Google
5-star experience! I'm absolutely blown away by the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! The location is perfect for anyone traveling through Park City, whether you're hitting the slopes or just passing through. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the hotel's proximity to local amenities is unbeatable. With a brewery, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and even a gas station all within walking distance, you'll never want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness. Can't wait to stay here again!

I was traveling alone and had never been to Park City Utah. I was pulling my 12’ Scamp travel trailer. After trying to get a room at several other hotels and quickly found out parking is a very sought after commodity. In fact, some places were somewhat rude and quick to tell me I couldn’t park my trailer on their property. When I pulled up to The Holiday Inn Express a young man named Quincy came out and greeted me, he was very polite, kind, and welcoming. What a relief to talk with someone so nice after getting a taste of snooty Park City. Thank you Quincy.

Great place!! However at check in we was told the additional 50$ for my daughter dog would be refunded upon check out. The receipt refers to it as a charge the guy at the desk stated it would be refunded in the end zero dollars of the 50$ was refunded. (No damages were done. The dogs a mini special breed so I’m assuming it’s a fee not a deposit) so with that being the only issue it really wasn’t a issue.. but I do like to have full transparency and rely on what information was gave to be correct.

Good value and friendly staff. Located in downtown Park City. Modern rooms with lots of ports for electronics. Free breakfast with lots of options. Within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and large number of retail stores. Liked the policy of welcoming dogs in their establishment although we were not traveling with one. We had to cancel one of our two reserved days and it was as easy as a quick call to the front desk.

First, I thought we'd be atying in Park City. However, Kimball Junction turned out to be a much better place. Perfect location between Park City and Salt Lake City, just below the Olympic Park with wonderful views. The hotel was cosy, and the personel extremly nice. There was a well working sauna and nice pools. Breakfast was a bit narrow, but perfect for my choice and allergies, nothing to complain about. The only con I have to mention was the bed. We had got the last (?) room 331, and the bed closer to the window was simply too much worn, or having too heavy sleepers. So sleeping there was unfortunately quite uncomfortable.

Google
The room was updated and clean and the facilities were awesome (pool, sauna, hot tub), and they are open 24/7!! That is unheard of these days but was very accomodating. There were also many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the views of course are fantastic in the surrounding area. Was very close to Canyon Village where they had the free ski lift.

This is our go to place to stay when in Park City. We were disappointed a little bit this time. Beds are usually comfortable, but this one was a bit hard. The room had a very heavy/perfumy smell. It smelled like eucalyptus and aggravated our allergies. We wondered if it was just a cleaning smell that would fade, but it didn't. It was as strong the day we checked out as when we arrived. We had so much going on that it wasn't worth asking for a different room once we were in and settled. Definitely will if it happens again. Several of the milk cartons at breakfast were expired, or close and smelled bad. Could also use more information on Gluten free options. Your Washington State locations have much more information and variety for food allergies Staff, as usual, were professional and helpful. We will be back as we hope this was just a one off experience.

Google
Very strange interaction at checkout. The front desk attendant was hiding in the office. I could see her moving around but she would not come out. When she finally emerged she was confused and dazed. Had trouble operating the computer and speaking. She would not answer any questions. I finally came out and said I would not be getting my bill would I? She mumbled no. She was not able to get me checked out. My husband had to go back in and was able to get us checked out but she couldn’t give him a bill. We stay at this location often and the staff is always professional until today.

Yelp
Had such a memorable time staying here to celebrate Christmas with my family. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and super cozy. The best thing is that they allow dogs, so we were able to vacation together as a complete family. The staff is great, helpful, and super friendly. The daily breakfast provided was delicious and filling. It was such a great way to get us started for our day of adventure. The heated pool and spa was a relaxing way to end our days.

Yelp
We had two pre-paid rooms. However, I arrived much earlier than my colleague. The rooms were in her name. I gave the desk person the reservation number and he said no problem but needed a card for incidentals. No problem. Come to find out he charged an entire room night to my card without informing me. I only figured it out about a month afterward. The hotel itself is fine, clean, and near plenty of coffee shops, food places, gas stations, and grocery stores. The pool is small. The breakfast is up to Holiday Inn standards.

Yelp
For the price, this absolutely a great place. Location is below of Canyons (...and 10 minutes from Park City), but that is why the price is so good. It only cost $17 for an UBER to PC. Very clean, and bed were great. Quiet and the complimentary breakfast hit the spot( always love eggs and bacon). Simply perfect for us in the price range ( below $500/ night). The staff was very nice ( Dianna).

Yelp
My husband was needed in park city for work so my 9 year old son and I tagged along. We stayed at this hotel because this is the establishment my husbands company reserved for us. With that being said, we will always stay here anytime we come to Park City. With no vehicle (hubby had its for work) my son and I spent a lot of time at the hotel so of corse we wondered around and took advantage of the amenities. Here is my $0.02: 1) Super clean! Rooms are cleaned everyday and when I say cleaned, I mean they are taken apart, scrubbed clean and put back together. Any and all floors were constantly kept clean and dry despite all the winter-sport enthusiasts constantly coming and going all day. The cleaning ladies/house keepers/ hotel staff - whatever you call them, they were outstanding and were so kind to us anytime my son and I ran into them while playing/exploring the facility. (To the staff that worked the week of Feb 6-11, 2023, thank you so much for everything and you're the reason we will always return to this hotel!) 2) Breakfast was different daily and had a great variety of things to choose from as well. Fresh fruit with options, multiple cereal choices, pancake maker, a different style of egg each day, each day offered a different meat option (sausage link, Turkey sausage or bacon), sometimes there was biscuits and gravy, tons of breakfast bread options with toasters available, pastries/muffins, multiple yogurt options, 2% milk and different juices, hot coffee and teas. It was great. 3) pool was great as well as the hot tub, sauna and small gym. I'd also like to add that the pool area was surrounded by glass windows (but also felt very private if that makes sense) that would accumulate condensation but one of the wonderful house-keepers would keep them spotless. 4) Good location. I didn't have a vehicle for the most part of my day but the hotel has anything you need and more that is in a safe walking distance (especially with a 9yr old) Park City has a great bus/transit service but we didn't use it because everything was close enough we didn't need it. Anyway, like I said, this is just my opinion but you will not be sorry you stayed here! Enjoy!

Yelp
Starting out on a long road trip, Park City was our first stop along the way. Holiday Inn Express was conveniently along our route. We pulled in to the parking lot and immediately noticed the beautiful view surrounding us. I could see some of the larger ski jumps from our vantage point. Very lovely. We enjoyed an easy check in and out. Both of the employees were friendly and welcoming to the hotel. Within minutes we were walking into our room ready to fall asleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the keurig was ready for the morning. It was a quick stay but I slept soundly. Holiday Inn is always very affordable and I appreciate the hospitality.

Yelp
So we are return customers, needless to say we won't be back. It started with walking through smoking right outside to get to the front desk. The Gentlemen with Dreadlocks who has been there a couple of years helped me or should I say didn't help. I asked for a top floor that would be quiet. He asked which view we wanted, the view we got wasn't either that we asked for, least of our problems. We went through 3 Credit Cards that he said were denied, we owe nothing on them so I knew this wasn't true. He said it so that the people coming and going while I was dealing with an issue could hear him. My husband finally got out of the car and came in to see what was the holdup. I finally said that I Bank with US bank which is close by, if the last one was denied I would go to them and have them call him. Magically the card went through. I went to the room & called all the Credit Card Companies, none even showed a decline or attempt. I went down to explain this and he was disinterested. Then after being woken by two teenagers put in the room next to us, I called down to the Desk and the phone kept asking for a pin code. So I finally wrapped in a blanket and went next door and they wouldn't answer the door but stood and laughed and I told them to quiet down. My husband went down to the desk, no one was around to deal with this. The entrances and very dirty. The room was clean, minus a stain on the carpet. NEVER WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN! It's too bad too, it's like the Gentlemen at the front desk don't care. The young lady in the breakfast was very friendly.

Yelp
We stay at Holiday Inn Express all the time when traveling. Some are great and some need major work. This hotel needs some major work to say the least. Won't stay here again! Dirty carpet (Gross), plugs that don't work, no usb plugs, uncomfortable beds and headboards that are gross as well. The outside doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Stay somewhere else if you expect a nice place to stay

Yelp
Absolutely not using this place again. Bathroom was terrible, very noisy, walls are paper thin, gym was tiny and hot, shower was just bizarre, feels as if everything was designed to discourage use. Hate every of of this stay.

Yelp
Ridiculous. Unfortunately he had to stay here for work, I'm not a fan of IHG hOtels but I couldn't be picky. Checked in at night, as we pulled in the entire hotel nos "dark". So theyBhad a power outAge, luckily the electricity inside worked fine, but the room card system was down. So I had to o to the front des I everytime I wanted to te-enter my room to have the clerk let me in with the master card. Next day? Same thing, but now the clerk is an elderly so image I feel hhorribke asking her to walk with me to the 2nd floor every time but I have no choice. Day 3 now, still no room key, they dont know when it will be up, it's extremely inconvenient not to mention annoying and dangerous. From what I cc'd. See they are just walking up with people to whatever room they go to, no real verification as to if that person belongs there. Breakfast ok, usual small hotel stuff. Rooms are clean and simple. 2 stars because they are clueless to give responses, the staff is NEVER visible you always have to ring the bell, and for not providing some kind of discount for the extreme inconvenience.

Yelp
This will sound similar to other Holiday Inn reviews because I did a big trip and stayed at many along the way. I feel the setup explanation is the same for each, but there is a lot that is specific about the hotel. One thing I love about Holiday Inn hotels is that so many of them allow animals for a fee. We have our Cinnamon the Husky, who is our service dog, but in this trip we also had our Lacey the Desert Lynx cat. So we did some research before we left home to find hotels that would allow us to bring them along. This was night three of our travel from NC to CA and night one of our travel from CA back to NC. We were so happy to be back in the mountains! Park City is the oasis between the high plains and the salt flats where there is scenery. It is also where there are many older hotels and some good skiing, so be mindful where you stay. Given the current pandemic situations, certain things were not available as they normally would be. There was a small display of pre-packaged muffin out for people to take, but we passed them up given they were just out there for anyone to cough on the packages. When we arrived to check in, which was late after a long day of driving for what felt like an eternity, we get to the front desk and there is a sign up that says they stepped away and will be back in 5 minutes. We grab a cart and loaded it up and came back and still no one was there, it had been at least 10 minutes. We waited and thought we heard someone in the office. We talked to each other loudly to make sure the person could hear that we were there. Still nothing. We tried calling the hotel hoping that the front desk person had the phone, but there was no answer. I have no idea how long we actually waited but I heard a couple of doors open and closed and then the office door opened and someone came out. Turned out the noise we heard was the front desk person's dog in the office. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say we all have to "go" from time to time, but that was a long time and maybe next time take the phone with you so that you can say be right there or something. We are blessed with a nice quiet dog, but our cat gets super loud if she is left alone too long. She made it out of her carrier and into the very tiny and loud bathroom, and she was not happy at all. The counter and sink were in the room, so the bathroom as just a tub/shower and toilet. In order to hold fast to our policy of not letting her out of the bathroom until we know she can't hide somewhere we can't get her out of in the room and she has use the litter box, I had to setup a flashlight in the bathroom so that it would not be pitch black for her. We couldn't leave the light/fan on because it was too loud and we could leave just the door closed because she had zero light. It is a common misconception that cats can see in the dark, they need some light just not as much any we do. (We always travel with a disposable litter box, gallon zip lock bag of litter and a garbage bag for easy clean up). After spending some time with her in the bathroom with the flashlight, she finally was able to come out and wander around. The room was clean but small and I did not like the bathroom situation at all. The people were friendly and helpful. when they were there. I do recommend calling to make sure that they have the right room available for you if you are traveling with a pet. It is always a best practice.

Yelp
This hotel was perfectly fine for us. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The heat/AC worked well. It's just off the highway and within walking distance of a coffee shop and some restaurants in the adjacent shopping center. Only downside was the sad continental breakfast... I realize it's still the time of Covid, but all the cereals were sugar-laden and the coffee was awful. It's just sad they can't come up with some healthier options.

Yelp
We had a fantastic visit here! We came from out of town (fully vaccinated) and were so impressed by the service and quality we were provided! All of the amenities were open, which was fantastic. We were able to use the gym, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna. They also did a great job of enforcing masks and Covid guidelines, even though Park City had lifted the mandate. We felt very safe! They also did a great job of modifying the continental breakfast to fit Covid guidelines. We are so appreciative and will be back if we're ever in the area again!

Yelp
First off, I understand we are in a resort town, but $200 a night for tiny room, on a week day, away from the action, and lacking basic amenities; such as a mini fridge and a microwave is ridiculous. In a town such as Park City, I would except to have a room that would accommodate a large amount of luggage; i.e skis and other cold weather necessities, but you won't find that here. To top it's off, after our first day on the slopes, my husband and I come back to see my luggage was moved and had been pilfered through. I am an OCD traveler and pack in stages, therefore I know where certain things are at ALL times. Overall, not even close worth cost of the room and with the luggage experience, it insures that we will never stay here again.

Yelp
Very friendly staff. Check in was quick and easy. Checkout person not as friendly. Hotel is in the process of being updated, which is a great! Unfortunately my room was very out of date, and mattress and pillows were mediocre. So hopefully if I return the updates will be completed throughout the hotel. Breakfast is your typical junk food variety of cereal. Waffles, yogurts, eggs and sausage tasted weird and some fresh fruit. Conveniently located to Park City (about 10 miles away), food, shopping, highway and skiing/mountain biking access. Fair price paid.

Ed M.

Yelp
Place was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was good with choices and changes each day. There are a ton of places within a short walk to shop and eat. Only a 10 minute drive from old Main Street.

Yelp
Not my favorite HIE. Fortunately we were just stopping for a night on our way home from a long trip. You know how you stay at HIE because you know what you're going to get? And you do, 99% of the time. Every once in a while though, you end up at one of those HIE that missed the three latest remodels and you have wonder if they are on the naughty list with IHG? This was one of those HIE. The room was small and dark, not what I expect from HIE. It did have a nice large breakfast area but it was filled with people! Breakfast was the expected HIE fare. If I was coming back to the area for a longer stay, I would stay at a different hotel. For what you are paying (standard HIE rate for their "in demand" areas) it is not worth it.

Paul B.

Yelp
Well, it was clean and affordable and somewhat convenient. Booked it for the relatively low price. The hotel rooms and lobby have been renovated and are looking great. Pool and sauna are a little dated and not very inviting, but still great to use. Location is ok in all sense of the word. There is a shuttle right at the front door, but only after 9:00am, so you won't make first lift (which starts at 8:45); To be at park city or canyons base at 8:45 you need to walk to the kimball junction transit center - 10 min up a gentle slope - which is not great with ski boots and ski.. the ride to the Canyons base is less than 15 min, to Park City about 25 min (plus the walking). Best to find a locker at either of the bases and leave your stuff there to make the commute easier. There are tons of restaurants in the area as well as a supermarket and outlet mall. However, you are off the beaten track if you want to hang out in Park City Downtown.

Yelp
Don't expect a 4 star hotel but it was a reasonable price for our 4 day ski trip. The breakfast was great. Hot food. Eggs, sausage, grits, cinnamon rolls. Wi-fi was great for the first 3 days we stayed but on the last day I had good signal strength but no connection. Overall service was good. I would stay here again.

Yelp
Came here for my anniversary, and honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot. We live an hour away so it wasn't a huge trip and we weren't spending a ton of money. We got here and we're greeted by a very friendly front desk person who was really helpful. We got to our room and it was spotless, comfortable bed, roomy, and I had absolutely nothing to complain about. They've got a 24/7 indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and sauna. One of my better hotel stays - I was thoroughly impressed.

Charles P.

Yelp
We come here every couple of years on our anniversary and they make a solid effort to stay modern and appealing. The rooms are in great condition and even sport in wall USB ports. All the amenities a traveling business person or casual tourist could need.
google avatar

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Nicest front desk EVER! Room was a good size and clean. Has everything you need and conveniently located to the outlets. Quick walk to coffee shops restaurants and super market. Would stay here again.

Ronald D.

Yelp
Stayed here for two nights and thought this hotel was decent. It looked a little outdated, but our room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. It's a short distance to restaurants and stores like Walmart and Best Buy and about a 15-20 minute drive to the Park City Mountain Resort.
google avatar

Henry Y.

Yelp
This is a fairly decent hotel. Unless you are here during ski season, this is a better choice than say the Canyons. having stayed in both, the room service here is better than the Canyons. The FREE breakfast is better as the Canyons offers nothing other than an expensive cafe. The pool, sauna and hot tub are easy to get to. It's convienent and walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The rooms ARE comparable to most of the Canyons rooms. Bottom line, the only reason to go to the Canyons would be to have skiing at the front door. Otherwise, stay here.
google avatar

Yelp
Stayed here for Sundance 09 and this place worked out beautifully. It's a cheaper option than all those hotels close to the Main St. center of Park City, yet still close enough to be accessible. Great for business is the fact that there is a bus stop just outside for the brown/pink (#6/#7) lines, which will take you to the Canyons resort and to Main Street. They're free and come around every hour and half hour for most of the day. The hotel also offers a shuttle service for the Canyons in the morning and afternoon for $2.50 each way. Also great, is that within walking distance you have a shopping center that helps all travelers out. You'll find a couple stores, a Whole Foods, a McDonald's, and some restaurants. This Holiday Inn Express comes with the usuals: Continental breakfast, pool, sauna, 24 hour front desk, etc. It's a pretty solid choice for travelers and caters to Sundance and skiers pretty well.

Yelp
This review is only related to the hotel booking/cancelation process. Booked a reservation through IHG online in July for a Wednesday night in Sept. for this hotel. Attempted to cancel reservation online, through the front desk, and via the 1-800 number and was told my reservation contained a feature that wouldn't allow me to cancel without paying the full fare. I tried to cancel almost 4 weeks in advance. Mind you the fare wasn't extraordinarily cheap (it was $130 ish - interestingly if I booked today it would be $100 ish). While I'm sure this was in the fine print when I booked online, it doesn't feel right. I stay in hotels 25 nights / year for business and fun and probably 3-7 of those nights are at IHG/Kimpton hotels. Obviously, IHG/Kimpton is now off the table for future personal and business travel. Interestingly, I noticed there are a number of consumer complaints regarding this topic online. I'm sure this hotel is clean and I'm sure the staff is great, so it is sad that I had this issue.

Jim P.

Yelp
Okay. I read the other reviews here. This place is fine, and it's not as expensive as most of the other spots in the area. But, it's not all that great, even when compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses. It's way dated and hasn't gotten the updates as some of the other HIE properties. I had to change rooms because there was wi-fi in the hotel, but it didn't reach my room. They first brought me an Ethernet cable, but that connection didn't work at all. "Huh," said the guy. So I switched rooms and it doesn't work in here, either. I know most people probably aren't here trying to work, but come on, no decent internet access?? I am realistic about this level of place, but in looking at their website and having stayed in other Holiday Inn Expresses, I'm a little disappointed. It's not bad, just very basic and out of date.
google avatar

Franco L.

Yelp
The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It's located within a shopping center (don't let it scare you) it's off to the side... not on the main strip.... If you like to ski, you have the slopes nearby.... and I well imagine that it's cheaper to stay here than in old town park city.. What's also nice about this place is that IF you have kids, you can go to the nearby whole foods and pick up some groceries (in the event you are staying for a few days) OR go to one of the other places such as Del Taco or other restaurants. They also have a movie theatre ... It's a fairly new development , therefore I may have stayed while the rooms are still nice and fresh.... All in all, IF I were to return, I'd stay at this place again...

Yelp
We actually didn't get a chance to stay here..........But I wanted to comment on the wonderful customer service we received. We had booked two nights here and were looking forward to a few days of R & R in Park City. Unfortunately, we had a tragic family event and weren't able to make our trip. Rica at the front desk helped us out and was very understanding. We hope to be able to reschedule our trip soon and we are certainly coming here for the service!

Yelp
We stayed in this hotel about a month ago for my husband's work. The job paid for it as we could never afford it. We are a struggling family with very little and the most precious thing my son had got wrapped up one day by accident when the linens were being changed during our stay and lost. My husband and I lifted the beds, looked behind dressers and curtains, under chairs... everywhere. We tore that room apart looking for that bear. We have strict rules about not bringing special things like that out of the house for just such a reason and always have. I imagine that someone from housekeeping took the sheets out of the wash and found the bear but rather than do the right thing and turn it in to lost and found they kept it. Even after my son and I asked after it for almost daily for a week after (we were there for 3 weeks) it went missing it was still not retuned. A month later my son still cries at night for his beloved teddy bear. We can't afford to get him a new one. My heart is broken for him and sad that someone would take something from a child so selfishly and keep it. They have probably given it to their own child... and for that reason I won't ask for it back because why hurt 2 children in this mess, but I do want that person to know that they are horrible, dishonest, and cruel and in the future when they find things that don't belong to them maybe think twice before assuming it's the property of some "wealthy asshole" who won't miss it and can just replace it. Next time do the right thing and turn it in so that some sweet, poor, sad little boy can have his teddy bear back. The sink area in both our room and the adjoining room had a few very sharp nails (I took pictures but the site isn't letting me upload right now) sticking out about 1/4 inch from where someone had apparently and rather poorly tried to re-attach a bit of trim that fell of (it was still falling off). I had to cover it with folded towels daily to keep my 8 month old daughter from climbing on it and ripping her belly up. There was also a bit of metal trim on the floor sticking up separating the carpet from the bathroom tile that was repeatedly stepped on. No open cuts occurred, thankfully. One of the tables had legs that seemed to be coming loose from being pushed up against a VERY large cord from the lamp. There are cords everywhere, a bit hazardous for young children. We had to block things with luggage and ottomans and chairs so that the baby wouldn't get into things. The people that worked behind the desk were kind and courteous but the housekeeping staff was unpleasant and awkward even before the teddy bear incident happened. Its a ritzy town and I am sure they deal with a fair few haughty tourists but we were there just shy of 3 weeks and it was always awkward. If you choose to stay here, mind your personal items .

Yelp
Stayed here one night on our way to Colorado. The woman that checked us in around midnight was incredibly sweet. Our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Woke up in the morning to a USA Today at our door which was a nice touch. The breakfast options were unbelievable. I think they have tried to accommodate everyone and everything. The variety was exceptional and choices were endless. We would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
As an IHG platinum elite member, I always stay here when skiing Park City/The Canyons. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hot tub and pool are well maintained. The free continental breakfast is very good. A big plus is the bus stop for free city buses to Park City/The Canyons ski resort and Main Street downtown is 100 ft from the hotel front door located directly across the street. There are good restaurants including Mexican, Chinese, Italian and Starbucks, Whole Foods within 0.2 mile walking distance.

Yelp
We came for a lacrosse tournament, and found the entire hotel under renovation. Excessive Paint fumes, no ice machines in service, and the elevator out of service. The room was small and we had a lovely view of the condos next door. We were warned not to stay here by the other parents on the team, and I should have listened. While there was a bed, that was about the only thing gracious I can say of our experience. Not one employee apologized for the inconvenience, but instead complained about how inconvenient it was for them. Make sure you know what you're getting before you stay here.

Yelp
If you are trying to do Sundance or Park City on a budget, this is a fantastic place to stay. The Holiday Inn Express Park City is located in a subdivision of Park City called Kimball Junction. I was a bit confused by the terminology, but they do consider this to be part of Park City. The GPS says that it is 6.6 miles away from downtown Park City. Coming from Florida, we were a bit nervous about having to drive over 6 miles in the "snow". That turned out to be a ridiculous concern! They keep the roads so clear here - you wouldn't even know it was snowing if it weren't for the snow drifts off to the side of the road. It's an easy drive, and unless you are driving all the way into Deer Valley for winter sports, it is actually closer to the Canyon's than the downtown hotels are. Leaving the hotel at any hour, you can be parked & on heading towards the ski lifts in under 15 minutes. We visited Park City over the President's Day Weekend, and the rate was $189 per night. We're big Priority Club members, so we actually had enough points to stay for 4 nights completely free. The lobby is great - they have snowfall reports on all the major mountains, they sell lift tickets right at the front desk, the local rental car company DROPPED OFF our rental car & just left the paperwork at the front desk for us (amazing), and they can give you discount cards for just about any type of food you can imagine. The hotel is definitely catering to the crowd that doesn't want to pay the high dollar lodging rates for the resorts, but still wants to experience everything that Park City has to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to keep things affordable!

Yelp
The staff at the Park City Utah Holiday Inn Express is exceptional. I must complement them for making the customer feel important and going out of their way to provide outstanding service. I hope that they are all acknowledged for their efforts, it is rare to find individuals that take the requirements of the job to the next level. All the while, doing it with a smile! Thank you!

Yelp
Big, comfy and most importantly, super CLEAN !! Friendly staff and pretty decent continental breakfast. Accommodates pets! All of this in a lovely area of a ski town!

Yelp
When I drove across the county and when it makes some scene to drive though Utah to head back home, I always stay at this location. This hotel one of the reason why I drive though Utath because I really like the hotel. Besides the fact that I really do like Park city.

Yelp
i really was quite impressed - having been unsure what to expect. Room seemed very clean. I like the fact that the sink was outside the bathroom so that my daughter could wash up while I was showering. Breakfast - nothing fancy but it works. Parking - easy and free. Same with wireless. Close to everything - the city center itself being a short (but very scenic drive). Okay pool and workout room are miniscule but then I really don't go to the great outdoors for that. All in all very pleasant.

Yelp
No much I can say about this Holiday Inn, nothing was really bad. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, a Walmart, shops, and movie theater. Getting to the slopes doesn't take long as well. Very close to Olympic Park. Overall this is very good decent place to stay.

Yelp
Clean quiet and near lots of stores restaurants and whole foods. Easy to use book with points. Stayed for free. Near interstate but didn't hear it. Took one star away for breakfast because of styrofoam cups and bowls. I don't eat that kind of food so can't comment on that. One other nit picky thing. We couldn't get the door key to work for many tries, frustrating.

Yelp
Free wi-fi and full breakfast (complete with an automatic pancake maker!), clean pool/hot tub/sauna/exercise room at your disposal until 11 p.m., and large rooms with comfortable beds and great showers. They also allow dogs, which is great but for the undisclosed-on-their-website $20/night fee they charge to do so. Hence the docking of one star. :(

Yelp
Despite of the others negative review I had low expectation. Hence everything seemed much better. We booked a 2 room suite with queen bed. It has a separate bedroom for the beds. Quite spacious for the living room. I'd say it's about 650 sq feet. It's very conveniently located to shops like wholefoods and subway. It's really a great price at $149 a night in April. Breakfast include hardboiled eggs, fresh made pancake, yogurt, juice. Not bad at all.

Yelp
Excellent location, easy access to I80. I highly recommend you stay at newpark resort a block away if you can.

Yelp
When we reserved our room online it didn't specify that there was construction/remodeling. The carpet was filthy which is no good when you have a 1 year old. Also, our toilet was broken and they weren't super accommodating to fix it so we told them to cancel and refund our charge. The front desk person told us it was all taken care of, so we left to a different hotel. Well, come to find out it wasn't taken care of and there are two different charges on our credit card for $90 more than the rate was when I checked in. We called to get it refunded and the person told us it had to be approved by a manager and they would call us a different day? Well we have called multiple times over the span of about 5-6 days and the manager will not return our calls or speak with us when we call in. Customer service by everyone we've encountered has been TERRIBLE. I will never stay at this location again and will warn people not to stay here.

Yelp
For Park City, the price is very reasonable and the accommodations, while basic, are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast (included) is good. It's a great value.

Yelp
We stayed here for a long weekend visiting Park City and the surrounding area. There were no problems checking in and a room was available right away. The bed was large and comfortable. The only downside is that it took the shower a long time to heat up to warm enough temperatures to get in the shower. Good selection of breakfast items and well stocked. It is near the Olympic Park which is definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Friendly staff. Clean and has all the necessities around needed when traveling or on vacation.

Yelp
I agree with the other reviewers in that this is the place to stay if you want a nearby hotel without the cost of the resort. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room since we were only there for the weekend and this worked perfectly for us. Breakfast is healthy and good. Hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Only 10-15 minutes from Main St shopping and eating in Park City with tons of options in between.

Yelp
Our room was ok. We went and ate the free breakfast they provided. On our way back to our room, walking down the hallway, my husband stepped in dog poop !! I told the girl at the front desk. She showed no concern what so ever. We were going to finish our coffee in our room relax a bit before checkout. Since the dog poop was dragged into our room and smelled awful we decided to leave. I asked to speak to the manager who was aware of the poop because he said he had cleaned it up. " It was a large pile. " It was probably large because my husband stepped in it!!! He told me since I booked it through Hotels.com there was nothing he could do! REALLY???? My credit card was on file in case of incidentals. Pretty easy to add credit to a credit card isn't it! Very DISAPPOINTED in there lack of customer service!!!
