Holiday Inn Dar es Salaam is truly one of the best hotels to stay in the city. The rooms are exceptionally clean and sanitized daily, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Room service is efficient and prompt, and the food is excellent.||A special mention to Chef Parminder, who went above and beyond to understand my preferences and ensure the meals were exactly to my taste. At at front office, Anna and Fatma were always warm, welcoming, and very helpful with any requests. The restaurant team deserves appreciation too—they are attentive, professional, and always serve with a smile.||A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ravindra and Mr. Bharat, whose support and hospitality made my stay even more pleasant.||Overall, Holiday Inn Dar es Salaam offers not just great facilities but also an outstanding team that makes guests feel at home away from home. Highly recommended!

Nice place for business folks. Rooms are adequate size, bed is big, linen very good but toilet and walk in shower old style. Could be improved including flush knob.ROOM corridor carpets stinking and dirty = either to be thoroghly cleaned or better replaced. Location is great walking distance to restaurants and shops. Bfast is with wide range of local and Indian food. However room rates are 30 to 40% higher than nearby ONOMO or CROWN Plaza. Staff are very good and helpful starting with doorman and restaurant waitress. Roof top restaurant setting is mediocre with plastic chairs. Otherwise ok for business folks

Amazing stay! the staff are professional and everything works! WiFi is strong! The rooms are clean and smell nice.. The bathrooms are clean and the shower water pressure is the best I have ever had ( and I am well travelled!) the linen is clean.|You may want to get rid of corridor carpets - though clean and very well maintained, they are dated. I will be back!!

Being from south Asia this location is absolutely worth to stay. you get as a option of vegetarian food options nearby. Sea is a Km away..you can walk. Major markets are also near by. Look for chef Parminder if you're at holiday inn and a wonderful hotel manager Mr Pravin who is really accommodative.

After a disappointing stay at another IHG hotel in town, we decided to spend 1 more day at Holiday Inn..and it turned out to be a great idea. Helped to freshen up the bad taste that my kids had at the previous hotel. Got upgraded to executive rooms..with an interconnected room for my kids..perfect for peace of mind. Pool staff were very helpful..breakfast is our favourite in Dar..a mix of English, Indian and African..something for everyone. Check in was seamless with Diya and Mwamvua being very helpful. The manager Pravin is always there to assist. Thank you HI.

Its strategically located, so good for tourists and business visitors. Rooms are tiny quite cramped. The service staff great, food is good, morning budget spreads are nice.

Convenient location for city tour and access to port and ferry to Zanzibar Excellent service. Food is fresh and appetizing and sumptuous. Choose from African, asian and continental dishes but dare not miss to order deepfried red snapper and french fries

I would briefly say their charisma adds value to their hotel. It’s not as fancy our room had a mold smell the bathroom was slippery because of the flooring but for one thing the staff is amazing. They got big hearts❤️‍🩹 we stayed there with the kids during the New Year but unfortunately my daughter fell sick, the support we received for all the days we were there was huge, massive. Me and my husband kept on saying we were privileged to be there that late night. From a 23 hour flight, the apartment we rented somewhere in Masaki had no access keys as we checked in during midnight but this hotel was surely God’s plan for whatever was gonna happen the next day. God bless every staff member working here we could not repay you❤️‍🩹
