Holiday Inn Express San Juan Condado

Great location, just a block from the beach. Beach club was great! Great bars and restaurants near by. Quiet area for being so close to so much activity. Hot tub was great at night! All staff very nice and helpful. Laundry on site came in handy!

Pleasantly surprised about our night at this Holiday Inn. Booked last minute due to a flight change so paid out the nose. The room was recently redone and quite nice. As usually in the tropics, bit of a musty smell that’s improved with the AC on. Crazy strong water pressure in the shower and strange construction ongoing in the hallways. Could have done without the maintenance person with the walkie talkie on high volume in the hallway at 6 am. Excellent location.

This property seems to have newly renovated rooms, which are modern and nice, although small. All of the staff were wonderful. There were several issues with water service during our stay, and they kept us updated via text. My only complaint would be that I could hear every door on our floor slam at all times. It was a lot of noise. Breakfast was a good variety and I liked that they served it instead of everyone touching it. Beach was very close and lots of restaurants nearby.

As an architect I appreciated the newly renovated rooms-both design & quality. Although the rooms are not big, they are comfortable and well equipped. Hot tub and pool being open till late was a great addition to the end of the day, and delicious continental-style breakfast was a real treat! Will definitely stay there again!

The place was amazing for celebrating my birthday. The room very clean , friendly staff and provides continental breakfast. The location is perfect with parking across the street with bars, restaurants and the beach within a 3min walk radius.

We enjoyed our stay both times- before and after our cruise. We were able to check i and be in our rom early in the day both times, which was awesome. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. The hallways were dark and dingy and need an upgrade. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. The “beach club” is a bit of a walk down the beach without signage, but we appreciate the loungers and umbrellas.

The front desk should have told you the umbrella color so you would know where to look. I went there 3 springs ago. And was told the color of the umbrellas and chair on the beach all in all I had a nice time. When asked about bed and extra towels was given with no problem. Breakfast was perfect.

It's a nice hotel for the money. Valet service is nice , even though I didn't like the fact that it's $25/night. The staff is super nice, absolutely no complaints there. The room looks bigger online than it actually is, very tight space. I originally requested a crib for my infant, but with as tight as the space was just getting the stroller in and out, I didn't want to take up anymore space. It was clean And the housekeepers were all incredibly sweet. Breakfast was actually really good. Not a lot of variety(eggs, bacon/sausage, omelettes, pancakes/waffles), but always nice to get a hot breakfast every morning. Downside the elevator is incredibly small, it's quicker to take the steps. The location is great. It's near a lot of restaurants and the beach. All in all its a decent hotel for the price.
