I just called in at the front desk, the number of patches in directly to the person, instead of giving a patch in Service... I called to ask if they have a laundry room for guests unfortunately they do not I recently spent three days here until New Year’s Eve; I noticed that this is a very odd Holiday Inn in respect that when you walk in there is no placard on the walls that shows which way what rooms are where or any direction as far as where the fitness room is where the public restroom is, you have to ask the person at the front desk, also they keep the kitchen area closed off, but the coffee is fresh ground 24 seven😀. Also, I got a 1st Floor room. It had a handicap shower, which I don’t mind because the water did not well up and get all over the floor. The rooms are extremely small if you want to have a guest they only have one office chair and a little side bench next to the desk where the TV is at it’s very tight in space and hard to maneuver around but altogether the room service was absolutely tremendous. They did a great job. Also, the guy who does the breakfast is pretty nice and seemed to be under a little bit of pressure as far as preparing breakfast, but the bacon was actually very good. It wasn’t that microwave thin junk that you usually get at most holiday inns.

This was overall a confusing experience. The base hotel seems nice (good decor, no structural issues/damage), but the random signs plastered everywhere make it feel like a convenience store. Our room was set up very strangely - no fridge, sink in the hallway, TV shoved in corner. I also have concerns that they did not thoroughly clean our room after the last guest, as there was still a tissue stuck in the peephole. The begging for tips at breakfast is interesting (see picture) given that I did not interact with any human there, they didn’t have proper plates, and the kitchen staff was blasting music. The food was alright, and there was a decent selection.

We were passing through to visit the Winterthur Museum. The checkin was prompt and friendly and we were able to access our room even though we arrived before the start time. The room was spacious and clean. We slept comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities of the property. I would stay here again if in the area. It is a suitable hotel for families or business travel. The breakfasts were hearty with nutritious options. Loved that they had coffee and lemon water available in the lobby at all hours. Within walking distance, there are restaurants and diners directly north across the road. Thanks for the hospitality, it was great!

Overall bad experience. Bed was not comfortable. Our room had a heater that made this really loud ticking noise through the night. The free breakfast had no plates so we had to use bowls. Other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at are much nicer, this seems to be a converted hotel.

Came visiting family traveling with 3 yr old twins. Perfectly suited our needs. Nothing fancy, but clearn free breakfast. And while a lot of places seem to be going away from tub-showers this has been our preference when traveling with little kids who are not very agreeable to traditional showers so grateful to have a tub option. Would definitely come again.

Booked handicap accessible room. Bed was so high my wife could not get into it. Spent the night in her wheelchair. Roll in shower had dirty grout and rust on the shower chair. Check out clerk was looking at his phone. I asked to check out and he simply pointed to the key drop. Did not even ask how our stay was.

We stayed at this hotel twice in 3 weeks and there were problems both times. My partner & I are 78 & 80 years old and, on the first visit, had to move rooms because the air conditioning wasn't working. They moved us to a suite but were quick to tell us it would only be for 1 night & we'd have to move again. We found this hard to do at our age. The second visit, we noticed a gap between the faucet in the tub and the wall. My friend took a shower and when I went water cascaded out of the faucet between the wall and actual faucet. I turned off the water & pushed in the faucet and when I turned the water on again, the actual faucet shot across the tub. Had I been standing in the tub, I have no doubt I would have been hurt. I went down to the desk and TRIED to explain what happened to the guy on duty but his cell phone got most of his attention. He finally said a plumber would fix it the next day- they DIDN'T. This is a serious health issue and NOBODY seemed able or willing to fix the problem. We checked out & went to another hotel.

Location and service was not the issue . This is an example of daylight robbery in corporate America. I made a reservation for 7/25/25 for two nights . My flight on 7/25/25 was delayed and I made a call to this hotel explaining this and they said no issues. I arrived with my friend at the hotel 7/26/25 2 am . While checking in at the front desk I asked the young nice fellow there if I would be charged for 7/25/25 his response was no. I checked out 5 pm 7/27/25 as I was charged extra for the few hours which I paid . Only to receive my final bill and it came to being charged for two nights and not one . I called customer care 7/29/26 and one of the representative’s name virel gave an awful attitude about my complaints . He gave a case number and it’s been over 72 hours not a word about my refund .
