We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Me and my wife stayed here from Christmas to New Years as a "base of operations" while we explored the Dominican Republic. Aviv and Alejandra were by far the most helpful and welcoming at the reception desk. They hands down were my favorite part of this pretty amazing hotel. For the record, other employees there were also really friendly and helpful. From the kitchen staff to the housekeeping. I didn't catch his name but the guy that gave my wife an umbrella to borrow as she walked to the mall thank you!

This is been my goto hotels every time I travel to Santo Domingo for the past 10 years, They did a nice decorative upgrade to the facilities. I booked a Suite room for more comfort cause we had to do some work from the room, but the bed was so Hard that we need it to change rooms, the bed on the seconds room was much better but not great, still too hard for good confort. the room service food and the breakfast were not that good, I loved this hotel for having the best breakfast but I guess after the upgrades they seemed to declined in some areas. I would definitely be looking for other hotel options for next time.

One of the best and most affordable hotels to stay in, for the quality, in the city. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and courtesy of this establishment goes beyond expectations. It is centrally located and walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Special kudos to Santa Ruiz, for maintaining my room in optimum condition--the room was impeccable--and for always being attentive to my needs.

Without a doubt this place is amazing and always has a warm welcome. I have been here twice and my experience has been always the best. One thing I love is the service and gratitude many of the workers show. Despite me learning Spanish, they are always so patient and attentive for me, which encourages me to learn more. The workers are kind and generous, I always enjoy seeing their presence. Thank you again, I will definitely come here again!

Hi! I have really enjoyed my stay, the service is exceptional. From the first encounter at guest relations: Shaquille's inviting smile and willingness to make sure all is well during the check-in process. Even when I had a problem i. The room he was able to have facilities come right away with prompt service. Mikauri, housekeeping, gave my room a daily make over, opening the curtains, turning down the sheets and making sure all was clean and tidy. She is a total blessing for which I am so grateful. Extra special for me were the warms smiles that greeted us every morning and evening at the restaurant, they were prompt to remove the used dishes and always kept the water glasses replenished. There was also no shortage of conversation with the restaurant service staff, making us feel totally at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you! May there never be a shortage of customers booking stays at Holifay Inn RD and may you experience the same blessings through which you ha e blessed us.

Room Service is amazing. Evelin Reyes is so lovely, helpful and kind. The room was very clear and she always tried to help us in anything we needed. Love her so much! EVELYN REYES IS THE BEST ❤️

Holliday Inn Santo Domingo has been a great place to stay. This is my first time visiting the Dominican republic and I think the experience has been wonderful. I especially want to recognize Katy from room service for being very accommodating. Thank you for everything! Also Freddy from the restaurant was fantastic.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn for the weekend & had a great experience. The staff is very professional & helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Jose Perdomo & Maria Franchesca at the restaurant bar where I had a delicious Santo Domingo coffee & cappuccino.
