Holiday Inn Guatemala, an IHG Hotel

Excellent trip. Amazing staff. New Chef Bryan is doing a great job. Carlos and Roswell are wonderful ambassadors at the door. Sally and Kelly fun the front desk area like a well oiled machine. My only complaint is the new tv system. There are a lot more tv channels, but less in English than before. Used to be 10 to 12 English channels and now only four. There of the four are news (CNN, FOX, BBC) and the only entertainment channel in English is AXN.

very nice people, nice rooms great service. Zone 10 is safe the swimming pool is ok , very clean. it was better if it was on the roof top. The room service is fast and the quality is also nice. i enjoy all my stay.

We love the Holiday Inn Staff. They are the best and they are why we return. The first floor bathrooms have been remodeled and the new wood look is very nice. They restaurant has changed their Onion Rings to bigger, more home made ones, and they are delicious. I highly recommend the "aros de cebolla" if you are eating on the second floor of the Holiday Inn. We were saddened to hear that our long time friend and bell boy Antonio had to leave due to his hip injury. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. I'm looking forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Guatemala City again next month.

I really like the hotel, it has parking. But i am trying to request a bill to do my expenses but I can't contact the front desk, I called 6 times otherwise I will be giving 5 stars!!!

This hotel is in a great location. There are several stores and restaurants nearby that are very convenient. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the beds sre comfortable, and the staff is suoer friendly. The hotel has a restaurant on site which provides an added convenience. We had a great experience here, would recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

I had made reservations ( I thought) at another hotel in Guatemala City but they lost the reservations and I had 15 people who were coming with me on a humanitarian medical mission and a week beforehand I find out that we do not have any reservations in the city I had a friend who had stayed at the Holiday Inn. They suggested that I call there and I met Iris Bethancourt who was so wonderful and helping me to make the reservations. She called me when there was problems. She emailed me when there was problems and when we got to the hotel, everything was perfect. I can’t give her enough credit and we will go back to this holiday Inn in the future.

This was our 10th time at the Holiday Inn in Guatemala city and we really like it. Beds are comfy and super clean. Streets seem as safe as you'll get in Guatemala city.

Loved our stay here. Last night of our trip and it's 15 from the airport. The pool area is fantastic and the breakfast that came with it was excellent. Would highly recommend.
