Excellent Service Team at this hotel! Breakfast is good; there is a wide variety of options and the breakfast service staff are helpful and efficient at keeping the area tidy and replenishing items. Very comfortable stay. Thanks to the Reception Team for always being efficient - fast check in and check out. Always pleasant, and efficient! A great group of people. Thank you! The rooms are large, lots of charging outlets, clean bathroom and helpful housekeeping staff. Convenient location - close to the airport so great for a layover and the TrinCity Mall, Popeyes is in walking distance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the mall.

Still my favorite place to go, seeing some faces all angry when they see me in there is still a disappointment but I will still be going there all when they moved on to their next contract cause I love this place. The staff is accommodating and truly understanding they are a nice happy bunch over here. Good parking nice warm pool and amazing breakfast I love to be here

We stay here every year when we visit TT. The staff is very friendly and many of them remember us when we come back which makes us feel special. The front desk, buffet, and housekeeping staff are extremely accommodating. They are very welcoming. It’s well kept, clean, and safe. This is our go to hotel when we’re in Trinidad.

we only stayed here for 1 night as it was reasonably close to the airport and had a free shuttle from and to there as we were leaving the following morning to fly on to st vincent and the grenadines. ||the bed was comfortable enough and a good aircon unit |a coffee machine, fridge, microwave, safe, iron and board, hairdryer and dove shower cream and body lotion ||it was very easy to arrange the free shuttle from the airport as i had contacted them previously and they |said to contact the hotel direct once clearing passport control or go into customer service and they would contact which went smoothly, |they picked us up the following morning to take us back to the airport

First of all I have bern staying at this hotel for the last fifteen years and I will always at holiday inn express. The location is very convenient to where ever I choose to visit. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen and room service is awesome. The employees are very helpful and nice to everyone. I will always stay at this hotel and recommend it to everyone I know. To the entire staff at this hotel. Continue the awesome job of making the visitors very happy!. Love Romana!!

Well located near the airport with a free transfer shuttle. Rooms are big with nice comfortable beddings particularly bed sheets. Very clean towels. Very big tv with and perfect WiFi. They provide coffee throughout the day. Pool is nice and deep enough. Breakfast is a bit reasonable basic but tasty with some local dishes. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Area not much view and not many restaurants around. I would go back.

Spent a night here with friends who visited for brief stay from overseas . Very comfortable , conveniently located . Overall pleasant experience. I can’t wait to return to stay again and see what’s new !

I guess I have myself to blame. It's convenient to the airport but it's away from everything else. Other than Popeyes it is a mile walk to the nearest anything - no restaurants, bars or convenience stores. The hotel also has no restaurant or bar. It's shuttle service to/from the local mall is convenient to leave the hotel but not convenient to return to the hotel. If you are overnighting and airport location is #1 priority then this place works, for anything else find another hotel
