Because staff is always amazing at these express hotels in Thailand i hate giving lower reviews, but i want to offer emphasize the staff was great in sharing info, helping when I'm need, and just being genuine people showing a good gratitude and offering a smile and genuine dialogue whenever you came across them. Now, the room, the size, the fridge, the cleanliness were fine. I felt my bed wasn't very comfortable, maybe too stiff. And I kept the TV on one channel that showed movies, I wish these hotels would upgrade to casting options for guests. Though you are near food and food can get delivered you will desire a late night food options from the hotel and/or a microwave. This hotel was also the only one so far that I've stayed at in bangkok that didn't offer in room massage. That will be a down vote when it comes to me deciding if I stay here in the future. You also have to take into consideration the location. It seems you'll be in a back alley area and need to walk a little bit, not far at all to the main street. You can venture around the other directions and find some interesting places to stop in, but you will not have any great views from this hotel or feel close to make attractions even though Patpong is within waking distance and you could get a grab or bolt ride anywhere. Staying here is great for budget friendly travel, but paying a bit more to stay somewhere else won't hurt. My future travels I may go back to the IHG hotel in Silom as it fits all my needs a bit more and fixes the complaints I have with this hotel in Sathorn and it is also close to this same area.

I’ve just been reading Excellence Wins by Howard Schulze when I checked in, and I was amazed to recognise so many of the principles in his book in practice here. Never have I felt so well taken care of or had that level of service. And it was not one big thing, several small ones. The attitude, the small greetings in the hallway, the way we intentionally left some stuff behind in the room yet house staff alerted the reception who alerted us… it was just excellence though and through. Felt like staying at a 5 star hotel more than anything else. Thank you to the wonderful staff - will definitely come back. Merry Christmas.

I loved my stay here. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to BTS Chong Nonsi and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing spots.||The room is clean, simple, and very functional. The bed is comfy, pillows come in both soft and firm options, and the hot water heats up fast. Great for both working and relaxing.||Facilities include a gym, laundry room, and a Coffee Club that serves breakfast buffet plus à la carte dishes the rest of the day.||If you’re looking for a comfy hotel with easy access to the BTS, Mahanakhon SkyWalk, and Klong Chong Nonsi Park, this place is an excellent choice.

Excellent room service and they kept me well supplied with bottled water. I thought the breakfast that came with the room was all right, I'm an American so it took a little bit getting used to. The most important thing to me was that they had coffee. I needed to be able to print some stuff up one night and they were kind enough to do that for me. This is my first time in Bangkok and wanted to go see some temples they had a tourist desk over in the corner and the lady there was very helpful in getting that set up. Went to the night market and that was just a short walk from the hotel.

No offensive The room is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and great. I checked in there in room 207 for a couple of days and I got hunted. I slept alone and my bed had been pushed for every single minute in the second night and fourth. I didn’t complain to them since I was not so scared and would love to experience what’ll be next but nothing more. Ok pls choose that room if you like to experience such things but I’m not sure it will still need your help like it did to me. I still give 5 stars for the service and location. Good luck

I stayed here for 2 nights and we had a good time. Rooms and washrooms are small but everything is clean and maintained well. Staff is polite. Full length mirror in the room was a big plus. It is 300 m from a metro station Chong Nonsi- another big plus. Breakfast spread was very basic. The number of items available was less but they seemed to be freshly made so that was good. Soups were not nice at all and could use improvement.

Location was great! Rooms as expected for a Holiday Inn. Air conditioner function was on and off in the middle of the night (it would feel super hot randomly). What made our stay the most memorable was the staff (older Thai gentleman) working at the front door on Dec 23 at around 6:30pm. He was so helpful and so friendly !

My stay for vacation was a mixed experience, but largely positive. The highlights were certainly in the room itself, which was kept very clean and featured an exceptionally comfortable bed, making for a restful night. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The bathroom had a peculiar and somewhat impractical layout. Noise was also an issue; the air conditioning unit was consistently loud, and my room door would make a sound every time a nearby door was opened or closed. This became particularly noticeable and disruptive in the mornings when housekeeping was active in the hallway. While I appreciated that breakfast was included, the quality was poor and the selection was disappointing. It felt especially unsuitable for Arab and Muslim guests, as it lacked appropriate options. The hotel's biggest challenge is its location, but only if you plan to navigate Bangkok, relying on a car or taxi from this spot is a significant headache due to the endless traffic. In conclusion, if your plans specifically require you to be in this part of the city and you'll be using other forms of transport, the overall experience is good. For this particular area, the Holiday Inn is definitely the best choice. 👍
