Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality. The front office staff was efficient and gave the correct advices. The housekeeping was very good, the rooms were well kept throughout my vacation. The service staff could be more cordial, as well please have more variety for vegetarian food although its fabulous that there is a 24 hour service of food. Thank you very much again.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel with family on holiday. The rooms were excellent with separate living area and bedroom with two bathrooms and toilet. Shopping arcade, currency exchange inside and multi cuisine options. The location is superior on Orchard street with lots of restaurants, shopping plaza and to Marina Bay. All the teams were excellent, special shout out to Raihan at Bar, great representation of hotel service level. Only feedback is to review the cleaning in some areas and towels especially as it’s coming to end of life and doesn’t feel nice and soft. Overall great hotel and great team and highly recommended place to stay.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Exceptionally clean and great value for money with breakfast included. Excellent service from all staff especially Wang who took care of my husband’s dietary needs every morning as soon as she saw us coming. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

At first, I had no particular expectations for this hotel other than its location near Orchard Road, but it turned out to be very good and great value for money. The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was clean and equipped with a bidet, and the soap and shampoo provided were of good quality (Dove). It also turned out that a fairly comprehensive buffet breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Orchard Road at a reasonably affordable price!

Everything about my stay at Holiday Inn Express Orchard Road Singapore was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.||Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options that made every morning a pleasure. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and I would like to give a special mention to Wang, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Wang’s friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.||I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore!

Great location. Nothing special about a Holiday Inn Express property - basic and no frills but has benefitted immensely from its strategic location. Years ago it would have been somewhat lower on the pecking order of any traveler to downtown Spore - with other choice hotels lining Orchard Road and Scott's Road available. Increasingly popular with Muslim travelers as it's just next to the Falah Masjid and generally with the rest given its proximity with Paragon. For a 2 night shopping or business meeting stay, this would be suitable and Indeed unrivalled but for a hotel service experience try elsewhere.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Orchard Road for two nights on our trip from the United States to Indonesia. The hotel is located right in the heart of Orchard Road, not too far from Somerset MRT Station. The rooms are very clean, and the service is friendly and excellent. Breakfast was consistently delicious, and the staff were attentive and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

So handy to Orchard Rd and the SMRT stops. Staff super friendly and so helpful when asking about locations, attractions and places to eat, they were bang on with everything ! Breakfast selection was awesome. Room itself was perfect, comfortable room and bed. Bathroom was all it needed to be. Of note they have reduced their carbon footprint by not offering bottles of water in your room, BUT have installed a filtered water tap for you instead. Awesome idea !!!

Stayed here during my Singapore trip which is a Holiday Inn Express. The location is good since it is right in the heart of Orchard Road which is famous for shopping and also conveniently located to the subway terminals. The thing with Holiday Inn Express is that there is no swimming pool to swim in sadly. The rooms are a little bit on the small side which sort of reminded me of Japan. But the service here was super friendly and nice. We had breakfast every day in the morning and they do change it up! Which I liked and enjoyed. So if you want to enjoy a decent place that isn't too expensive but decent this could be a good option for you.

Hello all Holiday Inn Express lovers. ll i can say is that it was a very great time. Me and my wife had an amazing night. There were bed bugs, but it was worth it. Gerald the janiter was nice, and he added more bed bugs. we had coffee and it was pretty good for hotel, but they added vodka.

Great stay!!! Staff was outstanding, Front Desk personnel went above and beyond assisting with checking in and out, along with helping obtain car service. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. There is no close second. I would repeat business just for the breakfast. Building was well maintained and the room was more than adequate, and clean.

Unpleasant experience. Rooms are small, bathroom has no vents and shower floods running water into bathroom. Staff are rude. Don't waster time or money here.

Pleasant stay, reasonable pricing for location and facilities. Wide buffet menu for breakfast gets you started for the day. Staff is very friendly and the reception is very efficient to attend to requests. Not on the main road, but very easy to locate it off the main road and a quick across street walk from somerset MRT.

Only problem I had with the hotel room is that after shower the water leaks and runs all over the bathroom floor, so I had to constantly use an extra towel on the floor. Other than that, -staff were very friendly and welcoming -Breakfast time was 6:30-11am which was very convenient -24/7 laundry room -didn't knw the room came with a free mobile phone we could use all over Singapore while we were checked in (major plus) -easy access to taxis

EXCELLENT hotel a half block off of Orchard (which is nice). GREAT rooms in a GREAT location with access to EVERYTHING on Orchard Road. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING! The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars is because the fitness center is OUTSIDE. Yes, OUTSIDE... makes for some HOT and HUMID workouts. The equipment is great, and there are fans, towels, and cold water to keep you moving. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. They have been TERRIFIC about arranging cab service, especially for our group of 6. And, the room cleaning has been prompt and extremely professional. If you are military, this hotel is an EXCEPTIONAL choice because it CONVENIENTLY located between the Changi Naval Base and the COMLOGWESTPAC HQ. I would rate this hotel a MUST TRY!

Honored to be the first to review this hotel. Conveniently located seconds away from Orchard Rd is this mid range international chain hotel. Flashy + extravagant Paragon is also a few steps from this hotel. Rooms are clean and they offer complimentary breakfast n wifi for all guests. Nice of them to extend my checkout time to 4pm for being a plat member despite full occupancy. Beware there is no bathtub at this hotel if it's important.
