⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay – Great Location, Delicious Breakfast & Excellent Value I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Orchard. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Orchard Road, making it super convenient to get around, shop, or find food. MRT access and malls are just a short walk away, which made everything so easy. The breakfast deserves a special mention. While the variety is not extensive, the quality more than makes up for it. Everything tasted great, was nicely presented, and the staff were very attentive in keeping the food fresh and well replenished. It was a pleasant and fuss-free way to start the day. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well laid out, especially considering the prime location. It felt like a smart, well-thought-out stay without unnecessary frills. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality crew. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Their warm service really added a personal touch and made me feel at home. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and good service at a reasonable price. I’d be very happy to stay here again 😊

First, I would like to commend the Reservation team Ms Nur Aqila for their outstanding assistance in linking our separate bookings prior to our arrival. This thoughtful arrangement significantly enhanced our experience by allowing us to settle seamlessly into our accommodations without the need to change rooms. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Felicia and Jason at the Front Office. Their warm demeanor and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. I am especially grateful to Felicia for thoughtfully arranging our rooms directly opposite each other, knowing we were traveling with family and children. It made our stay all the more enjoyable. They also shared us the road close due to celebration on the night so we can plan our evening activities ahead. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the lovely housekeeping staff member we encountered in the corridor. While I regret not catching her name, her cheerful disposition and patience brought a smile to our faces during our comings and goings. Lastly, I would like to extend a special thank you to Wang at the Café. Her attentiveness and knack for remembering our preference for eggs truly enhanced our breakfast experience. I was particularly impressed by her initiative in ensuring we were served promptly, even taking the time to follow up on our order. Overall, our stay at your hotel was nothing short of wonderful, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. At first, I had no particular expectations for this hotel other than its location near Orchard Road, but it turned out to be very good and great value for money. The room was clean and modern, the bathroom was clean and equipped with a bidet, and the soap and shampoo provided were of good quality (Dove). It also turned out that a fairly comprehensive buffet breakfast was included. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near Orchard Road at a reasonably affordable price!

Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality. The front office staff was efficient and gave the correct advices. The housekeeping was very good, the rooms were well kept throughout my vacation. The service staff could be more cordial, as well please have more variety for vegetarian food although its fabulous that there is a 24 hour service of food. Thank you very much again.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel with family on holiday. The rooms were excellent with separate living area and bedroom with two bathrooms and toilet. Shopping arcade, currency exchange inside and multi cuisine options. The location is superior on Orchard street with lots of restaurants, shopping plaza and to Marina Bay. All the teams were excellent, special shout out to Raihan at Bar, great representation of hotel service level. Only feedback is to review the cleaning in some areas and towels especially as it’s coming to end of life and doesn’t feel nice and soft. Overall great hotel and great team and highly recommended place to stay.

The room is clean, the service is good.|If u are in a hurry and cannot sit down for breakfast. U may ask them to give you a bag to do Grab & Go! The staff is always helpful there, specially Wang. Also the receptionists are friendly, they do always carrying their smiles.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Exceptionally clean and great value for money with breakfast included. Excellent service from all staff especially Wang who took care of my husband’s dietary needs every morning as soon as she saw us coming. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Location is at the heart of orchard road. Easy access between hospital and shopping just by walking. Rooms are cozy and bright. Toilet is fresh and clean. Fresh towels will be replaced daily. Friendly staff from bell boy to counters and services.

Stayed here during my Singapore trip which is a Holiday Inn Express. The location is good since it is right in the heart of Orchard Road which is famous for shopping and also conveniently located to the subway terminals. The thing with Holiday Inn Express is that there is no swimming pool to swim in sadly. The rooms are a little bit on the small side which sort of reminded me of Japan. But the service here was super friendly and nice. We had breakfast every day in the morning and they do change it up! Which I liked and enjoyed. So if you want to enjoy a decent place that isn't too expensive but decent this could be a good option for you.

Hello all Holiday Inn Express lovers. ll i can say is that it was a very great time. Me and my wife had an amazing night. There were bed bugs, but it was worth it. Gerald the janiter was nice, and he added more bed bugs. we had coffee and it was pretty good for hotel, but they added vodka.

Great stay!!! Staff was outstanding, Front Desk personnel went above and beyond assisting with checking in and out, along with helping obtain car service. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. There is no close second. I would repeat business just for the breakfast. Building was well maintained and the room was more than adequate, and clean.

Unpleasant experience. Rooms are small, bathroom has no vents and shower floods running water into bathroom. Staff are rude. Don't waster time or money here.

Pleasant stay, reasonable pricing for location and facilities. Wide buffet menu for breakfast gets you started for the day. Staff is very friendly and the reception is very efficient to attend to requests. Not on the main road, but very easy to locate it off the main road and a quick across street walk from somerset MRT.

Only problem I had with the hotel room is that after shower the water leaks and runs all over the bathroom floor, so I had to constantly use an extra towel on the floor. Other than that, -staff were very friendly and welcoming -Breakfast time was 6:30-11am which was very convenient -24/7 laundry room -didn't knw the room came with a free mobile phone we could use all over Singapore while we were checked in (major plus) -easy access to taxis

EXCELLENT hotel a half block off of Orchard (which is nice). GREAT rooms in a GREAT location with access to EVERYTHING on Orchard Road. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING! The ONLY reason I give it 4 stars is because the fitness center is OUTSIDE. Yes, OUTSIDE... makes for some HOT and HUMID workouts. The equipment is great, and there are fans, towels, and cold water to keep you moving. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. They have been TERRIFIC about arranging cab service, especially for our group of 6. And, the room cleaning has been prompt and extremely professional. If you are military, this hotel is an EXCEPTIONAL choice because it CONVENIENTLY located between the Changi Naval Base and the COMLOGWESTPAC HQ. I would rate this hotel a MUST TRY!

Honored to be the first to review this hotel. Conveniently located seconds away from Orchard Rd is this mid range international chain hotel. Flashy + extravagant Paragon is also a few steps from this hotel. Rooms are clean and they offer complimentary breakfast n wifi for all guests. Nice of them to extend my checkout time to 4pm for being a plat member despite full occupancy. Beware there is no bathtub at this hotel if it's important.
