Holiday Inn Express Farroupilha

The staff is gentle and efficient, the atmosphere is calm, the build is well decorated and the breakfast is very nice. The room is absolutely quiet and the bed is fantastic. The mood, the staff, the decoration, everything contributed to stay relaxed. I extremely recommend!

A well-located hotel that allowed me to easily visit multiple cities due to its central location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was also top-notch and made for a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this hotel - it is definitely worth the money!

Good standard hotel. All you expect from a HIEX. No surprises. Friendly staff, good WiFi, clean rooms and adequate breakfast. What else do you want for 50 USD a night?

The location was easy to find. The hotel is superb, staff was really friendly and helpful with my request for a room who I could use with my mother who is on a wheelchair. Beds were comfy, clean and the Romans bathroom impeccable clean. There is free parking and acessible for disable. The only request I would suggest was that in the shower box they could have handles on the wall for disable or elderly people to hold on while in and out of the shower. Breakfast was delicious, so much options that you don't know what to choose. End up trying a bit of everything. We has a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone around the "vinhedos area" Bento Gonçalves, Caxias and Gramado are very close and is an option for a night stay if you travelling around the State.

Hotel was great stayed there last year. This year bed was too firm not comfortable. Service was good and breakfast was decent. Hotel is much better than same category competitors nearby.

The only problem in Brazil is no one speaks English even in Holiday Inn. It took everyone to call around for help. This hotel is solid, US standard hotel compared to HN or ibis European style which is a bit odd where has no heat in the room and the weather I came is 16 night time and no dual low e glass next to highway with all traffic noise. This one has comforter. water kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, US standard, a proper hotel.

I would definitely come back here to stay for many reasons- good staff, awesome breakfast buffet, location. But they need to fix plumbing on floor 7. Toilet and sink both drain poorly- terrible odors emissions Fix the drains! .

Itvwascvery nice to see a familae name in an unfamiliar place . It allowed me to be home for a while before heading back to work. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The gym was adequate to get some needed exercise. I missed having a bathtub but the water was hot . I enjoyed being able to print at the business center. Excellent experience. I hope they will be building more in Brazil .
