I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly courteous and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options, and the pool area was relaxing. Special thanks to Sharan for making check-in and check-out so smooth.

Visited for lunch I recently had a mixed dining experience at Holiday Inn Express. It started off with the masala peanuts — the portion was quite generous, but there was way too much lemon squeezed in, which overpowered the taste. I returned it, and thankfully, the second serving was much better and more balanced. We also tried the burger and sandwich — both came with fries. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but the serving time was a bit slow, which took away from the overall experience. The highlight, surprisingly, was the dessert. The vanilla chocolate brownie was really good — rich, warm, and satisfying. Overall, the food was okay, service could be quicker, but they were responsive to feedback, which I appreciate

The rooms are extremely small. Although it's a double bed, two people will have to struggle to fit comfortably. The TV has no active subscription, and basic amenities like slippers and dental kits are not provided unless you repeatedly ask for them — even if you've booked a Super Deluxe room. The bathroom is tiny, barely 4–6 sq ft, with no hangers or space to move around. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The so-called complimentary breakfast is also disappointing, they serve almost the same items every day with minimal variety.

Having stayed now, at all the holidayinn at Bangalore, the Yeshwantpur hotel still has cockroaches and we had to have a room change. However this hotel in Whitefield is better. Much better value and better breakfast. The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and understanding. What more do you need from a good quality 3/4* hotel. We would stay there again next time.

Hotel is located in the main road. Easy to commute. Rooms are enough for one but for two it might be difficult. Its designed well and compact for one only. All the amenities are available except hair dryer. Internet speed is good. Office setup in the room is good. Lighting and view from fifthe floor was perfect. Breakfast was average. Prajeeta is the only hotel member in the Breakfast has a smiling face and does a good job in handling the area. Everyone must be like her smiling and attending the customers well. Choices of breakfast was limited and taste was average. Safety and security is fine. Hygiene and cleanliness is top class. Overall good experience. If food quality and taste is improved they would get five star. Last but not the least Gym needs to be equipped well. It's having only limited tools for workout.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for short business trips — it delivers exactly what it promises: a quick, efficient, and comfortable stay.

Hotel Staffs are very accommodating and assisted me in everything I need. They maintain daily room cleaning and replenishes commodities. Location is just few minutes away from ITPL and malls so best for business and vacation trips. It was a great experience and will definitely visit again.

Deserves zero star. Small size room . No place to keep your luggage. They won't give paste , brush also and we need to ask everything by calling them . Don't know why they charge 4k plus . No swimming pool. Don't select this place as they speak rules for guest and make us embarrassing in front of them. Better stay in PG guest house and save money . Not at all worrh.
