I really liked staying here. Very nice breakfast options. Loved the fruits, eggs to your taste, coffee and even nice pastries. The pool was super to relax. Nice attention also in the breakfast. The room was comfortable and we had a really good sleep. Location is also great.

Very nice hotel in the business district of Santo Domingo. Good service , great friendly staff , hotel's own taxi service. Comfortable rooms with very good working airconditioning system. Breakfast very extended with on the scene cook. Varied Lunch and dinner menu. Nice small pool area with bar.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—it had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The amenities, including pool, gym & Sauna, were excellent and added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, close to Blue Mall, Agora Mall, Bars & Restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Dear hotel staff! When we were visiting the Domican Republic for the first time we stayed in Holiday Inn Santo Domingo. This occasion was very important for us as we arrived for the Special convention of Jehovah’s witnesses. We felt very comfortable and like home. From the first minutes we saw your care and concern for organizational issues. Receptionists quickly resolved our requests and solved any problems. We would especially like to mention the work of maid Maribel and employee Jorqueline, as they performed their work timely and well. We could contact to them for any request and they were kind and polite. We would also like to mention the work of restaurant and its employees – we really enjoyed breakfasts. Waiter Julio Claudio greeted us every morning. He was polite, smiling and charged us with his good mood. We would really like the hotel management to appreciate their work. And thank you all for your hospitality! We will recommend you with a great pleasure!

Hotel staff went above and beyond during my stay. My rental had a flat and Hanser Benite from security took control and arranged the fix! Housekeeping was outstanding as well. Santa Ruiz made sure the room was restocked and freshened whike i was out. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet as well.

It was great with Santa Ruiz y maribel Perez cleaning the rooms regularly band exceptionally the kitchen staff were also great providing tasty meals daily. The receptionist and other staff were very hospitable.

Went for a business meeting. Our client had reserved a working space and included lunch. Food was delicious. Dessert as well. Had coffee, milk, hot water for tea and cocoa available in the same space. Our meeting room was the Dali room and had a buttler assigned. I do feel like there could be a better way to communicate when needing something. For an instance, water. Each seat had a bottle of water. And for lunch the buttler asked if anyone wanted some soft drinks. Once you finished that one there was no way to get another one unless telling the waiter, I understand he didn't go inside as much because it was a business meeting but there should be a button for the people to call for what's being needed. The table was a bit big for the space we were assigned, and because of a column it was kinda difficult to move around on one side; although it didn't bother much. Overall it was an OK experience.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its location and photos, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and professionalism. I tried reaching out multiple times through both email and the hotel’s messaging system with no response. After days of silence, I decided to call, only to be rudely hung up on mid-conversation several times. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable. I was trying to get assistance regarding my reservation, but the complete lack of customer service left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I expect better communication and basic courtesy from any hotel, especially one that claims to offer quality service. I won’t be booking here again and would caution others to consider the lack of responsiveness before making a reservation.
