It’s a good hotel overall, but its location inside a business park makes access slightly inconvenient, as there is a single entrance where security guards ask multiple questions each time you enter. The rooms are somewhat small for a family of three. The hotel should consider offering larger rooms or better family accommodations to ensure guests have more comfort and space. One major concern was the type of water bottles provided. The hotel offers water in sealed, cold drink–style bottles, and I injured my hand twice while trying to open them. It would be much safer and more guest‑friendly to provide standard plastic bottles with simple twist caps instead.

The hotel is perfect if you need a clean, comfortable place to stay that is centrally located. The service is excellent, they organized housekeeping to clean my room earlier so I could check early. They made me tea while I waiting in the comfortable lounge. The rooms are more orientated towards business travelers which is great. A proper desk chair and a decent tv. The best part was both soft and firm pillows which is why hotels like these are a great choice. Breakfast was really good and the only negative is the coffee was not great - though it never is at buffer breakfasts. (I am a coffee snob) Highly recommend for safety, convenience and service

While there’s no full restaurant on-site, the adjacent restaurant next door (part of the same complex) serves decent meals and makes up for the lack of in-room dining. Breakfast: The included breakfast was consistent with the Holiday Inn Express standard—simple, fresh, and self-service. It’s ideal if you’re heading out early and need something quick and reliable. Service: The staff were courteous and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were happy to arrange a taxi and provide local recommendations when asked. Value for Money: Given its location in a safe business district with easy access to the N1 and Midrand, the hotel offers good value—especially if you’re attending meetings or events in the area. Beds are double and does not fit American size people. The AC does not cool the room. The plug at the bed is different and my adapter for my bipap could not be used at all! The breakfast is $13.50 American so I passed! I can get a family meal at chicken lickin for 8$. The facility is ok but nothing exceptional. I’m limited walk with stairs and the elevator takes you to small set of stairs that I had a hard time time with. I expected a lot more here
