I had a wonderful experience thanks to Nelson and Lindo the Chef. Nelson provided exceptional service — professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and valued. His positive attitude truly enhanced my stay. Lindo the Chef was equally outstanding. The food was delicious, well-presented, and prepared with great care and skill. You can truly taste the passion and dedication in every meal. I am very happy with the service provided by Nelson. He knows how I need my coffee , he is very friendly and professional. Chef Lindo is amazing, her warm welcome and smile makes us to always looking forward for her mouth watering lunch and tea breaks. I can't wait to come back to Holidayinn Rosebank.

We spent a very comfortable night in the Rosebank Holiday Inn. Spacious room and equally spacious bathroom. Service staff were excellent from Reception to restaurant staff. Breakfast the next morning (although not included in our rate) was excellent with a wide variety on offer from fresh fruit, bread/pastries and cereals to Al la carte hot breakfasts cooked to order. We couldn’t fault our stay.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the vibe was relaxed yet upscale. Mcebo truly made the experience exceptional. His service was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. He ensured everything was perfect and made us feel well taken care of. If you’re visiting Johannesburg, especially the Rosebank area, Velvet at the Holiday Inn is absolutely worth dining at. Outstanding service and a great overall experience. — Corey & Monica Mason
