A real great place to stay in downtown Buenos Aries. My husband and I stayed for 9 night. He was working for half of it while I was touring on my own. When we checked in we were given the wrong room as we booked a city view, but was quickly fixed. The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great, lots of variety for everyone. I could walk to most of the areas I wanted within 30 min. My husband had a 5 min walk to work as we were very close to the downtown.

Do not ever stay here. The hotel cancelled our room and moved our reservation to an alternative hotel. Lucky we had WiFi on plane otherwise we would not have known. Stood our ground and magically a room was found. Rooms feel like a prison cell dark furniture very poor needs a full make over. Breakfast selection very poor. My advice hotel needs a full refurbishment Staff on reception very helpful and apologetic. No surprise that manager was unavailable.

The location is wonderful for exploring Puerto Madero. Service was excellent at the reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and meeting break times. Rooms are nice and clean, and having the option of a firm pillow was wonderful! This gym was small but updated and had a beautiful view out the windows. This is a simple hotel - no big hangout area or restaurants, but perfect for someone on the go. It also worked well for a small meeting group. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff and good enough breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean but the hotel needs a renovation to be on par with other Holiday Inn Expresses around the world.

Tried whilst still travelling to the hotel at 5pm to cancel and move somewhere else, when refused the 'cause' of the unavailability was no longer an issue and a "upgrade" provided. Is old fashioned, dark and quite frankly not very nice, book some where else. Not a good introduction to Argentina

Great Location, in a safe and centric area, close to restaurants, stores and a shopping center. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff very nice.

The hotel is just OK. The room itself is Ok. The bed is nice. The bathroom needs a lot of cleaning and a lot of work. It would help if the hotel had an onsite manager instead of trying to manage this property from Chile and substituting people for real managers. Having a Holiday Inn license and being a real Holiday Inn are two different things.

I have been both a business and leisure guest at this hotel since the early 2000s. My stays exceed 60 times and my expectations are always met; as well with the owner's property in Santiago, Chile. On this "pleasure" visit I was accompanied by my 23- and 20-year old grandsons. Though my original reservation was for two, I arrived with an accommodation need for three guests. The front desk receptionist was very professional and made immediate accommodations to meet our needs. Thank you. As we spent the prior week in Patagonia, my grandsons especially liked the comfortable beds, warm showers and great breakfast variety. The youngest is a university student at Western Washington University - Bellingham, WA and was able to take this semesters final exams remotely. He did in the quiet of the hotels breakfast room (mid afternoon) on the good wi-fi service. If I seem high on this hotel, I am. Thank you for taking good care of me over the years. It's much appreciated. Thomas Taricco Sammamish, Wa USA

Yelp
Good location, walking distance to main areas of Buenos Aires and Puerto Madero. Always clean and good service. Breakfast which is included is simple but does the job. Prices are the same as here in the US which is crazy because of the exchange rate for the Argentinian Peso against the USD should make it like pennies when paying in USD. Other than that, I don't see anything that would change my mind about where to stay whenever I visit Buenos Aires.

Yelp
We were three couples and booked three different rooms. Two of the couples had to change rooms due to maintenance issues and incorrect bed size. Over the course of the stay, we saw five different rooms total. The lack of air conditioning throughout the hotel common areas and all five of the rooms (weak air conditioning and dripping air conditioners that flooded carpet) is really unacceptable, especially when the summer heat outside is at dangerous levels and there is no pool on site for cooling down. This is a very serious issue that threatens health. The rooms stay humid. All of the clothes in my suitcase stayed damp simply from the room environment and mold spots were growing on towels and carpet. I got on the plane and tried to use my cardigan but it was still wet from the hotel air. Air must be fixed and carpets should be replaced with even a cheap vinyl. The mold growing in the carpet does a number on the allergies. The hotel is not a good place to come back after walking around in the heat all day to relax and cool down. Very expensive considering the lack of simple comforts. Pros: many of the staff members, including security were extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good with nice variety, the location is convenient. We will not be staying here again due to health risks.
