozen!!
