Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road by IHG

We enjoyed our stay. Ash, Tony, Kishaant and Nagiah were pleasant and helpful. Close to world class shopping on orchard road. Awesome outdoor gym. We had a wonderful time. Rooms were newer and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible Thanks Ahmed

The staff is very nice and the service is excellent. Everyday the food they made was different so the variety was incredible. The breakfast buffet in general was crazy good value for money. Much better than most hotels around Singapore ||Shoutout to Wang who was amazing to us

Service was excellent. Strategic location. Excellent breakfast food choices. Clean, but the clothes string line has a little black color that might be a mold buildup, as well as in the side of the toilet bowl. Must bring own hair conditioner as they only provide shampoo and body was. Overall, it was a great Stay . Definitely will be booking when back in Singapore.

This is an outstanding hotel with clean and updated rooms, excellent complimentary breakfast, and good gym and laundry. I chose this hotel over the Marriott Tang for a two week business trip because it is IHG, has breakfast and a laundry. I don’t regret my choice because it was overall an outstanding experience. Highly recommend.

A fantastic location with super friendly staff especially the Food and beverage manager during breakfast, the reception was superbly helpful by bringing us at an early check in, again must compliment the tooms and and the interior very well made. The pool area is superb backed by the late night guest services who helped us re heat our food . A supwbrly comfortable bed . Just that that breakfast area can be made bigger. A 10 on 1p experience thank you simgapore .

They have the best location! It’s in Orchard Road so it’s just a walk away from the shopping areas in Sg! Takashimaya, Paragon, Lucky Plaza and a lot more are just around the corner. |The rooms are neat and clean. The staff are helpful when we need something or ask about the places where we want to go to. |We’ll definitely stay here again if we’ll visit Sg in the future.

Really great value, great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff and perfect location. Some more vegetarian options at breakfast would be good. While we were there, we did have a false fire alarm and as we were on the 16th floor, couldn’t hear the instructions properly. This left us a bit uncertain, so would recommend increasing the volume and tannoy clarity.

We booked 3 rooms for total 8pax.Its just a bit disappointed due to system problem, that is why our check in become late,we have senior citizen together with us that feels very tired from airport and expecting to rest after a long travel.Some more our wedding will be on the next day so we are busy and tired preparing many things.We didnt maximized and enjoy our stay there,because we check in late and check out earlier. But i commend your staff for being accomodating giving us free drink while waiting and accepted to keep safe our luggages.They did apologize also for what happen.

Stayed here during my Singapore trip which is a Holiday Inn Express. The location is good since it is right in the heart of Orchard Road which is famous for shopping and also conveniently located to the subway terminals. The thing with Holiday Inn Express is that there is no swimming pool to swim in sadly. The rooms are a little bit on the small side which sort of reminded me of Japan. But the service here was super friendly and nice. We had breakfast every day in the morning and they do change it up! Which I liked and enjoyed. So if you want to enjoy a decent place that isn't too expensive but decent this could be a good option for you.

Great stay!!! Staff was outstanding, Front Desk personnel went above and beyond assisting with checking in and out, along with helping obtain car service. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. There is no close second. I would repeat business just for the breakfast. Building was well maintained and the room was more than adequate, and clean.

Unpleasant experience. Rooms are small, bathroom has no vents and shower floods running water into bathroom. Staff are rude. Don't waster time or money here.

Pleasant stay, reasonable pricing for location and facilities. Wide buffet menu for breakfast gets you started for the day. Staff is very friendly and the reception is very efficient to attend to requests. Not on the main road, but very easy to locate it off the main road and a quick across street walk from somerset MRT.

Only problem I had with the hotel room is that after shower the water leaks and runs all over the bathroom floor, so I had to constantly use an extra towel on the floor. Other than that, -staff were very friendly and welcoming -Breakfast time was 6:30-11am which was very convenient -24/7 laundry room -didn't knw the room came with a free mobile phone we could use all over Singapore while we were checked in (major plus) -easy access to taxis

EXCELLENT hotel a half block off of Orchard (which is nice). GREAT rooms in a GREAT location with access to EVERYTHING on Orchard Road. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING! The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars is because the fitness center is OUTSIDE. Yes, OUTSIDE... makes for some HOT and HUMID workouts. The equipment is great, and there are fans, towels, and cold water to keep you moving. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. They have been TERRIFIC about arranging cab service, especially for our group of 6. And, the room cleaning has been prompt and extremely professional. If you are military, this hotel is an EXCEPTIONAL choice because it CONVENIENTLY located between the Changi Naval Base and the COMLOGWESTPAC HQ. I would rate this hotel a MUST TRY!

Honored to be the first to review this hotel. Conveniently located seconds away from Orchard Rd is this mid range international chain hotel. Flashy + extravagant Paragon is also a few steps from this hotel. Rooms are clean and they offer complimentary breakfast n wifi for all guests. Nice of them to extend my checkout time to 4pm for being a plat member despite full occupancy. Beware there is no bathtub at this hotel if it's important.
