I just called in at the front desk, the number of patches in directly to the person, instead of giving a patch in Service...
I called to ask if they have a laundry room for guests unfortunately they do not I recently spent three days here until New Year’s Eve; I noticed that this is a very odd Holiday Inn in respect that when you walk in there is no placard on the walls that shows which way what rooms are where or any direction as far as where the fitness room is where the public restroom is, you have to ask the person at the front desk, also they keep the kitchen area closed off, but the coffee is fresh ground 24 seven😀. Also, I got a 1st Floor room. It had a handicap shower, which I don’t mind because the water did not well up and get all over the floor. The rooms are extremely small if you want to have a guest they only have one office chair and a little side bench next to the desk where the TV is at it’s very tight in space and hard to maneuver around but altogether the room service was absolutely tremendous. They did a great job. Also, the guy who does the breakfast is pretty nice and seemed to be under a little bit of pressure as far as preparing breakfast, but the bacon was actually very good. It wasn’t that microwave thin junk that you usually get at most holiday inns.
