Hi! I have really enjoyed my stay, the service is exceptional. From the first encounter at guest relations: Shaquille's inviting smile and willingness to make sure all is well during the check-in process. Even when I had a problem i. The room he was able to have facilities come right away with prompt service. Mikauri, housekeeping, gave my room a daily make over, opening the curtains, turning down the sheets and making sure all was clean and tidy. She is a total blessing for which I am so grateful. Extra special for me were the warms smiles that greeted us every morning and evening at the restaurant, they were prompt to remove the used dishes and always kept the water glasses replenished. There was also no shortage of conversation with the restaurant service staff, making us feel totally at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you! May there never be a shortage of customers booking stays at Holifay Inn RD and may you experience the same blessings through which you ha e blessed us.

Without a doubt this place is amazing and always has a warm welcome. I have been here twice and my experience has been always the best. One thing I love is the service and gratitude many of the workers show. Despite me learning Spanish, they are always so patient and attentive for me, which encourages me to learn more. The workers are kind and generous, I always enjoy seeing their presence. Thank you again, I will definitely come here again!

This hotel was wonderful, we had fresh linen and towels coming back each day from the mission field. The food was amazing! They have all you can eat buffet breakfast, they cook your eggs or omelette right in front of you. Service was just overall excelente. Everyone was always smiling and very kind. There is a gym that is big, and the pool area/skyline that is so beautiful, and the look out over the city was perfect. There is a Starbucks right next door and it’s about a 3 minute walk. This was a great experience and I would definitely visit again if ever in Santa Domingo Dominican Republic. Our servers Sergio and Claudio were amazing and after the second day they already had on our tables what they knew we would ask for and would order. Thank you so much to the both of you, your service was amazing.

Holliday Inn Santo Domingo has been a great place to stay. This is my first time visiting the Dominican republic and I think the experience has been wonderful. I especially want to recognize Katy from room service for being very accommodating. Thank you for everything! Also Freddy from the restaurant was fantastic.

What a beautiful hotel in the DR! Highly recommend staying here. Claudio and Sergio were very attentive and kind every morning at breakfast! The whole team did a fantastic job and made the experience worth while. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned very well each day!

The staff was amazing, from the front desk, to the restaurant, the bar, and the room service! The omelet cook was so patient, friendly and skilled. She was fun to watch! The food each breakfast was the best i ever had. Servers Sergio and Claudio were on point and very alert to our needs!

Literally the best place to stay in the DR with the best food you’ll have in your whole stay here…Freddy especially provided absolute top- tier perfect service offering us water without asking and explaining the dishes to us before we began to eat. Ask for Freddy for an amazing experience once you choose to stay here and eat!

We had the worst experience at this hotel. The front desk people are extremely rude. We booked a suite with 2 double beds for 4 adults, which the website states it clearly accommodates 4. Upon check in we were told the max per room was 3 and we were forced to book another room as the front desk person would not let us stay in one room. This was pre booked so we were at risk of a penalty if we cancelled. We booked our 2nd room and We’re going To try to make the best of it when they told us that the pool area was closed for renovation. We specifically booked this hotel as the website states there was a pool in working order. They offered no discount or anything for this inconvenience of booking a second room and having no amenities in working order. Their gym is like a sauna no air-conditioning at all. To top it off on our last night, we brought a little snack to eat in the lobby where the tables are situated, and we were told by the front desk that we had to pack up our food as we were not allowed to eat there. This is ridiculous.|I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worse experience. Rude staff.
