I was pleasantly surprised by this property. I had no idea what to expect and I’m glad I stayed here and would definitely use again. First, location very easy to get to if you are coming from the Florida Turnpike. The property is very close to Pembroke Pines Gardens mall that has plenty of restaurants and shops. The Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was included and they had a very nice variety of options to eat (Omelettes, muffins, breads, cereals, pastries, coffee, juice, etc.) Staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Just want to take the time to say the staff at this hotel are SUPERB. The facility is clean. Breakfast is decent. I'd give them 6 or 7 stars or even ten stars based on the staff though. Genuinely, good and helpful people. The fact that the staff recognizes it's individual guests and their needs is extremely impressive considering I work in hospitality as well. Definitely exemplary and note worthy for the industry.

In general is a good place to stay if you look for a room and breakfast. I personally had a problem with the last breakfast. I was waiting 5min before opening but at the end they opened 30 min after scheduled and missed my flight for waiting (my mistake for not just go to the airport). But in general if you don't have a rush to go somewhere it's fine

Check-in 10/11, room on 5th floor with a strong musty/moldy smell. Explained that kids have allergies and we couldn't stay in the room. Was told it's hot in south Florida and humidity rises 😆. Was denied a refund and offered floors 2-4. 4th floor had room doors open showing ceiling damage with fresh repair and a fan drying the sparkling. A cart in the hallway with sparkling, mud, and caulking. When brought to the attention of management he said as I said humidity rises.

This hotel is clean from parking lot, to the lobby and from elevator to the rooms. Very pleasant staff, we stayed long enough to see multiple shifts and they were nice throughout our stay. Keurig coffee maker in the room and fresh ground Costa Rica coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was usual and with ample supplies.

Positive: Location - access to the 75 - made getting around south Florida very easy (and quick) and also hotel had a lot of 24 hr food spots around (we came in late - IHOP and McDonald’s) along with other great food options. Also hotel had breakfast included! Negative: ""

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Miramar! The room was clean and refreshed perfectly each day, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience. I especially appreciated the quality of the shampoo and body wash—such a nice touch! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The American breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day right. Plus, the hotel is well located, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The check-in was so smooth and easy. I was in town for my Uncle's wife's funeral, and this location was the perfect distance from my uncle's home. Where to start walking in to the lobby you greeted by the hotel front desk staff with a warm smile the lobby is so clean and has a very nice smell the check in was smooth and my room was amazing it was hot outside so to have my room cool down to 70* was the best thing I could ask for the bathroom was nice and clean beautiful rain drop shower head nice clean towels overhall it was a beautiful 2 night stay and if an whenever am in town again I know where to stay. Front desk staff was amazing.

I've been staying here for canes games this season and have enjoyed our stays every time. The breakfast is well stocked and coffee available is hot. Our rooms have always been clean and well stocked. They do have a problem with their side doors though and doesn't recognize your key card to let you in which can be annoying getting back when it's really late.

I made reservations to stay at this hotel for my son's tournament. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my son fell ill, the day before check-in. Our reservation was non-refundable, but I contacted the hotel to explore our options, like checking in at a later date. A staff member assured me that should I call again on the day of check-in to notify them of our inability to arrive, they would hold our reservation and we could modify our check-in date. Furthermore, I was informed that failure to notify them would result in the cancellation of our reservation, along with the forfeiture of our payment and they would resell the room. I called again on the day of check-in and was informed that the hotel could not accommodate my request. I was subsequently directed to reach out to the 3rd party vendor to initiate the necessary modifications. Upon contacting the 3rd party vendor, I was informed that since the hotel had received the full prepayment for our stay, any changes would require negotiation between the hotel and the 3rd party vendor. The 3rd party vendor attempted to reach out to the hotel, but the request was denied. I subsequently called the hotel once more and experienced an extended wait time exceeding 20 minutes to speak with the General Manager, but she never came to the phone. I hung up and called back. I was informed that the General Manager would not authorize any alterations to our reservation. Furthermore, I was advised that any formal modification request submitted by the 3rd party vendor would be dismissed without further consideration. I later received a call from the 3rd party vendor stating they received an email from the hotel asking if we were going to check in the day that we were scheduled, although they already were aware of this information. The 3rd party vendor tried to call them back while I was on the phone and the hotel didn't answer the phone. This is an independently owned hotel, so it is out of corporate's hands. Therefore, decisions are made by the management of this hotel. I have not encountered such a lack of empathy and customer service in my previous stays at various hotels across the country. It seems that the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Miramar prioritizes financial considerations over guest satisfaction and goodwill. We selected your hotel based on favorable reviews and the expectation of a welcoming and accommodating environment, only to find ourselves facing a situation that contradicted these expectations. Horrible hotel not clean and management are poor the room was not clean the bed was not clean when I arrived they never clean the room even though I spoke to the manager I he confirmed with that they will Take action immediately nothing was fix is against health department regulations and I have to demand full refund , never come back to this hotel again it's ridiculous and unhealthy

Had a nice stay here. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. One of the breakfast attendants really stood out to me. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and worked very hard. She had dark hair and light eyes, maybe even contacts. She deserves to be praised. The location is pretty good. Just about anything you would need is just a few minutes away. There is a small pond behind the hotel but other than that, outside of the hotel is just a parking lot.

I had a 4 night stay. The staff was awful at check-in. I had problems with the shower & sink: Water was either too hot or too cold. One could not control it. Maintenance staff said it is a problem that happens frequently. It has to do with the equipment and it has been that way since the Hotel was new 18 months ago. "Nothing can be done" I took it in the chin 2 more days. 10:00 am day 3, I decided to check out and find another hotel. At check out staff lady confirmed that it is a common complaint from guests. I wanted to check that I was not going to be charged for day 4 so I asked for an invoice. General manager ignored my dissatisfaction with my stay, never even said absolutely nothing about the problem, and refused to print an invoice. I asked about "corporate number" she said " I don't know anything about that - I don't have it"
