Holiday Inn Express Paraiso Dos Bocas by IHG

I need to travel daily to port but the location a bit far and no muslim friendly food. room are OK and clean

Breakfast cold, had to keep asking to get bacon, all the fresh juices were watered down. No very good value for money. They do not water the juices down in other Holiday Inn's so why do the staff do it at this facility?

Rooms were quiet and super clean. Did not hear the traffic from the highway. In many hotels the air conditioner wakes me up at night, but here the air conditioner runs quietly. Good selection at breakfast buffet. I will stay here again.

I am a Field Service Engineer working for my Company which supplies Equipment and Services Worldwide. I have been with the Holiday Inn all the way back to the Priority Club Inception. When Loyal Customers like me go on an assignment, we do not always have a set departure date due to the fact that we may have to do more activities than expected. It is expected that a Professional Organization understand from years of experience that you should ask a non 1- or 2-day guest if they need to be extended before the find out when the go to the Reception to pay their weekly bill that the Hotel has taken a reservation for their room and that they have to leave. I notified them two days in advance of my need to extend. I have no where to go. There is no lodging available due to the activities at this nearby site.

After being let down by other hotels we were excited for the holiday inn because we knew what to expect, however the staff made this one amazing. At check inn there was a large business group ahead of us but we didn't wait more than 5mins. My mom didn't feel well and the staff quickly tried to help from offering water to doctor recommendations. We decided just to relax by the pool after a long day of driving. The shower was wonderful and the beds were perfect! The adjoining restaurant was good and the service great. In the morning we were making a quick departure to stop by the doctor and hit the road. They gave us breakfast to go and offered to have the chauffeur guide us to the the dr but we had gps so declined. I generally like the holiday but the staff at this one was amazing! Thank you so much for taking great care of us!

I was very impressed and comfortable staying here. Staff is just wonderful stayed in 317. Could see fabulous pool. Which has a kids side. Continental breakfast was very good. Scrabble eggs, ham, biscuits, muffins juices., milks, coffees. And more.

I was here several weeks on business. It is located close to Dos Bocas and Paraiso and in a quiet and safe location. The place was clean and accommodating. There were tile floors everywhere with a/c in each room so humidity isn't a problem. The desk workers spoke enough English to communicate with us, however the service was slow. Checking in, checking out, getting laundry, all slow. Continental breakfast in the mornings, laundry service, and workout room were convenient.||||My main beef with the place was the lack of refrigerators in the rooms. It would have been nice to keep some cold food and drinks in the room.

I have stayed there a couple of times on business trips and its location is extremely convenient since it is very close to the Pemex offices and the Dos Bocas port. Also, I have stayed there during weekends and enjoyed of a relaxing time by the Pool, which is very nice.||||The rooms are very standard, as all of them are in Holiday Inn Express Hotels, but I have to admit they are extremely clean, the internet was a little bit intermittent at first but I called the reception and they finally got it right. Also, the staff was very nice and welcoming, very good service. ||||As per the restaurant the food it was very good, I had some "arrachera" and was delicious. I can say they have improved.||||I totally recommend to stay there.
